Welcome to using gratitude to raise your vibration.
My name is Andrea with Nourish Moon and I'm honored that you're joining me for this powerful meditation today.
For this meditation you can take any position that feels comfortable for you.
Just make sure your spine is mostly straight whether you're lying down or sitting.
Go ahead and begin to slow the breathing slightly,
Gently lengthening the inhales and lengthening the exhales,
Settling in and turning your attention inwards.
If it feels good for you closing down the eyes,
Just breathing here.
Gratitude.
Gratitude is so powerful.
According to quantum physics everything in the universe is made of energy and it vibrates at specific frequencies.
We know that on the emotional frequency chart,
Gratitude vibrates at 540 megahertz which is about the same vibration as love and one of the highest vibrational frequencies that you can be at.
The more time you spend basking in the emotion of gratitude,
The more your body's frequency raises and the healthier your body becomes.
Also the law of attraction states that like attracts like,
Meaning that when we spend time feeling grateful the more positive experiences we will attract.
So to begin I want you to think about one person in your life that you're grateful for.
It can be a family member,
A friend,
A co-worker,
Maybe just someone in your day-to-day life that always brings a smile to your face,
Anyone that brings you joy.
Just hold that one person's face or their name in your mind for a few moments.
Really soaking in the gratitude that you feel for that person.
Maybe letting a little smile come across your face.
Take a big deep breath in,
Filling your belly,
Filling your lungs and exhale let it all go.
Now I want you to think about a place you're grateful for.
It can be your home,
Your favorite vacation spot,
Anywhere at all in this world that brings you joy.
Just hold an image or a word that represents this place in your mind for a few moments.
Really soaking in the gratitude that you feel for this place.
Maybe let a little smile come across your face with gratitude and take a big deep breath in,
Filling your belly and lungs completely and exhale release.
Now I want you to visualize an object in your life that you're grateful for.
Maybe it's your car for allowing you to travel around or your favorite mug or house plant or your journal,
Any object that brings you joy.
Just hold an image or a word that represents this object for you in your mind for the next few moments.
Really soaking in the gratitude that you feel.
Maybe let a little smile come across your face.
Big deep breath in and exhale let it all go.
Now I'll recite a prayer of gratitude,
Maybe placing one or both hands over your heart center.
Just listen with an open heart,
Letting the words flow into each and every cell of your body.
Dear spirit that lives within us all,
Thank you for today.
Thank you for this life.
I am filled with gratitude for all that I have.
I am grateful to feel the air in my lungs.
I am grateful to feel the beating of my heart.
I am thankful that with each experience I become a better version of myself.
I am thankful for all the life experiences that have given me wisdom.
I am thankful for the obstacles I have overcome.
I am appreciative for those around me.
I am thankful for clean air,
Clean water,
Clean food.
I am thankful for a roof over my head.
I am thankful for the sky,
The trees,
The moon,
The Sun,
The earth.
I am thankful for the seas,
The mountains,
The animals,
The stars.
I believe in the power of gratitude.
I intentionally choose gratitude.
Thank you for today.
Thank you for this life.
I am grateful.
Shall it be and so it is.
Let's take a deep breath in together and release.
One more deep breath in and release.
Bringing your attention back to your physical body,
Feeling the surface beneath you that supports you.
And when you're ready,
Open the eyes.
Welcome back.
Enjoy the vibration of gratitude and come back often to bask in all of the healing that gratitude offers us.
