So again,

Hello and welcome everyone to the Temple Without Boundaries and to this presentation of Be the One You Love.

So in today's presentation,

We're going to go through several phases.

I'll be talking about my personal story of my discovery of self-love tools and techniques,

For lack of a better term,

And just some self-love stories from my own journey.

And then I'll lead people in a little bit of self-analysis,

A little bit of self-discovery to identify one or more parts of themselves that need self-love in particular.

And then we'll go into the journeys.

We're going to be doing two journeys.

They'll be all in one journey,

But we're going to go in two different places in the journey.

And the first journey is going to show us a really important toolkit for healing the parts of ourselves that have not received enough self-love or have not received enough attention in general.

So healing those parts of ourselves one at a time so that we can become much more whole.

And the second part of the journey is going to be connecting our hearts to the divine love,

To divine heart,

For ourselves,

For our own benefit,

And for the benefit of people who are in our lives that we make contact with so that we can be that clear and true conduit for divine love coming into the world.

And then at the end of the session,

I'll review some self-love tips that I've developed over time that help me make choices and decisions that are in my best interest and help to clarify where I am,

How I can make a choice for myself that's the best for myself as opposed to being lazy and not paying attention and just going about things and getting what I get.

So thank you so much for being here today.

Your spiritual aspects of the divine who you like to work with,

Whether that is a guru,

Whether that is someone like Jesus or a Buddha,

Any divine ascended masters that you would like to bring in,

You're absolutely more than welcome to do that.

So first,

I'm opening up the seven directions and calling in the element of air and the direction of east.

And calling in new beginnings and fresh new ways of thinking.

And calling all the guides,

Guardians,

Allies,

And sisters,

Angels,

Archangels,

And protectors of the east and of air to please anchor the energy here in this session and to really be with us here today.

Opening our hearts and connecting in with the south and with the element of fire.

And calling in our passion,

Our creativity,

Our inspiration,

And most importantly,

Our soul's essence.

Calling in our soul's essence to inform us of what is in our highest good at any given moment.

Calling in energy of south and all the allies,

Guides,

Guardians,

Allies,

Ancestors,

Angels,

Archangels,

And protectors of south and of fire to please assist in anchoring the energy here today.

Now opening our hearts and calling in the west and the element of water.

And calling in the ebbs and flows,

The ups and downs,

The rhythms of life and the rhythms of our emotions,

Emotional awareness.

And calling in a cleansing of our emotional awareness.

Opening up those gates to understanding our emotions better and what they have to teach us and show us.

And calling all the guides,

Guardians,

Allies,

Ancestors,

Angels,

Archangels,

And protectors of west and of water to please be here to assist and anchor the energy today.

Calling in,

Opening our hearts and calling in the earth and the element and the direction of north.

Element of earth and direction of north.

And calling in our stability.

Calling in that core part of ourselves that doesn't get blown about by the wind,

That is strong and true and has integrity and supports us in our physical selves and supports us in our decisions here in the third dimensional reality.

Calling in all the guides,

Guardians,

Allies,

Ancestors,

Angels,

Archangels,

And protectors of earth and of north to please be here and assist in anchoring the energy.

And calling in the great below.

Calling in the heartbeat of the mother earth.

Calling in the divine feminine energy to circulate for all of us here and to create a safe and solid foundation to create a safe and sacred container,

Closing off any entry points from below.

Welcoming the divine feminine energy and that deep earth energy,

Creating a sense of safety.

And now expanding our awareness to the great above and calling upon the heartbeat at the center of the universe,

Calling upon the divine masculine energy to please be with us here to open our minds to new awarenesses,

To bless us with expanded consciousness.

Calling upon the stars,

The sun,

And the moon,

And all of these energies,

Asking them to please support us in this session today.

And now especially paying attention to center,

That which into everything must return and from which everything is made manifest.

The heartbeat that flows through all consciousness throughout all time,

Space,

And dimension,

Which is divine love.

And calling upon divine love and asking divine love to please reign here in this session today and open our hearts as wide as possible to accept and receive divine love flowing through us,

Our birthright.

Next,

I'd like to call upon the highest selves of all the participants in the present and in the future for this replay and calling upon all of those spiritual connections into the greater divine or higher selves.

And calling upon all the guides of all of us here,

All the highest guides of everyone here in the present and the future replays to please participate here.

And calling upon all the ascended masters,

Any ascended masters who want to support and participate in what we're doing here today in transforming parts of ourselves,

Healing parts of ourselves that are in resistance to self-love,

That are in need of attention and witnessing and healing today.

And calling upon all the ascended masters,

All the divine beings of love to support us in this session today.

