Welcome to this Leo Full Moon Guided Meditation for February 2025. Welcome everybody,

Welcome to our first full moon of 2025,

Me taking a break in January but here now for the rest of the year for a full moon in February,

Leo full moon 2025.

Now as we get started and as you hear and start to adjust to my voice I'll talk a little bit about Leo but you start to relax your body and get yourself into that zone.

Surround yourself with some nice things like crystals,

Candles,

A comfy chair or lying on the floor or even outside with your headphones in.

Now Leo is a very very powerful star sign.

Leo's like to stand out and be bold and that is exactly what this energy is shaping up to be this month.

Leo's are also very warm and creative and they have deep sovereignty within their being.

They're very honest,

Have integrity and great courage.

If you think of Leo the Lion,

This is a Leo,

One of Leo's great aspects about the sign.

So if we take from that with the moon shining so brightly down on us,

Illuminating on certain star signs as we go through the year,

We can focus on these beautiful attributes and work with them under this full moon energy.

Leo's also don't like to be told what to do and they do not like to be forced to do anything.

Some can see this as a stubbornness but as if we take this today as learning boundaries.

We do not need to be told what to do if it is done from not from the heart.

We do not need to be forced to do anything because we have our own sovereignty,

Our own integrity and our own divine plan to the blueprint on planet Earth.

So as we take in these aspects of Leo,

Start to even relax more into your body.

Taking some deep breaths and releasing whatever has been going on for you in the last month.

Surrendering yourself into this moment so that you may have clarity to see what it is that does need to be healed or accepted or released.

Surrendered.

Take some deep breaths as your body starts to relax more and more into this time and this space.

If you can hear the birds in the background,

I am doing this in the morning so in Queensland Australia we are very big with birds over here.

If a noise is triggering you,

I'm going to ask you to just stop for a moment and ask yourself why.

Why would that background noise trigger you?

Why do you need everything to be perfect,

Silent?

And if you take a moment to let go of that concept of you,

That control aspect of you and allow that noise to float into the background once again.

We're living in an imperfect world so for our standards to be as high as everything needs to be absolutely pristine in a perfect way is setting yourself up.

We do not need to set ourselves up in this energy.

There is enough things around us playing out to take our attention and distraction.

It is learning to live with it and rise above it.

Feel into your body any tight areas,

Any tightness.

Scanning your body from head to toe,

Going down,

Down,

Down,

Through your body.

Acknowledging with gratitude even if there is a disability or an impairment in your body.

All things are here to teach us overcome challenges,

To become stronger and to stand in our center,

In our core,

No matter who we are.

Imagine from the base of your feet you have roots coming from there.

You may see this as golden cords,

Golden ribbons,

Color,

Whatever it is that you see.

We have these roots coming down from our feet and going into the core of the earth.

Going down,

Down,

Down and as your roots,

Ribbons,

Cords are going down deep into the earth,

You're starting to feel even more relaxed,

Letting go,

Letting go of what's happening after this meditation,

What you need to be doing or moving into tomorrow.

Releasing that concept,

Letting go of what happened before you turn this meditation on.

What you did yesterday or what is stressing you or keeping you in this hold,

This frequency,

Before you switched this on.

Those roots are going so deeply down into the earth until they find in the center of the earth,

Mother Earth's beautiful beating heart and you wrap your roots,

Cords,

Ribbons around her heart and instantly feel the connection,

Instantly feel her support,

Her love,

Her nurturing and nourishment.

Slowing your heartbeat down to become the same rhythm as Mother Gaia.

Feeling your breath slowing down,

Feeling your life slowing down in this moment.

Imagine from your crown,

Your crown chakra,

A violet,

Look at it,

It's like a violet disc at the top of your head,

Opening like a doorway and spinning like a vortex of violet and white.

And imagine as you spin this chakra,

It is cleansing and clearing out anything that is blocking you from the connection to your higher self.

And imagine you have a cord,

A golden cord coming from your crown,

Traveling up,

Traveling up through the ceiling if you are inside,

Through the roof,

Traveling up into the sky if you are outside,

Going all the way up,

Up,

Up through the clouds,

Through the atmosphere,

Getting higher and higher and higher,

Past the planets,

Past the stars,

The moon and the sun,

Traveling all the way up,

Up,

Up,

Beyond going through dimensions,

Portals,

Into space.

And imagine out there in the ethers,

You are connecting into the universe,

Your universe,

Where you hold your guides,

Departed loved ones,

Higher beautiful galactic beings,

Angels,

Your higher self,

Everything from the highest,

Purest vibration,

Nothing at all low,

Lower density,

Low frequency,

Only from the highest realms of the purest light that we are tapping into today.

And like a funnel,

This energy is drawing down,

Down through that golden tube,

All your answers,

All your innate wisdom from your ancestors and beyond,

All the healing you need,

All the inspirations,

Light codes,

DNA enhancements are funneling down through this tube of gold,

Coming down,

Down,

Down,

Like glittery,

Sparkly rain,

Golden rain coming down and connecting into your crown and filling your whole body.

