Hello my friend.
I'm really glad you're here.
If you've arrived with a quiet heaviness.
A subtle restlessness.
Or the feeling that something in your life.
Doesn't quite fit.
Please hear this gently.
You're not broken.
You're simply waking up.
There is a big difference.
Sometimes,
Discomfort isn't a sign that something is wrong with you.
It's a sign that something is wrong for you.
I'll repeat that again.
So it really sinks in.
Sometimes discomfort isn't a sign that something is wrong with you.
It's a sign that something is wrong for you.
Let that settle in.
You do not need to fix anything right now.
Nor do you need any answers yet.
Just sit with me for a moment.
And take a slow breath in.
To arrive.
Exhaling through the mouth.
Wonderful.
Again in through the nose.
Long,
Slow,
Sigh out.
One more time.
And.
.
.
And out.
Now,
Before you close your eyes,
Allow your gaze to gently move around the space you're in.
Notice a few ordinary things.
Maybe you see light on the wall.
The curve of a chair.
The quiet presence of a tree if you're outside.
Let your nervous system register.
I am here.
I am now.
I am here.
I am now.
I am here.
If it feels right.
Let your eyes soften or clothes.
Place one hand on your chest.
And one.
On your belly.
Inhale,
Feel both hands rise.
Exhale,
Feel both hands fall.
This is what honesty feels like in your body.
Simple.
On Fours.
Real.
No performance No pretending it is something it is not.
Just brass.
As it is.
Beautiful.
Soften your jaw.
Draw off your shoulders Unhook your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Relax your hands.
And just be.
Here.
No masks.
No shots.
No hiding.
There is a quiet way we betray ourselves.
It doesn't look dramatic or overly obvious.
It looks like smiling when you're empty.
Like staying when you're drained,
Like calling something fine that your body knows is slowly starving you.
It's like placing a bright,
Happy sticker over an empty gas gauge.
And trying to drive away.
And then wondering.
Why you can't.
Why you are so tired.
So lost.
And unfulfilled.
You cannot live.
A fulfilling life.
While lying to your own nervous system.
And your body.
It always keeps the score.
Go ahead and gently shift your attention.
Into your body.
Ask yourself.
Where do I feel heavy?
Where do I feel heavy?
No story needed.
Only focus on sensations.
Where do I feel tight or contracted?
Where do I feel tight or contracted?
Where do I feel dull?
Where do I feel dull?
No story needed.
Only focus.
On sensation.
This is not punishment.
But information.
You see?
Your body is incredibly honest.
It always knows.
What drains you?
What feeds you?
What you're avoiding.
What you're ready to release.
What you're too scared to admit.
And what you've already outgrown.
You don't need to judge what you find.
You only need to be willing to see.
And to feel.
So many people ask.
Why am I not fulfilled while standing every day inside the answers?
The job.
That is soul-sucking?
The relationship that costs more than it gives.
The habit that numbs instead of nourishes.
The version of yourself you're still loyal to.
Even though.
It doesn't serve you.
This isn't rocket science.
It's courage,
Science.
Not the courage to fight.
But the courage to admit your truth quietly.
And then stop abandoning it.
Because what you deny.
.
.
Doesn't just disappear.
It drives your life from the shadows.
Telling yourself you're fine when your spirit is half alive is like eating junk food every day and calling it nourishment.
Truth is the doorway.
Not comfort.
Nor facades or illusions.
Only truth leads you home.
Calmly.
Ask yourself.
What?
In my life right now.
Quietly.
Trains me.
Allow what may.
To arise.
Without forcing.
What?
End my life right now.
Quietly drains me.
You do not need to act on it today.
Honesty comes first.
Inspired action comes later.
Now.
Softly.
As.
What am I resisting feeling?
Again.
No fixing.
Merrily.
Noticing.
What am I resisting feeling?
And one more.
What part of my life am I pretending is enough when my soul clearly wants more?
Whatever appears is information.
Not accusations.
Stay with it.
What part of my life am I pretending is enough?
When my soul knows it wants more.
Take a slow inhale with me.
And exhale like you're fogging a mirror.
Imagine for a moment.
What it would be like.
To stop staging happiness.
And start choosing authenticity instead.
Truth may feel scary at first,
Sure,
But lies will always feel heavy.
Forevermore.
Truth frees energy.
Lies consume it.
You don't become fulfilled by always adding more,
More,
More to your life.
Sometimes you become fulfilled by removing what is not real.
So you can make space for what is.
So.
What's not real?
In your life.
What?
Is not real.
In your life.
Connect to the weight of your body.
Once again.
You're back.
Your hips,
Your legs and feet You're here.
You are alive.
You're not trapped in yesterday.
You are not doomed to repeat what you've outgrown.
You can choose differently.
Set the boundary.
Tell the truth.
Have the conversation you've been avoiding.
Say no when you need to.
Say yes when you mean it.
Not all at once of course,
Just one real step at a time.
I invite you to place one or both hands on your heart.
And choose one truth to carry forward with you.
I stay with what's real.
I stay with what's real.
My body.
Guides me.
My body.
I allow myself to feel what I feel.
I allow myself to feel what I feel.
I choose what excites me.
I choose what excites me.
I choose.
What fulfills me.
I choose what fulfills me.
Allow those words to sink.
Into your nervous system.
And so?
It is.
As you return,
Keep this close.
Fulfillment is not hidden.
It is not mysterious.
And that is certainly not reserved for the lucky few.
Fulfillment appears the moment you stop lying to yourself.
About what hurts.
What drains?
And what no longer belongs to you.
I want you to know that you're not behind.
You are becoming honest.
And that is where life starts to feel like yours.
So,
Move lightly today my friend.
Speak one true thing.
Release one false thing.
And trust that every sincere step forward restores your magic.
When you're ready,
Wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
And slowly open your eyes.
Thank you for sharing this intentional space with me.
If this meditation spoke to you,
I'd love to know how.
So do drop me a line.
I hope we connect again soon.
From my heart to yours.
Wana.
