This meditation is an invitation to soften inward and witness the beauty within, not as something you need to earn, but something that has always been there, waiting to be seen. You’ll be guided through breath and gentle awareness, allowing your body to unwind as a warm, radiant light begins to meet you. Not from above, but from within. As the breath deepens, you’ll be invited to notice your softness, your resilience, your quiet creativity. Not conceptually, but somatically. In the bones. In the belly. In the breath. This is a practice of remembering. Of letting go of the lens of judgment and reconnecting with the truth of who you are when you stop trying to perform for love. Perfect for those feeling disconnected, self-critical, or simply ready to come back to a more honest relationship with themselves. You don’t need to fix anything. You just need to feel what’s already here. Come gently. Stay long enough to see what’s true. Let beauty rise from the inside out.

Hello and welcome to this meditation seeing the beauty in you.

So if you want to get comfy and close your eyes then we'll begin.

And really take that time too to wriggle down or get a blanket or take a sip of water whatever it might be.

And equally if you're feeling any uncomfortability just take time to acknowledge that too.

But closing your eyes and taking a deep breath in through your nose and just letting go out of your mouth when you're ready.

Breathing in and just breathing out.

And as you do your mind is just recognizing that little part of you that clicked on this today.

That part of you that is curious about the beauty of you.

That part of you that knows somewhere within there's a treasure trove of beauty to be fair.

So listening to my voice feeling that place inside as I speak that my voice chimes with,

That my voice reminds,

That my voice wakes up inside of you.

So still breathing in and breathing out just calming your body down even further.

Not to control but rather to invite.

So as you breathe in it's like all these different islands of your body just go.

It's like a heavy tension or pressure is just lifted from inside you,

From around you.

And in all the spaces in between.

That pressure and tension of being.

Now in many ways that doesn't have to be a pressure.

And you just let go of any pressure there that arises from feeling less than.

Take a deep breath in and you sink into the feeling and sink into my voice that you can just relax into this.

You can just relax into being you.

Breathing in.

As you're breathing in and breathing out you can feel into the middle of your chest.

And any emotion there you can just breathe into.

And you get that feeling,

That love that is unavoidable that sometimes even triggers us because it's so much to handle.

But just right now,

Today,

Here.

Get that sense of safety and welcome.

And you're able to feel into your own heart.

Just for a moment now.

You're just relaxing and resting.

Relaxing and resting in you.

Relaxing and resting in the beauty of you.

Beauty is not a static thing.

It changes,

It flows,

It grows,

It evolves.

And sometimes it shies away from being seen.

They're a part of you.

Part of your beauty that's yet to see the light.

Could you be bold enough,

Brave enough,

To welcome just a little piece more of you back home into your own heart?

Just for a moment now.

Just a little piece.

Trust your imagination,

Your senses,

Your feeling.

As you breathe in and breathe out into the beauty of you.

And still just breathing in and breathing out.

Feeling that warmth,

Feeling that spaciousness in your belly and your ribs.

Feeling that ease restored in your mind.

The essence that you touched base with today was you.

You walk with it.

You love with it.

You breathe with it.

So just kind of anchoring that sensation,

That connection,

That inner awareness into your breath now.

Breathing in deeply and letting go all the way out.

Maybe you can even sense in the space around you that there's no daggers there.

Reality isn't out to get you.

And you just feel that presence just a little bit more,

That beauty of you.

And anywhere in your mind where you can feel that you might be straining or bracing or even taking it all a little too seriously,

Just kind of have a little giggle or a laugh at yourself and just relax even more into that beauty of you.

And how would that beauty of you imagine the rest of your day or your evening?

What would that beauty in you feel free to do next?

Maybe just something simple.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Giving that beauty in you that little bit of permission to step out into the world around you.

I cannot wait to see the beauty of you.

Take care,

My friends,

And come to easily in your own time.

See you again soon.

Bye for now.