And as this beautiful energy from the highest realms of the purest of light enters every single cell,

Clearing out the old dormant cells and connecting into your heart,

Your heart being the brain of your soul,

We expand that energy and permeate it through your skin into your aura,

Cleansing your aura,

Filling any holes that where energy is seeping out,

Where you may be having ascension symptoms or bodily breakdowns,

We are being bombarded with so much photonic energy,

Sun flares and the likes,

Helping our bodies shift the old density and align with the higher frequencies.

So imagine now,

Visualize before you,

Because now that we are fully grounded and fully connected and fully into our hearts,

We can move freely and let go of any limitations.

Before you is a beautiful field of dense,

Deep grass,

Lush,

Thick grass,

That you are about to walk on.

And you feel it on your toes,

And it feels soft,

Supported,

Lush and cool.

There are no prickles,

Excuse me,

There are no prickles,

There are no prickles,

There are no weeds,

There is only this dense,

Beautiful,

Green field for you to walk on.

And imagine that you are dressed in white,

Flowing clothes,

The atmosphere is warm on your skin,

There is no chill,

It is very pleasant.

It is dark,

But you have no fear.

As you can see the beautiful,

Big Leo full moon shining down on you tonight.

And as you are walking,

Feeling full from the beautiful golden energy that was poured down to you,

Upon you.

Feeling that peace with contentment in your heart,

And feeling that feeling of gratitude and love in your heart,

Bubble that up for now.

Feel it,

This is how we create from a place of feeling in our body.

There is a light wind in the air,

And this wind is starting to get stronger.

And in front of you is the darkness of the unknown.

Even though the bright moon is out,

You can see the clouds starting to roll in.

The clouds are moving very fast across the sky towards you.

And your once beautiful,

Perfect,

Picturesque,

Pleasant evening is starting to cave with these dark clouds coming across the sky.

And in the distance you start to see flashes of lightning,

Sheets of white lighting up the sky.

You can hear the rolling thunder coming in towards you.

And all you have for protection is the trust in your heart.

Vulnerable,

Out there,

In the middle of nowhere.

Not being able to run or turn or hide.

The storm approaches you faster and faster,

Like a super storm sweeping in.

The moon is now covered,

And it is just you alone with this big,

Big storm.

The storm is now right above you.

Lightning,

Thunder.

At the moment it's a dry storm,

Just rolling in.

And as you are adjusting to these rapid changing conditions,

Representing the world around you,

The world in a sense closing in on us with the shadow,

With the darkness.

Some for some not having anywhere to turn.

And imagine that the storm is turning into a tornado.

And you are in the centre of this scary,

Loud,

Tornado.

The thunder and lightning is crackling above.

And you,

In a sense,

Are just in the eye of the storm.

You are in this cyclone energy,

Where you are in this funnel and everything around you is going around and around and around.

Yet you are standing strong and still,

Fully grounded in your tube of gold.

Hold this energy.

Stand strong.

Stand still.

Stand in the trust and the knowing that the universe has your back because you trust the process.

You know who you are.

And as this tornado is becoming stronger and stronger,

You can't see the moon at all now.

And there is debris and branches and bits and pieces in this tornado with you,

But not touching you because you are in your tube of gold in the centre of the storm.

Through this chaotic debris out there in the atmosphere,

You can see disaster striking the earth.

But in your heart,

You are safe.

You are loved.

You are strong.

And as you feel more comfortable in this eye of the storm,

Where it is still and calm,

You are being asked to reflect on your life reflect on your last month and see what this tornado is bringing up for you that needs to be addressed.

Maybe there is something that you have been ignoring,

A relationship that maybe you are being told what to do or just putting up with it.

In this Leo energy,

You have been asked to be honest,

Upfront with yourself and take the courage to see beyond this chaotic energy and veil.

Maybe it is other relationships,

Friendships,

Work colleagues,

Boss,

Employees.

Examine your relationships in your life right now as you see through the veil of chaos everything that is coming up for you right now.

What needs to be healed,

What needs to be addressed,

What needs to be integrated into your being to bring you into wholeness.

Perhaps it is your home life where you are just putting up with whatever that is for you,

Putting up with your clutter,

Putting up with uncleanliness,

Putting up with sitting on the couch,

Staring at a box,

Staring at your phone,

Putting up with just the chaos or just having enough,

Only enough petrol to get you enough food or not even having a car,

Just putting up with survival.

Perhaps there is something playing in your head over and over and over going round and round and round like this tornado a limiting belief that you are not good enough,

That you do not want to be seen,

That you are staying small,

That you are not worthy,

That you have been betrayed or rejected or lied to or you are the perpetrator doing this to others and you are finally feeling it in your heart that it does not feel right anymore.

Allow it all to bubble up to the surface,

Allow yourself to feel it,

Allow yourself to see it,

Allow the onion layers to be pulled away so you are raw and vulnerable in this moment.

What is it that you need to focus on moving into another month?

The Chinese legacy of the snake where you are needing to shed a layer this year.

In a sense,

The earth and the universe is not waiting for us anymore.

We will be given storm after storm after storm until we stand in our own sovereignty,

Our own integrity,

Our own authenticity and our own truth.