And now I'd like to open the floor for you to silently bring in any particular guru or ascended master that you would really,

Really love to bring here today.

So welcoming all of these divine beings and saying thank you so much for your support and your attention,

Your participation here in making this a much more expanded event and also to,

I'd like to demonstrate to everyone that when you bring in all of these different spiritual forces,

It amplifies the effect of whatever you're doing.

And so it's a form of self-love to connect with as many spiritual resources as you can over time as you develop your spiritual awareness and continue on your spiritual journey.

So I'm going to get a little personal with you and this is something a little bit new for me.

I don't know where this came from but I seem to have just very recently a new sense of courage about being vulnerable with my community and even people that I don't know.

So I'm going to tell a couple stories today.

First I wanted to let you know a little bit about my background and I had to check in with my mother before I shared this because she was there as my mother when I was a little kid and she's such a different person now.

We have an incredibly delightful and deep connection for which I'm very,

Very,

Very grateful.

And also I did have a lot of things to grow up from when,

From childhood experiences.

So when I was a kid I didn't get as much,

Maybe as much attention from my parents as I probably needed.

And as you can see I'm still pussyfooting around.

I really was left alone quite a bit and there were a number of circumstances where there was some drama in the family,

Maybe between my dad and my mom when I was really little that left me kind of feeling alone even when they were in the same room with me sometimes.

I still sometimes didn't feel like they were really understanding my needs or enjoying me to the fullest that I could be enjoyed.

And I feel like a lot of people can relate to this.

Another common theme in my clients I see and hear about is how our self-expression,

Which is so unbridled and so unleashed when we are a kid and our powerful ability to love.

When we come in we're such pure spirits and we have so much love to share and not every family is able to receive that or see that.

And sometimes they just think of kids as somebody to be seen and not heard.

Kids that are bothering us and they need to walk in this really tight path and they can only behave within these very tight parameters.

And we need to basically teach the kid out of them.

So all of these types of situations give us a lot of really painful messages about we don't belong,

We're not worthy,

We don't deserve.

And in my case I actually didn't even really,

I never developed a sense of really what my needs were and I definitely didn't develop any sense of how to ask for getting my needs met or ask for help.

Like all of those types of skills were developed much later in life for me and through a lot of confusion,

Through a lot of self-analysis.

And even still after being on my spiritual path for 28 years now,

Something like that,

When I say spiritual path because I'm equating that with my personal development path because that's really when some of my most profound tools started coming in.

And early,

Very beginning of my spiritual path I actually was in therapy and I've been in therapy off and on as I needed help and those were always really good like boost up points for me when I had the courage to get outside assistance from really qualified people.

So highly recommend that as one form of self-love whenever you really need it.

But it takes a lot of courage because I can't tell you how fearful I've been before I've gone into therapy because I just don't know what kind of crap is going to come up.

And I really want to use a cuss word right there because I'm punk rock but I'll be nice today.

But when I go into therapy I get so much out of it now I've been able to overcome the fear that comes up when I have identified that I can't do it alone and I really need assistance this time around.

So childhood neglect and not being able to identify my own needs.

I really had to study what is it that I'm feeling right now.

One kind of parenting that is so important is to teach kids what they're feeling.

So you see a facial expression on a kid or a kid's face or you see their body language and it's beyond like they're squirming around they have to pee or they need food or something but it's really they're upset about something or they're angry.

Good parents will teach the kids how what kind of help them understand what type of emotion they're having.

So when you've been neglected you may not even know what type of feeling you're having right now.

So I'm feeling hyper.

Does that mean I'm anxious?

Am I afraid of something?

What am I afraid of?

Is there some way I can not be afraid or is there some really darn good reason for me to be afraid and then I just kind of have to cope with that and that's for extreme cases where people were yelled at or hit or hurt or abused in other ways where their home environment was just completely unsafe.

I can say that I didn't have a lot of those types of experiences,

Very many of those experiences at all but that's just a more intense version where you're still not learning how to identify your emotions or your needs.

If you have emotions it helps guide what your needs are.

So if you're feeling sad why are you feeling sad and how can I resolve my sadness through getting my needs met.

So one of the stories I'd like to tell is a little bit hard for me but I did make a lot of choices with men that were not ideal and I learned a lot.

I'm going to stay positive and say that I really learned a lot and I healed a lot and I grew a lot but now I kind of feel like I'm a late bloomer.

I'm in my 40s and I sure do wish I was in my 30s with some of the stuff I know now.

Life would be a little bit different for me but fortunately I have good genes and I plan to live a long time so I'm not going to sweat the fact that I'm a little bit of a late bloomer.

