Step into a candlelit room where soft, golden light soothes your belly and melts away discomfort. This gut-directed meditation uses warmth and imagery to release bloating, ease tension, and invite relaxation through the abdominal muscles and digestive tract. The candlelight acts as a gentle healer, restoring comfort and lightness within your body. Ideal after meals or during flare-ups, this short reset helps your gut soften, settle, and return to its natural rhythm of ease.

Transcript

Take a lovely deep breath in and a long slow breath out and the next time you breathe in look up towards your forehead and as you breathe out gently close down your eyes.

See,

Feel or imagine yourself in a dim cozy candlelit room.

The soft glow of the candles fills the space casting a warm soothing light and you spot a cozy place to sit maybe a big armchair or a couch and you take the time to settle into that place.

And once you settle in you bring your awareness to your belly noticing any areas of discomfort,

Tightness or bloating.

Simply acknowledge them without judgment.

Now imagine as the warm light from the candles gently moves toward your belly not too hot just right and feel that soft warmth wrapping around your tummy soothing it,

Calming it.

With each belly breath you take the golden light melts away any discomfort softening any tension and allowing your belly to relax.

As this beautiful light from the candles glows around your belly feel it bringing relief melting away your bloating just like a candle the wax softening melting your belly does so too you're bloating disappearing and it leaves you feeling so much more comfortable and confident knowing that this comfort will last even after you return to your day.

And in a moment I'm going to count from one to three and when I say three you'll open your eyes feeling relaxed alert and proud of yourself for showing up today.

One noticing your body resting on the surface beneath you two taking a deep breath in and sighing it out three opening your eyes when you're ready.
