Reiki Guided Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) Meditation

Svadhisthana is our 2nd and sacral chakra. It is associated with the element of water. Located just below the navel, it supports our creativity, playfulness, sexuality, and connection. This meditation offers visualizations and affirmations to energize ourselves through Svadhisthana. Reiki energy is called in for guidance and the meditation will culminate with a chakra balance healing. Chris Collins offers a soothing soundscape.