But I chose men who replicated some of the experiences I had as a kid because I didn't really have a very,

I didn't have a good sense of self worth or self deserving and because of being neglected I actually,

There were a lot of occasions when I tried really,

Really hard to get attention especially from my father and was an overachiever like oh maybe this will work to get attention from my dad or maybe this will work to get attention from my dad.

I tried all these different things and none of them really worked that well because my dad was in his own lala land.

Actually my father was pretty,

My dad had a lot of good qualities and I learned a lot and I want to say positive things about my father but some of the things I've had to recover from are the fact that he never really saw me as who I was.

He had a story about who I was and it's kind of a narcissistic behavior.

So he didn't ever really give me that sense that I was important because everything was really on his terms and there was no negotiation,

There was no soliciting of what my needs were or again helping me understand myself in any way.

I was his daughter kind of on his terms and may he rest in peace.

My learning and self-education really,

Really took off after my father passed about eight or nine years ago.

So now I'm in these relationships where I'm replicating some of those behaviors from my father,

My father experiences and not having a lot of self-worth and not really appreciating myself very much.

I had a pretty and having a really high desire for love and really high need for love.

I stayed in these relationships probably a lot longer than I should have because I allowed myself to fall in love with men who were not really treating me in the most ideal way.

So I had one man who paid a lot of attention to other women and tried to make it okay to me and I had another and the same man did a lot of,

I've had mental abuse,

Somebody telling me that my thought processes are not good or not healthy or men who had intimacy problems thinking of the last two big relationships I had,

Long-term relationships,

Intimacy problems where they brought me into intimacy and loved me and then kind of wandered off and sort of emotionally lost attention and really couldn't handle the ongoing maintenance of maintaining intimacy.

And so in these relationships I suffered quite a bit and some people,

Stronger people than who I was at that time,

Would have stood up for themselves.

And I had a really high tolerance for accepting these various and sundry types of abuse,

If you will,

Or neglect within these relationships because I wanted to love so bad.

It's hard to say that.

It's really hard to say that.

It's really hard to accept that I was that person.

So I will say very recently I finally put a lot of pieces together and I had a lot of spiritual support in order to do this and I was shown some very important things inside myself.

And so this is what I'd like to share with you and then I don't want to take too much more time on my story because we've got a lot to cover today.

I was shown that these habits and patterns,

One thing I was shown is that they're trans mitted through our lineage.

And I was shown the moment,

This is part of that whole syndrome of feelings and the neglect and the mistreatment of women from both sides of my lineage,

My father's side and my mother's side,

Both of those family lineages had this under appreciation of women.

And as you know,

That's a pretty pervasive pattern on our planet.

So I inherited that and I identified the moment of transmission of that lineage and all of the beliefs of that lineage,

All of the tolerances from the women of that lineage,

The acceptance that we can't really ever be truly loved on our own terms,

That we can't get our needs met,

That we really aren't worthy.

All of those messages came in at a very young age when I was about one and a half and I had a memory and this is the type of memory that I can reconstruct in a one-on-one session with a client and I've done this before.

And the lineage transmitted from my mother into me and that heaviness,

All of those patterns just came into me.

So energetically I learned before I even really experienced a lot of neglect and a lot of behaviors in my environment,

I was already suppressed by these lineage patterns.

So that's kind of where it started and then the neglect and what ended up happening is that even as I developed skills to understand my needs,

Understand my emotions and I developed language and communication to express those needs and make requests and with a volume knob because not everyone hears requests at the low end of the volume.

Sometimes you have to get repetitive,

Sometimes you have to amplify the volume depending on who you're talking to.

So I developed a huge breadth of skills that way but I still knew that I had this,

I'm going to call it an addiction.

I had an addiction to love that ensured that I was still going to tolerate,

That I was still going to accept mistreatment just because I needed that love.

And what would happen,

I would be in my dignity and in my self-respect up to a point,

Up to about an 85 or 90 percent but when I really started getting afraid,

Whether the fear was presenting itself because my boyfriend was threatening to leave me,

Which actually didn't really happen,

These were like fears in my own mind.

I was afraid when I became afraid that I would lose the relationship,

When I became afraid I wanted his love so much that I was addicted and I would do anything to receive my father's love.

So there was a place inside of me that was still tolerating mistreatment because of being afraid of losing this love,

Of being afraid of losing love.

So once I was shown that,

Well first I was just really afraid that there would never be a way that I could heal that,

That there would never be a way that I could get that out of my system and that there would never be a way that I could fully and completely say that I will never ever tolerate emotional abuse,

Mental abuse,

That I will only ever allow myself to be treated in a very healthy manner.

But I did and I found some spiritual resources that could teach me vibrationally and heal me vibrationally.

