This was so gentle and inviting. I made a connection during this meditation thanks to something you said that this creative force within me... Within all of us, is a very loving force. I found it getting blocked around my heart, where I felt still hard, holding onto some shame around accessing sexual energy as a loving force. I am thankful for finding more access and peace with integrating this energy in my whole being on just the first intent. Thank you for this!
