Sagittarius Full Moon Meditation - June 2022

A guided meditation for the Sagittarius Full Moon of June 2022 by Jackie Campbell. Bring to the surface what needs healing, accepting and acknowledging this month, and then help to let it go and move forward.

Hi, My name is Jackie and welcome to another Full Moon Relaxation Meditation. An opportunity to use our cycles to the fullest advantage, To help open us, To clear under a full moon, The full moon can illuminate upon us our shadow, Our patterns, Our conditions, Our ancestral trails, Past lives if you believe. And so we take this opportunity under the Sagittarian Full Moon to bring to the surface what needs healing or accepting or acknowledging and then to help let go and move forward for the next month. So the Sagittarian Full Moon, Sagis are about, They're very adaptable and flexible so we want to bring that into the meditation. They're also loyal and smart, Assertive and very compassionate. They make great empaths and it is a freedom loving sign and they're also very good at discerning and all these great attributes is exactly what we need in these times to navigate through the charted waters, The very difficult situations that we find ourselves in as untruths are being pulled up to the surface and chaos and carnage is still all around us. Also we have the solstice coming up a week later on June 21st and when we use these cycles like they did back in the wisdom days, The ancient wisdoms and civilisations, We not only enhance our own lives and abilities to clear and connect and allow that veil to become thinner, We're also helping on a collective, The whole world as we navigate through these times into the new earth. This is a reminder to let you know that the darkness has lost, Yee-haw and it is really just the aftermath playing out now, Clutching onto any straw it can but there are holes in the dam and we as people are rising and awakening together so take this time to do some more inner journeying, To discover what does not serve anymore and to open you to the wonders of who you truly are, To really re-remember the soul light that you were born to be. To get comfy, Take some deep breaths and when I was preparing to do this over the last few days leading up to today, A beautiful master appeared to join us today with her twin flame to help open the gates of compassion and mercy and love. Her name is Kuan Yin and her twin flame is La Su, Together they make a very powerful energy. Now masters walked the earth thousands of years ago and their energy is here for us to tap into and use to its full capacity. When we call on masters it doesn't matter what denomination you believe in, We a hundred fold catapult ourselves forward when we surrender and open to the love that they have for us and the continued service that they are here to guide and show us. There are many masters like Jesus, Buddha, Hilarion, Mary Magdalene, Cuthumi, If you wanted to delve into the masters it is a beautiful way to know that you are fully protected and cared for as you open yourselves to the master energy. So as you are taking some deep breaths, Breathe in and breathe out and just let go, Let go of your day, Let go of the noise and take this time for you to reset, Recharge, Rejuvenate, Refresh and reunite with your soul, Your higher self. Kuan Yin was a reverend, As a Buddhist deity she is very well known in Eastern Asian countries throughout all temples. La Su is an alchemist, What that means is an alchemist can change something from a very deep deep level, Like a chemist I guess, So from he can turn metal into gold. So when we call on this strong couple we are opening ourselves up to change deep seated patterns, Conditions. Kuan Yin comes in with the compassion and the mercy and the forgiveness and love for ourselves or for our outer world, The perpetrators, The victim perpetrator energy can be dissolved so we can see and switch and change perspectives to help us grow and quicken in this quickening new earth energy. Imagine like always that from the base of your feet you have either tree roots, Vines, Ribbons, Colour, However you see it, Reimagining these ropes going down from your feet, Through the floorboards if you are inside, Through the ground, Down through the molten lava rocks, Waterways of the earth. Mother earth loves you, She supports you, She knows who you are, She welcomes you with open arms as you take your vines down down down to connect into her beautiful golden heart that sits in the core of mother earth. She invites you to draw up her energy, All her beauty, Her patience, Her tolerance with us is bestowed upon us as we go through such change and we bring up the compassion and the caring and the loving nature of mother earth. We connect it into our feet and we draw that energy up through all our cells, Through every cell our bones, Our blood, Streams, Veins and arteries, Our muscles, Ligaments, Tendons, Anywhere that needs assistance we can direct this beautiful energy, Our organs and draw it all the way up, Connect it into your heart, Feel this beautiful energy swirling into your heart chakra that sits in your chest and is portrayed as the colour green, See it as a deep emerald green colour flicking out all those hurts of the past. And we open our crown