So within the context of Journey myself,

The context of a personal ceremony that I did for myself,

I could see that 10 or 15% of myself that was still willing to compromise and I was able to bring in a spiritual resource and I'll just say thank you,

Was the great God O'Sha'Allah from the Pantheon of the Orishas,

One of the African Pantheon of nature gods and O'Sha'Allah is very similar to the Christ energy,

To Jesus Christ.

And he came and just brought in the light to that part of me so that it became healed,

It became whole and I was able to step into my dignity in a whole and complete way.

And because I was still nervous that a situation would arise when I couldn't find my voice,

He allowed me to have a spirit guide that has directed me and guided me and protected me and that was Wolf.

So in a recent situation with my new lover,

My new boyfriend,

I was able to communicate with the fierceness of Wolf,

The gentleness,

Gentleness because he didn't need the really high volume to get the message and he was able to hear me and adjust and make choices,

Make choices about what he wanted to do but I was able to clearly communicate,

I can't go there,

That is not how I allow myself to be treated,

Period.

I just don't have that in me anymore.

And so I'm very,

Very grateful to say that I,

This was a profound instance of self-love where I decided to really fully own my self-worth and my value and say no to even a small amount of mistreatment.

So I'm hoping with the assistance of Oshala and Wolf that I will never have to go back there again,

That I'll never have to revisit that lesson.

So far so good,

It's holding strong.

So thank you so much for allowing me to get so personal with you today and I feel like I've taken a long time on my own story.

So the next part of the session today of our tele-ceremony,

I would like to have you do some self-analysis on yourself.

So there's a couple different approaches to take with this and what I am going to ask you,

These are going to be things that you can use to assess yourself in any given situation and today you can put yourself in that situation and identify a part of yourself that you want to work with in the journey to be healed and made whole.

So there's a couple of different things here.

So imagine yourself where you're feeling like you have a bunch of cravings.

So you're craving your favorite food,

Whether that's ice cream or chocolate or potato chips or something like that,

You're craving or you're craving to go shopping.

So in those situations,

What I would like to coach you on doing is that you will ask yourself,

Is ice cream going to really do it for me or is that just a band-aid on something deeper that really needs more attention than just a spoon in my mouth?

So this is a form of self-intimacy,

Self-intimacy being a form of self-love.

Self-intimacy takes a lot of courage because we're going to be looking at parts of ourselves that maybe haven't been seen or heard for our entire lives,

But they're just in there creating pain and suffering that we,

For the most part,

We don't want to see,

We don't want to hear,

We don't want to listen,

But that's what we were taught to do,

Right?

We were taught that it's better for us to be seen and not heard,

That it's better for us to shove those feelings down inside us and then we know that sometimes those feelings can congeal to such a degree that they can create health issues,

Right?

So we're here to be healthy and we're here to look at ourselves with honesty and with an open heart.

So be really,

Really gentle with yourself at the same time you're courageous and in that situation when you're craving something,

Go inside and ask that part of you that's craving,

What is it that you really need?

What is it that you really need?

What are you really feeling?

What are the feelings that I haven't been paying attention to?

What do you have to teach me?

What can I learn from you?

So another example is you're having some emotions or feelings and you may be triggered by something that's happening around you,

But some part of you is saying,

I think that I'm having a stronger emotional reaction to this situation than I really need to have.

Maybe somebody just pisses you off when you're driving down the freeway.

Something simple like that and you fly off the handle,

You realize,

I'm kind of stirred up about something.

I wonder what that is.

But it really happens more frequently in our closest friendships,

In our family,

In our beloveds,

Our partnerships,

Our boyfriends,

Girlfriends.

That's really where you see it.

They'll say something and it will trigger you and next thing you know,

You are just going crazy.

You're just going ballistic and take a deep breath and maybe ask to step away from the conversation that you're having that's triggering you and give yourself a moment of self-reflection and ask again,

When's the last time I felt these type of feelings?

What are other times in my life that I felt these type of feelings?

And follow it back,

When's the first time I felt feelings like this?

And try to identify what it is in your background,

What it is in your past that you are having trouble giving voice to something about you that didn't get seen,

Didn't get heard,

Didn't get loved,

Didn't get witnessed and identify that part of you.

And the last example I have is what are you tolerating?

Where are you tolerating anything?

And it could be my pants are too tight and they're uncomfortable.

Why are you tolerating that?

Why do you think that it's okay to sit there with uncomfortable clothes on?

Who told you that was ever okay?

It could be something that simple or it could be something like the example I gave where I was tolerating not being treated very well and I had to find out the reasons for that.

