Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

Feel or imagine yourself sitting in a peaceful place and you're surrounded by a soft golden light.
You might see yourself in a garden,
In a forest,
At the beach,
Anywhere that feels calm and cozy for you.
The air is fresh,
The sounds of nature are so soothing.
And as you settle in you decide to place your hands over your belly and you can feel its warmth.
Take a moment to connect with this part of your body,
Your gut,
Your center,
The place that nurtures and sustains you.
Now imagine a warm,
Healing light in a color that represents healing coming from your hands and that light moves into your belly,
Feeling as it gently flows deep into the muscles,
Nerves and cells of the gut.
Each breath you take deepens this healing light,
Bringing soothing and softening of any discomfort.
With each breath you feel this healing energy flowing smoothly from your hands to your gut like a gentle stream effortlessly supporting your body bringing comfort,
Lightness and a sense of peace.
You are safe,
Your body is supported and your gut is healing and you feel that your body releases any unnecessary worry or tension as you feel yourself moving towards a greater well-being.
And even after you remove your hands this light,
This energy will continue to heal as long as you need.
And in a moment I'm going to count from one to three and when I say three you open your eyes feeling relaxed,