at the top of our head and we invite the energies of the cosmos from the highest realms of the purest of light and nothing lower, From the heavens, From source, From God, From father mother God, Whoever you resonate with, From your higher self this energy pours down like silvery stars, Silvery golden energy pouring down all that innate wisdom giving us the clarity to see clearer, Giving us the knowing of who we truly are and where we come from. Bringing that energy down to touch our higher chakras, Our crown and to swirl down, Down, Down, Through our mind, Through our body parts, Into our heart and also going down into every other cell in our body. Take our attention back into our heart where we've got this beautiful mother earth energy, The cosmos energy, The crystalline energy, The golds and the silvers and the emerald greens, Swirling this all together and starting to push it out into every cell of your body and beyond, Past your skin, Into your aura, Cleansing your aura, Patching up those holes so no energy can seep out or lower energy cannot come in, Sending this energy out through your etheric bodies and pushing your aura out and out and out so you are in a total bubble of protection and unconditional love. And as you feel fully relaxed and in this moment our journey begins. So imagine that you are suddenly at the bottom of the Himalayas, Massive mountain range in front of you, Very daunting to look up and think that you are going to be asked to climb this mountain. But don't worry, You have help and support with you. On one side, Whoever you think of right now is your guide, Whether it be a departed loved one, An angel, A master, A being of light, A guide, They are there to help and support. On the other side, Lao Tzu appears. If you need a picture, Just picture an old Chinese man with a long beard, Full of wisdom, His face tells a thousand stories and he hands you something. He hands you a backpack and he encourages you to put it on your back. This backpack is full of rocks and every rock represents a shadow part of you, Perhaps a part that hasn't been wanted to look at yet or a part that has already had some healing but needs a bit more. In this meditation we don't need to know what is in the, What the rocks represent in your backpack but know that they are heavy burdens from days gone by. All your worries, Your suffering, Your unworthiness and in the lack is in that backpack. All your traumas, Your dramas and things we've carried on from our past lives. Once again if you are unsure of past lives, Look at it as your ancestral timeline, Passed down from generation to generation in our DNA, Caught up in our body as we carry the load for so many. Our journey begins. The steps that you start to take are not too bad, The backpack isn't too heavy and as you go along there is a track that leads up the mountain. Even though it is feeling quite cool down where you are right now, As you start to walk the sun is out in its full glory and it is beating down on you, Reflecting off the rocks with its heat. And as you keep walking and walking the backpack is starting to weigh you down more and more. Don't worry your guide is with you, Your guide provides you with water when you need and you can stop for breaks along the way. Keep walking up this monuments steep rocky pathway. You are feeling the effects of the backpack now, This is the load that we carry around with us all of the time. As you continue up the steep track there are areas for you to stop and contemplate for you what may be in that backpack that you actually want to let go of. Under a full moon anything is possible. And as you continue to rise the air is starting to become thinner and thinner and the sun is starting to go down and you realise there is quite a chill in the air. Your guide is still with you, Encouraging you as you just want to collapse in a heat now. Sometimes the burden is too heavy to bear. But you are encouraged to keep going, To keep going no matter how tired you are. This is in our lives as well at the moment. No matter how unsure you are of your footing as the track narrows and becomes windy as you continue to move upwards and upwards. Keep stopping if you need to, Contemplate what it is that is time to release. It could be a person, A situation, Something you have carried for years and years since you are a child. It could be an unhappy working environment. You might not even know. But La Su knows, Your guide knows, Kuan Yin knows, Your inner self knows, Your higher self knows. So just keep on going. There is always a much bigger picture and there is always light at the end of the track. Stop for a sip of water if you need. Do not take that backpack off. Your back feels like it's breaking, Your muscles are aching. It is getting colder and colder as you realise you are walking towards snow now and the track is covered. How will you get through the snow? Trust, Trust the pathway. Trust your guides and masters. As you take steps in the snow your feet start to become cold. You realise you haven't bought enough clothes with you and the water is starting to turn very icy cold and that durn backpack is still heavy as. Keep going, Keep going, Not far now. In the distance in the snow you see a beautiful light, A welcoming light