And you know,

All of these different scenarios are going to trace back to something that you experienced earlier in life,

Very chances are,

Highly likely,

Going to be some time in childhood.

So I'd like you to take a moment now and follow through on one of these scenarios and identify a place inside you that really needs to be healed today.

And we're going to work on that.

We're going to go into Journey here next.

Open your heart and compassion to that part of you that has been suppressed,

That has been sublimated over time.

Okay.

So the next thing that I'd like to ask you to do,

We're going to go into the Journey now,

And I'm going to ask you to choose a power spot,

A place in nature,

Ideally,

Where you have maybe where you've been or a place that you fantasize about where you are feeling really,

Really comfortable.

It's just a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Natural place.

And that's the place where we're going to start our journey.

And I'm going to go ahead and turn off my webcam.

The light is changing here.

And you really only need to pay attention to my voice right now.

And then I'll bring the webcam on a little bit later.

So here is where I would like you to go inside and take some deep breaths and begin to get quiet so that we can go on our journey.

So imagine yourself surrounded by your beautiful setting.

Imagine yourself surrounded in this beautiful place.

So there is fresh air.

There's light.

There may even be some form of fire.

There's water nearby,

Whether that's a pond or a creek or a stream or a waterfall or even the moisture in the air that's touching your skin.

Imagine and know that there is water where you are.

And of course,

There's earth where you are too in this natural setting.

Making sure that all four elements are there,

Assisting you in anchoring the energy of this journey that we're about to go on.

And into this sacred place,

The starting place,

Let's call in a guide for your journey.

So this is as simple as opening up your intention and asking for a volunteer from your guides to please arrive and be there with you in the sacred place.

And feel confident.

Be in knowingness that this guide is there with you,

Whether you may not have visual contact necessarily,

But know that they're there with you.

Feel them next to you.

And so with this guide near you,

The guide is now gesturing to a path that you didn't see or notice before and takes you over to this path.

And you begin walking down this path.

And you're just caught up in the beauty of what is surrounding you here.

You might be smelling things that smell really wonderful.

You might be hearing beautiful sounds of nature around you.

You might be seeing beauty,

Natural beauty.

Just feel yourself walking down this pathway.

And gradually you come to a young woods.

All of the trees in this woods are vivacious young saplings.

They're still plenty tall enough to be over your head.

It's a forest of saplings.

And you feel yourself surrounded.

And as you enter into this forest,

You become aware that this is actually a sacred forest.

And feel the energy of it.

And you can feel all the creatures in this forest,

Everything from fairies to squirrels to maybe even flying squirrels.

You feel all these different creatures in the forest around you.

And they all have benevolent feelings towards you.

So happily you walk down this pathway with your guide.

And you notice that there is a bright light.

And you feel like you might be coming to the end of the forest.

And sure enough,

At the end of this path and at the end of this forest,

You come out into a very beautiful grassy field.

Really tall grass.

And there's red-winged blackbirds and other beautiful birds,

Bluebirds and flowers.

And you're just,

Oh,

What a beautiful field of grass.

And this field is surrounded by the young forest.

And as you enter into the field,

You notice that you can see the other participants in this journey.

You come together in the center of the field and acknowledge each other,

Welcome each other here to this experience.

And at the end of the field,

You all come to be aware of an incredibly gigantic building.

This building is so beautiful and so ornate and yet so vast that you cannot see the end of this building to the left or to the right.

Cannot see how high it is up in the sky.

Cannot tell the dimensions.

But what you can tell is that there is a porch and that you feel very invited and compelled towards this structure,

Towards this building,

Towards this temple.

And collectively,

We all go towards the temple and walk up the steps to the porch.

And as we reach the porch,

The beautiful,

Ornate,

Incredibly tall doors of the temple open noiselessly and silently to allow us to enter into the single chamber of the temple.

And in the central chamber of the temple without boundaries,

Everything is sacred here.

And you can see that there are altars to the four directions.

And in the very center of the room,

You can see that there is a beautiful altar that has roots going down into the earth.

It has feathery light play going up towards the ceiling,

Which is so vast and so high up you cannot detect the top,

The roof,

The ceiling of this chamber.

And all along the walls are beautiful,

Ornate altars and statues and magical items,

All manner of sacred objects glistening and glowing in this beautiful,

Beautiful temple.

We begin to form a circle together,

All of us participating in this journey.

On a circle in the center of this chamber as the doors close noiselessly behind us.

So we're here in a circle with our guides.

So our guides now are beginning to gesture us over to a particular door off of this central chamber.

And we didn't notice this door before,

But we're taken over to it.

And as we get to this door,

We feel that the door is kind of a red color and we're going in.

We enter into this room and there is a beautiful,

Beautiful table in the middle of this room.

