Welcome beautiful soul.

If you're here it means life has been loud or demanding and perhaps your mind feels like there are a thousand tabs open at once and your heart is quietly asking for space to breathe.

Today,

We're not here to fix anything,

We're here to witness,

To witness gently,

To witness curiously how even overwhelm is just energy passing through.

So take a deep breath in and slowly exhale it out.

And now place your hand over your heart and remind yourself that underneath the noise there is a place untouched by chaos.

It's a place within you that has never been overwhelmed.

It's a place that simply watches like the sky watches the weather.

Every thought,

Every worry are nothing but clouds passing,

Morphing,

Dissolving and so you're not the cloud but instead the vast sky behind it.

Notice how the mind tries to hold on to every cloud.

Notice how it clings.

Notice how it fights or labels but you can choose a different path.

You can sit back and let the world spin around you.

You are not in charge of what thoughts come.

That's totally out of your control.

But what you are in charge of is whether you get lost in them,

Whether you resist them.

You don't have to engage.

There's no point in fixing or solving or becoming these thoughts.

You are simply here in this very moment.

Now we're going to transition now into a little bit more of a grounding breathwork energy.

Starting to anchor into the breath.

Inhale as if you're receiving the softness of life.

Exhale as if you're releasing a heavy coat you no longer need.

Again,

Inhale,

Receive,

Ease.

Exhale,

Let go of tension.

Keep going at your own pace.

In your own rhythm.

Inhaling,

Receiving,

And exhaling,

Letting go.

And underneath every wave of anxiety is a gentle current of aliveness.

And you know this because your heart races.

That feeling,

That racing heart,

Means that you're alive.

That tightness in your chest means that you care.

So this sensation of overwhelm isn't your enemy.

It's simply live overflowing with intensity.

So remind yourself that you are bigger than that intensity and that you have the power to hold it all without being drowned by it.

Right now,

Can you soften your edges?

Can you allow yourself to be the space where overwhelm is welcome but not overwhelming?

You are not broken.

You are simply full.

Full of thoughts,

Full of emotions,

Full of life.

And just like the ocean,

Even when the surface is wild,

The depths remain calm.

That depth is within you.

And you've touched it today.

So see if you can carry this stillness with you It's something that always was and always will be.

Now take one more deep breath in and gently sigh it out.

You are enough exactly as you are.

Namaste
