This short gut-directed meditation invites you into a peaceful forest, where a gentle stream restores calm to your digestive system. As you listen, the soothing rhythm of the water mirrors the natural rhythm of your gut, helping it remember how to flow with ease. This session supports those experiencing bloating, discomfort, or tension in the belly by guiding the nervous system back into a state of safety and “rest and digest.” Take three quiet minutes to reconnect with your body, release stress, and allow your gut to settle into its natural balance.