In the middle of this room we sit down at the table and our guide is there with us supporting us.

And this is the chamber of inner dialogue,

Inner self-dialogue.

And at this time your guide disappears for a moment and returns from behind a secret panel bringing the part of you that you identified earlier when you were talking about,

A part of you that didn't receive any witnessing,

That didn't receive the love that he or she needed.

And your guide brings this part of you into this chamber with you.

Some of you are experiencing this part of you as very,

Very volatile,

Maybe even irrational,

Kicking and screaming.

And so I encourage you all now to just open your hearts.

Take a deep breath in the center of your heart and connect with your own source of love,

Connecting in with all the spiritual assistance that is here with us on this journey and projecting this love out into the room and allowing this part of yourself to know that perhaps for the very first time he or she is being completely and totally accepted no matter what feelings they have,

No matter who they are,

They are being accepted.

And here today we want to hear what they have to say,

What this part of us has to say.

So the guide is encouraging this part of you to sit at the table across from you and you reach your hands out across the table to this part of you,

Showing up in your most loving self,

Witnessing and listening to this part of you.

So begin to ask some questions to this part of you.

How were you hurt?

What is your story?

Where did you,

How did you begin to be?

Where is the beginning of your story?

Where did you start?

And just be aware of the answers.

The answers may be pure emotion,

They may be pure energy,

You may hear words.

Just receive.

Be in witness mode right now.

Listen to everything this part of you has been wanting to say,

Wanting to teach you for so many years,

For so long.

They've been wanting so much to share this with you.

Just holding space for this part of you to be seen,

To be heard,

To be acknowledged,

For the first time ever.

Continuing to keep your heart open,

Knowing that in the power of love you can never be hurt,

Even if this part of you has very,

Very angry things to say,

Okay to just listen.

The power of this love,

This part of you is finally getting the attention that she or he needs.

It's finally getting the love that she or he needs.

So begin to ask some questions now along the lines of what are your needs now?

How can I help you heal?

What is it that I can do for you since I am now an adult,

Since I am now in strength and in power,

Whereas before in childhood I had no power?

How can I meet your needs?

What is it that you would like from me?

And again,

Just listen and listen and listen.

We're in a safe and sacred container here.

This loving,

Loving container.

As you continue this dialogue and listening very,

Very carefully,

Find ways inside yourself now that you will be able to make a promise to this part of you,

A promise that you can completely,

100% with pure integrity,

A promise that you will be able to keep evermore for this part of you.

What is a way that you can take care of this part of you in a way that this part has never experienced before that can bring about wholeness and healing?

Here in the temple of self-love,

Learning to love this part of ourselves that has never experienced that before.

What is the loving action you can take towards this part of you and maybe more than one action is necessary here?

Maybe they just need to stay angry for a while.

Maybe there's some hurt underneath that anger that they can share with you.

What are the deepest needs of this part of yourself?

We're going to bring in some additional assistance now.

In this particular temple,

In this particular chamber,

Calling now on the presence of the divine to arrive here,

To arrive in this temple of self-love.

And as the divine representation that is most suitable and perfect for you,

As the divine arrives in this temple space,

The divine positions itself behind you and merges with your back connecting with your back.

And this divine being holds your heart in his or her hands.

And now your hearts are connected.

Divine heart merging and opening with your heart.

Divine heart merging and opening inside your heart as a portal that's always available to the divine love.

Divine love now flowing through your heart.

Flowing through your heart and being offered to this part of yourself that needs healing.

Falling and channeling,

Being an open channel as you receive this love,

Receiving this love towards yourself,

Towards this part of you that needs healing,

That needs wholeness.

Bringing that love onto that part of yourself and bringing about healing transformation of that part of you.

Allowing the heart of that part of you to connect with your heart,

Connect with divine love so that there is a perfect flow of energy from divine love through your heart and into the heart of this part of you,

Back and forth.

Knowing that you're connected with the infinity of divine love and pouring that love into this part of you that needs the healing.

Pouring and pouring and pouring until that part of you begins to feel a little bit more whole,

Begins to be aware of you in a new way,

Begins to feel like they may find consolation and support in a way that they never have felt before.

And so now this part of you beginning to find wholeness and really feeling connected to you,

Really feeling that you have heard them,

You have heard and witnessed and listened,

That you have loved them.

So ask this part of you now,

If you,

If I'm keeping my promise to you and I do intend to keep my promises to you,

Will you be willing to become whole with me again?

So give this part of you a choice,

This part of you that has become healed and made whole by receiving divine love through you,

Through your heart,

In the form of self-love.

Ask this part of you if they are willing to return.

