Once struggling with anxiety and constant overthinking, mindfulness of the breath and body has brought Nupur back to her inner peace, allowing her to deal with life's ups and downs with greater ease and comfort. She also has great passion for visualisation practices that she often uses to shift her mindset towards one that supports her, rather than hurts her.
