Hello and welcome to this meditation increase your sexual confidence,

Well you know I might as well have just dropped a bomb there because if you've been attracted to this meditation then clearly you're looking to feel more confident within your sexual expression.

Now today we're not going to focus so much on the specifics of that expression because I believe I can leave that all up to you but what I want to do with you and what I want to help you with is really inhabiting the feeling of feeling sexually confident.

Taking time today to break things down a little and also taking time today to practice and rehearse in a safe relaxed space what it feels like for you in your experience of sexual confidence.

It's not my intent to help you achieve anything less than an authentic,

Honest and progressive experience of your sexuality that is unique and individual to you.

Because a world full of unique,

Original,

Authentic,

Sexually confident people can't be a bad thing now can it?

So there's lots of things that come up that will be very specific to your upbringing,

Your scenario,

Your relationship history,

Your culture,

Your beliefs when it comes to sexuality.

Now when we think about our bodies we interact a lot with the world don't we?

We do a lot for others with our hands and we're so used to looking at our bodies in a way which provides us security in the eyes of others,

Being wanted,

Being needed etc etc.

But what if I was to just drop in here that all of these organs of the body,

All of these parts of the body,

All of our senses are first and foremost to help us orientate,

Understand and enjoy the world around us.

This also goes for our genitals.

Can you believe that?

That maybe these places in our body aren't so highly charged towards sex and connecting with another person but actually in the first hand they're to help us be aware of our emotional condition,

Aware of the environment around us and also offer us this fantastic opportunity to feel grounded and welcome and ready to interact and interplay with the world and others around us.

But it really is worth remembering that they're for us first before they're for another.

So let me show you some things through meditation today that will really help this lesson and this understanding establish a new foothold within your consciousness,

Psychology,

Whatever vocabulary you would use.

It's not so much the words as I say but more the feeling.

So just taking a deep breath in and settling yourself down,

Maybe closing your eyes or making yourself comfy.

Take a deep breath in through your nose all the way into the pit of your belly and then just gently let it all the way out of your mouth.

Breathing in through your nose and just gently all the way out of your mouth.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And you might feel it already that you're just relaxing into your body.

You're just relaxing into the space around you.

Your forehead is softening as you breathe in and let it gently out.

Even your jaw and your neck are relaxing.

It's as if you're just melting all the way down into your body.

Hearing my voice,

Soft,

Gentle welcome to just allow you to drop your guard a little,

To relax and release.

And just really feeling as if your mind and your bodily awareness has already been directed there.

Just your pelvic floor,

Your genitals,

Your hips,

Your thighs just melting down and coming to ease.

Breathing in.

And you might even become aware in that relaxation and that demisting of your connection to your lower body,

Your hips,

Your groin,

Your thighs,

And your feet.

Maybe becoming aware of any tension,

Heaviness or dullness.

Just imagining of the soles of your feet,

Two bath plugs just being pulled up.

And just imagine any kind of backup within your body from the top of your head all the way down through your core and your hips.

Just imagine it just melting out.

And really feel your pelvic floor like a muscle just unfolding.

And as it does,

All down the backs of your hips,

Your thighs and your knees and your calves just melting down into the earth below.

And just being with yourself,

Being with the breath in this process as you have a couple of minutes silence now just to release.

And still just breathing in,

Breathing out,

Feeling nice and relaxed and settled.

All the muscles in your lower back have just released a little.

All the nerve bundles in the bottom of your spine and the insides of your thighs and your groin nice and loose.

You can feel them lengthening and loosening with every deep breath out.

And as you breathe in,

You can become aware that you just connect to a feeling as if you're kind of revitalising and re-energising those pathways up your legs,

Up your thighs,

Into your groin,

All around your lower back and your hips,

All around your middle.

It's like you're breathing fresh life force into that soft pad in your pelvic floor.

You might imagine that you're breathing it up your legs or breathing it in from every direction,

But you can really feel almost like an electric charge re-enliven your middle,

Your hips,

Your core,

Your lower back and just feel it warmly soaking into your groin.

And it's as if any protection or armouring is just being relinquished,

Melting away layer by layer at a pace which is comfortable.

At a pace which disarms you in the most pleasant of ways.

