Grounded Manifestation Welcome.
Today we will be going through a 10 minute guided meditation on manifesting with a grounded feeling.
This is your time to slow down,
To reconnect and to come home to yourself.
Wherever you are,
Gently allow your body to settle down.
If you're seated,
You may rest your hands softly on your lap or if you're lying down,
Let your arms relax by your sides.
Now slowly close your eyes if it feels comfortable to you or soften your gaze to a point in front.
Take a deep breath through the nose and a long,
Easy exhale out through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose and a long,
Gentle exhale out through the mouth.
Letting yourself arrive fully into this moment.
To begin the meditation,
Feel the weight of your body grounding you.
Release any tension in your forehead.
Soften your jaw.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Relax the muscles in your chest,
Your stomach,
Your hips.
Feeling the ground and the gravity supporting you always.
Sinking deeper into your seat or your bed.
You don't need to hold anything right now.
Allow your entire body to move into a state of ease.
Continuing to breathe deeply and gently.
Letting go a little more with every breath.
I am safe.
I am held by the universe.
I am present for myself right now.
As your body relaxes,
Begin to notice your thoughts.
There's no need to quiet them down or push them away.
Just watching them like clouds drifting across an open sky.
Remind yourself,
I am not my thoughts.
I am the awareness behind them.
Thoughts will come and go throughout this meditation and that's okay.
Anytime you catch yourself thinking,
Return back to your breath.
Using the power of your mind,
Let's connect with the energy of creation.
The power within you that shapes your life.
Think of one intention,
A meaningful goal or a dream that you want to call into your reality.
Don't overthink it.
Whatever rises for you right now is perfect.
Hold that goal and intention softly in your mind and begin to imagine yourself living that reality.
Visualize where you are.
Notice the emotions that come with this fulfilled vision.
Is it peace?
Joy?
Power?
Freedom?
With the power of your mind,
Imagine and let the emotions expand inside of you.
You may even want to give that emotion a color or identify where in your body you feel it the most.
This is your future.
The universe is supporting you in manifesting this reality.
Feel your heart opening to receive what is already meant for you.
Aligning yourself to the power of your mind,
Repeat after me.
I am aligned with my highest path.
I trust the flow of my life.
What I seek is already seeking me.
I am open and ready to receive.
I step forward with clarity and purpose.
I am grateful for what is on its way to me.
Feel the energy of your intention in the center of your chest.