And most of the time you'll get a yes at this point.

Sometimes they'll need more love,

Sometimes they'll need you to prove that you really will keep your promise.

But if they are willing to come back,

Come back home to you,

And knowing that your guide is there to facilitate that process,

This part of you comes across the table and steps back into you and merges back into you so that you are made more whole.

And with divine love flowing through you,

Merging this divine love with your entire body,

Divine love creating the pathway for that part of you to find union,

To return to you in wholeness and completeness,

Integrating that part back into you so that you can now operate in your life in the choices and decisions you make for yourself.

You can operate from a place,

A greater place of self-love,

Of self-dignity,

Of self-value.

So allow this process to unfold inside you,

Feeling this part of you coming back in,

Aligning with you,

Seeing how your perspective might change,

See how your belief systems might change,

Feel how you might feel different in your body from this part of you returning.

And all of this union,

All of this reunion and harmonization being facilitated by divine love flowing through you in a clear and open channel.

So beginning to bring this process to a close now.

But celebrating and feeling grateful for the courage of that part of you to show up and be witnessed here today,

To say what it needed to say,

What had never been heard before,

Honoring the courage of that part of you to be revealed,

And appreciating yourself for giving a space,

A loving space for that part of you no matter what difficult things it had to say that you may or may not ever have wanted to hear,

Allowing that to cause you to celebrate,

Feeling grateful for your own willingness.

So continuing to feel that divine love at your back,

Maybe even opening your arms up,

Feeling your hands,

Palms up,

And feeling that divine love flowing down your arms and out your palms,

Feeling your whole entire being lit up with this divine love.

And listening now to divine love itself,

Listening to this divine being who is at your back holding you in this container and asking for a sentence,

A phrase,

An affirmation,

Or even a color,

Or a feeling.

Ask this presence,

This divine presence for a way that you can call upon that divine love presence to open itself within your heart.

Ask the question,

What is the way,

How can I open divine love within my heart?

To this divine being,

How can I open your heart within my heart and be a channel for divine love into the world?

And knowing that the intelligence of this divine being will communicate to you,

Perhaps in a subtle way,

Perhaps in an overt way,

Listen and receive from that divine being the way that you can call upon that energy in the future.

So with that knowingness,

That knowingness that you are now empowered to bring divine love in the world through you,

Give thanks and gratitude to this divine being who has been here with you and supporting you.

Knowing that the first stop for that divine love is you.

The first act of self-love is to bring love to yourself in every situation,

In every circumstance.

I'm beginning to give thanks and gratitude for this experience and drawing it to a close.

And knowing that you can always return back here to this temple of self-love within the temple without boundaries.

And knowing that you can always come here again with any other part of you that needs to be heard and witnessed.

You have the tools now to create that dialogue,

To create that safe space in that container for any part of you that needs to be heard and to bring divine love to heal that part of you as you make promises and commitments so that that part of you will be willing to come back into you whole and healed.

So your guide now is showing you the way to the stairs that come back up to the door and you exit this chamber turning around one more time with a bow and prayer hands to give honor and thanks and gratitude for this experience.

And returning now into the central chamber of the temple without boundaries.

Returning once again in a circle formation,

Reconnecting with your community of fellow travelers,

Fellow people here being healed.

And opening yourself to receive the communion of our unity in this journey.

We are one in receiving divine love and healing ourselves.

We are one in our commitment to self-love.

As we come to the conclusion of this ceremony in the temple,

We begin to exit out the front doors of the temple,

Walking back out onto the porch and down the stairs and out into the beautiful,

Beautiful field.

Beginning our goodbyes,

Knowing that we will see each other again here on a journey in the temple or in the astral.

We're connected now in community.

So beginning to say goodbye to your fellow companions and everyone returning to their own individual pathway into the forest.

Releasing yourself on your own pathway in the forest of the young saplings.

These beautiful,

Beautiful trees in this wonderful forest feeling even more vibrant than you noticed before.

Even more full of loving beings celebrating with you that you are now more whole.

You're more skilled,

More connected with deep parts of yourself.

Your guide leading you along the pathway through the forest and emerging back into your starting place,

Into your power spot,

Into that beautiful natural setting where you began.

And giving thanks and acknowledging your guide for their incredibly important role in this journey saying thank you and allowing them to return back to where they came from.

And returning now back to where you are in your room,

Taking some deep breaths.

It's helpful now if you have a glass of water to take a sip.

You might want to pat yourself on your body.

Just make sure you're fully back and then we'll go into the very last phase of our time together today.

Taking a really deep breath.

