Welcome,
Thank you for being here.
While we are going to be relaxing and releasing here during our meditation,
This can also be an exciting moment.
Exciting because today,
Here during this meditation,
With your consent for your highest good and with your positive intentions,
This meditation holds the ability to release some big and heavy energies.
Those big and heavy energies are the ones that have found a home in your body from past traumas.
These traumas may have been painful experiences from your past during this lifetime that you remember or they may be generational ancestral traumas that you are carrying in your DNA or they may even be holding on from your past life experiences.
But the truth is it doesn't matter now where these heavy traumatic energies originated from.
What matters now in this moment is that you are now ready to lighten your energetic load.
You are ready to feel and be free.
You are ready to let go of what no longer serves you.
Most likely you are finding this meditation at a time where the universe feels you are ready for this release.
The universe and your highest self have a beautiful way of leading you to the right tools at the right time.
So let's embrace this journey and begin to settle in knowing that you are safe.
Taking a last look around the space you are in and noticing how it is a safe space,
A space where you are able to fully let go and relax your body and mind.
You can take any position you find comfortable for this meditation.
Just make sure your spine is mostly straight and when you are ready let's close down the eyes and begin to take an initial observation here.
Can you maybe pinpoint some areas in the body that are holding tension?
Maybe your forehead and eyebrows can soften a bit.
Maybe let go of any tension hanging on around the mouth or jaw.
Can you create a little more space in your neck?
Letting your shoulders float a little further from your ears.
Maybe giving a quick scan of your chest and arms and belly.
Can you relax them further?
And now your lower body through your hips and glutes and legs.
Just letting go all the way here.
Sinking a bit further into the surface that's supporting you.
Excellent job.
Now maybe it feels good to begin to slightly lengthen the inhales and slightly lengthen the exhales.
Sending a signal to our physical body that we are entering a very relaxed state where our muscles,
Tissues,
Tendons,
Ligaments,
Vessels,
Etc.
Can begin to let any trapped tension go.
The first step of releasing stored trauma,
Continuing to breathe here.
Now I want you to set a very clear intention because as you may already know the mind is a powerful tool and links directly to our bodies,
Physical body,
Energetic body.
Today we are simply looking to release the traumas stored within us and channel new,
Healing,
High vibrational energy that will lead us to our best and healthiest life.
On your own time,
Simply say to yourself,
I am ready.
And now say to yourself,
I consent to healing for my highest good.
Now that we have created the mind,
Body,
Spirit connection,
We are now in an ultra healing state where our thoughts and words hold deep power.
Let's now make a connection to the trauma held within our body.
We will be speaking directly to this energy within you.
This may seem intense but remember you are protected and you are completely safe.
In your mind,
After every statement,
Please repeat the statement to yourself.

We are now going to take three very powerful,
Very important breaths.
On each inhale,
I want you to visualize a stream of white healing light rushing into your lungs on the inhale,
Filling your entire body.
And on these three exhales,
I want you to visualize the trauma within you as a black smoke leaving your body.
Your exhale should be forceful as you push the black smoke out of your body,
Emptying your lungs completely and finally ridding your body of all residual trauma energies.
I will now cue the inhales and exhales of these three powerful breaths.
Let's begin now.

Exhale.
Return to your natural pace of breathing.