that you are so pleased to see. As you look behind you, You see very heavy, Deep footprints in the snow. And as you feel like you cannot get there on your own, You are encouraged to keep going. To the point of exhaustion you get to this doorway and as you look up you realise it is the most magnificent temple. A beautiful gold gilded temple with steeples and you can see a warm glowing light inside. You are so very happy to be at this doorway as the doors open for you. You can feel the warmth inside and you are welcomed in, You just know to walk in. The room is full of colour, Patchwork, Embroidery, Tapestry around the walls. It feels inviting, It feels full of love and welcoming. And as you enter, La Sue is right there with you and he takes that backpack off you. Ah, With such relief you are ready to let go. You are ready to peel back the layers that hold you back in your own life. You are ready to face your fears because you know that you are supported, Loved, Reverent and you trust. And as you walk forward, A beautiful Asian woman moves forward towards you with so much grace, Pure complexion, A beauty, A deity of pure love. As she comes close to you, You feel her presence, Her awe, The beautiful Kuan Yin. And she holds out a beautiful cape for you, It looks so warm and loving and she wraps it around you like a blanket of compassion. She takes your hand and guides you to sit by a fire. There is a little stool just for you right in front of the fire and you sit there holding your hands out to warm your every bone. It feels like you've been walking in a living hell, Carrying the burdens of your forefathers, Carrying this unnecessary weight that holds you back from the wonderful things that are there to manifest and create before you. Kuan Yin lays her hands on your crown and you instantly feel her mercy, Compassion and love for all is forgiven. Forgiving yourself for being so hard on yourself, For holding onto things, For not understanding or realising situations out there in the world, For being wrong, Unright. Who says there is any right or wrong except our own ego? She helps dissolve all of this away like melting snow. And through the window you see the beautiful moon, The full moon beaming through that glass, Shining upon you, The beam you are directly underneath. Seeing all the pain, Anxiety, Depression, Isolation, Fear, Anger, Frustration, Pain, Suffering, Dis-ease. Together La Su and Kuan Yin help you find the source of your dis-ease in your body and your mind. Brings it to the table for you to acknowledge and accept. Kuan Yin hands upon your head, La Su brings you some nourishing soup, Some warm wholesome soup and when you drink it, It is filled with a medicine that helps restore you, To help you in your healing process, To help you recover quicker, To give you the strength that your body needs, To help you keep going, For we are all in this together. And as you feel that beautiful soup going down into your tummy, You feel love from the inside and out. And as you look out to that full moon and you feel completely whole, So loved, So supported, So worthy, So powerful, That you can create and choose your life. How does it look when you look out into the moon? Got friends, Heartfelt colleagues, Plenty of food, Fresh water, Shelter, Dancing, Singing, Communities, Connection, Meetings around round tables, Circles, Festivals, Rituals of love. Koolon, Kuan Yin, La Su, Whenever you need, Know that they are here for us, The energy of them. It is an energy, We put a person on the master energy so we understand more, But it is there for us to tap into whenever we need that blanket of compassion and love. Whenever we need to understand a part of ourselves or a part of the world, Call them in. And with this beautiful crystalline, Gorgeous, High vibrational energy from our heart and from a collective place as we are all doing this meditation together, We send that love out to parts of Asia since we are here, Into China, To all the people in China, To the leaders that they may lay down their weapons, See the people, Direct the beautiful moonbeam onto all those Asian countries. And as the love and the compassion purifies the energy in these countries and over to India and beyond, See this beautiful love, Silver energy mixed with our golden, Silver, Emerald energy start to surround the whole world like light to the planet, Lighting up the darkened areas, Bringing in the song and the dance, Bringing in the joy and the happiness. As we move through the shift together, More and more people connecting. Seeds have already been sown, Little green shoots are starting to grow, Keep nurturing and watering, Keep going, Keep going. See the whole planet in silver, Gold and emerald. Everything with so much love, Forgiveness and happiness and peace. And it is time now to step back into your own world. La Su and your guide will make it easy for you, So you say goodbye to Kuan Yin and you take yourself out the door and they carry you and glide you down, Down, Down, Down, Down back through the snow, The track and to the base of the mountain. Find yourself back in the room and the comfort of where you started with your heart full, With your body fully cleansed, Your mind open for change. Thank you all for joining me today.