So the toolkit that we learned today is a really,

Really powerful one where once you identify a part of yourself like we did before the journey,

A fussy part of you that's emotional or that's been triggered,

A part of you that's having cravings for something and really giving that part of you time to speak,

To be heard,

To be witnessed,

To receive your love.

And connecting with divine love and flowing healing energy towards that part of you and allowing them to be healed and made whole while also exacting a promise from you,

A commitment of a way that you will take care of that part so that they can stay connected to you and stay merged with you.

And when they merge,

You have access to a lot more of yourself.

And not just that,

But you have access to your wholeness.

So you reclaim a part of yourself that was lost,

That was submerged,

That got sidelined and taken offline.

Now you have the power of that part of you and all the lessons that they taught you.

So the last thing I want to share today is just a couple of tips for self-love.

And one of them is channeling love to yourself,

Which we did in the journey.

Love is really transformational.

You know,

It's just one little four-letter word,

But I have seen love do amazing,

Amazing things.

And so I really encourage you,

We have this negative self-talk.

The more we can open our hearts to ourselves,

Forgive ourselves,

Our human weaknesses,

Our weaknesses,

Just love yourself.

And maybe you don't even need to stop the self-talk,

But just remember to open your heart and let the love flow out.

And pour that love onto anything in your life,

Any part of your psychology,

Even the nagging voice in your mind,

That obsessive chatter,

Put,

Offer it love and see what happens.

And I can almost 100% guarantee you that if you offer love to that chatty,

Negative voice,

That self-talk voice,

It will change.

It will change.

So keep putting love on stuff.

Keep putting love on stuff.

Okay.

What happens with me sometimes is not,

I might have a few different needs going on at one time.

It happens first thing in the morning when I'm trying to decide whether I want to get up and go to the gym or if I need to rest some more.

But sometimes I have,

It feels like I have conflicting needs inside myself.

And so I ask myself a question,

What is the best way I can love myself right now?

And sometimes I ask for spiritual guidance,

But that's the question I ask.

What is the best way I can love myself?

Do I need to get up and get an email off to somebody or make a phone call?

Do I need to exercise because I'm just desperate?

What is the most important,

What's the highest priority way for me to love myself?

We make a lot of choices every single day,

Either towards loving ourself or away from loving ourself.

So that's one example.

But when we're out and about in the world,

Ask yourself,

You know,

Maybe somebody's having a conversation with you and you're not feeling really that comfortable,

Ask yourself in that moment,

What's the best way for me to love myself in this conversation?

What do I need to do for myself here?

And come from that place,

Find a voice from that place,

Find a way to communicate from that place,

And that's a choice towards self-love.

If you,

Just be aware of your choices,

Whether you're choosing away from yourself or towards yourself.

And again,

This awareness develops over time.

You can't necessarily,

This is your,

If you're just beginning your journey of self-love and becoming aware of self-love,

It's going to take a while for you to develop these skills.

Another one,

A couple more here on this tips list is choosing to pay attention.

So we talked,

This is that discipline of I'm feeling a weird emotion or I'm feeling an emotion,

What is it really about?

So give yourself a moment to take a deep breath and instead of being caught up in the emotion,

Taking just a little teeny step back,

A little bit of detachment,

Looking at it almost like you're sitting on a cloud or something,

Or looking at the emotion like it's a movie playing in front of you,

Just a little bit of step.

So witness yourself,

Watch yourself in operation.

Just that little bit of detachment gives,

Is the space where choice can happen.

And so paying attention to those moments when your deeper self is really trying to give you a message and trying to,

Screaming for attention,

Frankly.

So paying attention and then not being lazy.

So really having integrity with your self-love when you do discover something,

Making sure that you follow up on that and acknowledge that part of you and have this dialogue like we did earlier today and reintegrating that part of you.

So those are some pretty profound ways of loving yourself.

And it all comes down to really to valuing all of your pieces and parts,

Allowing them to all come together in unity inside you and really owning yourself and accepting all of who you are.

Broken parts,

Healed parts,

Parts that you kind of wish weren't really part of your personality and parts of you that,

Of your personality that you love.

It's almost like a family where there's multiple children and the parents don't love any of the children more than any of the others.

Accepting and loving all of yourself.

And really owning yourself,

Having dignity,

Standing up in your power,

Standing up in your truth.

So those are some tips for self-love.

And it's just food for thought right now and go as far with these aspects of self-love as you can.

But they are,

They might take a little while for you to perfect your skills.

I am still perfecting my skills.

I don't know why I keep running around and keeping myself way,

Way,

Way too busy for my own good.

And one of these days I'll figure out that aspect of self-love.

So it's an ongoing journey.

So I wanted to say thank you so much for all of the people who attended here live and thank you so much for the replayers.