At a pace in which your body can make sense of it all and at a pace in which the easiest way to make sense of it all is just a warm,

Pleasurable unfolding.

Just as you might imagine a bird in a tree singing its morning song,

It doesn't have a barrier between it and nature and thus its song can sing out and it can receive the song of others.

That layer of tension you can feel and sense it,

Its absence in the bird,

In your imagination or whatever animal you would choose as inspiration.

And then just feeling that same sense of feeling translate to all of your lower body,

All around your ribs,

In your core,

In your hips,

In your lower back,

In your groin,

In your thighs,

Knees,

Your legs and your feet.

It's as if there's a welcome that kind of re-establishes itself.

The body doesn't have to be on guard,

On guard from its own sense of feeling,

From its own power and sensitivity and in this space truly at a level which is right for you and however that manifests in your emotions or your feeling.

Breathing in and kind of revitalising this area.

Feeling it kind of re-nourish these areas in your body as that barrier between you and the environment around just unfolds.

And you might breathe in and it's like you're re-mapping all the neural pathways in all of your organs in your lower body.

You can really feel your genitals sort of soften and awaken and there's no charge or pressure there to do that,

To sexually perform or be attractive,

Be accepted.

It just feels good because it's your body.

It just feels good like the bird in nature.

It just feels good because your body knows how and you're welcome to do so.

And if there are any layers of deep attention or even trauma,

You just imagine them being met by this energy like a caring mother would meet her child.

With no pressure,

No force.

Dressing the wound as it is and holding you close all the while.

And equally just like riding a bike,

Sometimes we need a bit of challenge.

We need a little rush.

So if the occasion calls to breathe that energy in,

Take your first steps here at just feeling what that is like.

Remember this safety within you,

You have created.

This safety within you is you.

The more and more as you hear these words,

Your mind just surrenders.

And it's like your mind is melting down through your body,

Through your neck and your throat,

Down through your spine,

All the way into the bottom of your lungs.

Like another pair of eyes opening right at the bottom of your spine.

And you can just breathe in and breathe out,

Riding the waves.

Any emotions or feelings that come up,

Just breathe.

Just remember my voice.

Remember my reassurances and affirmations of support for you as you.

And allow my words to kind of mirror and ignite the places in your mind,

The places in your being,

The places in your confidence that believe,

That believe in you.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Just embracing however these feelings and sensations arise for you now.

So still breathing in and breathing out,

We're going to come back to our bodies ever so lightly.

And the point of not making a big deal of it is that you can move forward in some of that springiness through the rest of your day.

But what I want you to imagine first,

Just as a way to signify to your mind that this is how you're moving forward in your day,

That these experiences you had today,

If you had seemingly any breakthroughs or shocks,

Just remember it's all fluid.

You're fluid.

Changing through time and your body is too.

And as old habits and patterns are released,

It's like you come more and more and more into this time.

And that is really what being sexually confident is.

It's like confidence in any other of its forms.

You can be flexible.

You can respond to the moment.

You can be a channel for what's natural,

If you like.

And as the body just relaxes and releases over time,

You're kind of prepping the vehicle,

Prepping your temple of you,

You know,

If you like,

To just experience more and more sensation in a way that's not going to throw you off kilt.

So knowing that you can repeat this is really healthy and knowing that it will be completely different is also pretty good to know too.

But more importantly right now,

I just want you to imagine your body and your awareness contained within a bubble.

And that edge of that bubble,

I'm going to welcome you to choose a colour that feels right for you and just imagine that you're breathing that colour into your bubble,

Just surrounding yourself and then almost making the edge of that bubble really bright and solid with that colour.

And as you're doing this and you're doing it lightly,

You're just rubbing your fingers together,

Wriggling your toes,

Maybe rolling your shoulders and your hips and you're just going to come back and open your eyes whenever you're ready.

Taking a moment with eyes open to look out upon the room,

As if you've never seen it before.

As if you're gently curious about the world around you.

Because of course,

You spent that time being gently curious,

Without judgement,

Of the world inside you.

You can see how that translates to sexual experiences and relating with others.

That curiosity,

That playfulness,

The building blocks of the confidence that you're looking for.

Take care,

Well done and enjoy you today.

See you again soon.

Bye for now.