Allow it to come with ease,

Surrender in the storm,

Let go of your mind and feel with your heart in the knowing that there is a divine plan and this is being played out for you to release and transmute with the ease and grace that we were born to be and feel.

In full moons,

We have them every month of the year.

You do not have to bite off too much that is too hard to chew,

So to speak.

Pick one aspect of yourself,

Something that keeps triggering you,

Coming up for you,

Annoying you,

Bringing in anger towards you.

Percolate on this and make a commitment that you will do work on this,

This month.

As you are adjusting to the storm and knowing why it is happening to you without being fallen into that victim or perpetrator energy,

Just being in your sovereign self,

Knowing that you are a human being full of imperfections,

Full of mistakes,

Failures,

Falling off a cliff and falling off the wagon all of the time.

Remember there is no such thing as imperfections,

Failures,

And falling off the wagon.

They are learning curves for us.

They are gauges to see how far we have come,

How far we want to go.

The storm is starting to die away.

It is passing over you and going out the other side now.

As fast as it came in is as fast as moving away.

And what is left behind is this bright,

Beautiful full moon in the sky.

And what is left is you in your dressed in white,

A beautiful beacon of white light.

You are going to see a golden tube falling away now.

It kept you safe.

It kept you strong in the eye of that storm.

And now in your beautiful flowing white clothes,

Shining bright as that moon,

The moon shining down illuminating your whiteness.

And because the storm has cleansed and cleared everything away from you,

You start to levitate upwards.

Up,

Up,

Up.

Floating upwards as high,

As high as you can go.

So planet Earth is starting to look smaller and smaller.

As you see this clear channel straight to the beautiful full moon.

Travelling up like a magnet,

This moon is pulling you towards her,

The goddess creative energy that shines down on us.

Imagine floating up,

Surrendering yourself to the magnificence,

The creation of our galaxy.

And as you are going up and up and up and planet Earth is becoming smaller and smaller.

You are drawn like a moth to a light to this intense loving compassionate creative trustworthy light.

And as you get closer there is a doorway into the moon.

And in this moon you are a compassionate complete sovereign being of light full of love,

Complete unconditional love.

Every cell is being filled with this amazing,

Vibrant,

Gorgeous,

Beautiful moonlight.

You are becoming a moon beam.

Answers are answered,

Questions are answered,

You are clear,

Focused and you can see what it is you need to do next in your life.

All stresses,

Worry,

Anger,

Unworthiness have dissipated.

You are in your sovereignty.

Fill your body with gifts and talents from your forefathers.

Unlock your potential.

Know who you are.

See yourself as part of nature.

See yourself as the shining light.

See yourself healed and what that feels like in your heart.

We bring in the gratitude for all we have in our life.

It is our own limitations that lock us in where we are in our life.

We've released them,

So create the picture you want to see yourself in a year's time.

Letting go of the can't do this,

The shoulds,

The woulds,

The coulds,

The whatevers.

Releasing all that and just seeing you in your pure form in a year's time and what you have created.

Because miracles are possible now.

There is so much light flooding this planet.

We can use it for our good and then in turn spread it out for the good of all.

Imagine seeing the planet down there and you can see this cloud of darkness around her.

There are pockets of light,

You can see the light shining through like cleaning a light bulb.

All dusty and dirty and thick and as you cleanse and clear it it becomes brighter and brighter.

So as you are a moon beam you shed your light down on planet earth.

With all of us doing this at the same time we create a ripple in the matrix.

We break through the matrix.

We send our light to the crystalline grid on planet earth.

Setting the earth free.

Allowing the earth to rise without so many natural disasters.

More people that focus our energy on her and what she is doing right now.

She is releasing from the shackles.

She has had enough.

She is ascending and we choose to go with her.

She needs our help and we need hers.

So become one with nature and the earth more frequently each and every day.

Imagine our lights all together encompassing the earth.

All the shadow is releasing and leaving the earth.

Leaving her a beautiful bright vibrant green and blue ball in our galaxy.

See her sparkling with gold specks everywhere.

See the pollution cleaned up,

The foods cleaned up,

The new technologies that will help with cleaning up the planet,

Cleaning up the humans,

Cleaning up the animals,

Golden sparkles through our waterways that we drink,

Old processed plants as in buildings,

Plants,

Factories dissipating and disintegrating,

New vibrant green plants and trees flourishing,

Foods of the paradise,

A golden paradise where we do not go without,

Where all our needs are filled,

Where we have sustainability,

Recycling,

Regenerating,

Renewing the planet and all that reside on her.

Once again look down on where your life is at,

What you're doing and how everything is just releasing with ease,

Sending your love beams,

Your moon beams down to the people you love,

Protecting them in the eye of the storm,

But also allowing them to live out their blueprint,

Whatever that looks like for them,

Letting go of the control and just holding the space of love.

You can stay here as long as you wish,

Stay 10-15 minutes longer,

Whatever you require and need right now,

But at the same time I'm just going to bring us back down.

That golden tube forms from the moon as we step out of her insides and we spiral down and down and down and down all the way down to planet Earth.

When you touch down on that green grass you can feel the difference in the air,

In the air,
