Enjoy this visualization meditation, where we transport to our place of peace and calm. We cultivate the calming feelings from within and realize that although our external surroundings may help us get there, we are able to tap into these feelings of peace at any time by just slowing down and using this meditation.

Today's meditation is designed for reducing stress and finding your place of calm.

This is a visualising meditation.

So find your comfortable seat,

Back lengthened and nice and straight.

Lay down if you feel called to do so.

And when you are ready we will begin.

Begin to tune into your body and allow the eyes to gently close.

Feel present in this moment,

Feel the space you are taking up,

Noticing your body,

Notice your connection with any surfaces you may be touching.

Notice how everything feels today with no judgement only observation.

Take note of how the body feels,

Working your way up from toe to the tip of your head.

Now we begin to tune into the breath.

Notice your natural breath and when you are ready take a deep inhale through the nose,

Pause at the top and when you are ready gently let everything go from the mouth.

With me take another deep cleansing breath so inhale through the nose,

Pause at the top and release from the mouth.

One more time in this cycle,

Deep inhale through the nose,

Fill your body with new fresh air,

Pause at the top and exhale everything out.

Now allow the breath to return to its natural cycle and observe the gentle rise and fall of the body.

Moving into this gentle visualisation exercise we will find the calm we all hold within.

Allow yourself to clear the mind and begin to visualise yourself.

Visualise yourself in a blank space with everything as a blank canvas.

Now ask yourself with honesty and trust what does my most peaceful self look like?

Begin to fill this blank image,

Fill the blank space surrounding you.

Where are you?

What's on the ground?

What fills the sky?

What's surrounding you?

Are you inside or outside?

Is it day or night?

Take nice deep breaths as you begin to build the picture of your surroundings.

Where does your most peaceful place look like?

Now begin to fill in yourself.

What are you wearing?

What makes you feel most comfortable and at ease?

What's the look on your face?

What does your posture look like?

How do you look when you are most peaceful?

Now begin to connect yourself with your surroundings.

How does the ground feel beneath your feet?

What are the smells,

The sounds,

The feeling of the breeze against your skin?

Build this full picture with all of the senses.

Ask in this moment for just a minute.

And when you're ready,

Tune into the way you feel,

The calm,

The stillness that comes from within when in this situation,

In this space.

How do you feel?

Taking a nice deep breath as you focus on the feelings within.

Now when you're ready,

Holding on to the feeling within,

Allow all of the external factors to drift away.

Just leaving you and your blank surroundings once again.

You are still here with yourself in this moment,

Filled with a sense of calm,

Stillness and peace that radiates from within.

Sit in this moment and bask in how it feels.

Allow yourself to feel this peace,

Feel this calm,

Feel all of the feelings that come.

Make no judgement,

Just observe how this makes the body feel.

Hold this feeling of inner peace and recognise how it feels in your body,

Again from the soles of your feet all the way up to the crown,

The top of your head.

Before we begin to come back to the world,

Just recognise that this feeling comes from within.

You can regain this feeling whenever you desire.

Just take your time,

Come back into this meditative state,

Slow things down and build that sense of calm,

Stillness and peace from within.

And when you're ready,

Take it out into the world.

Now together gently introducing some movement,

Wiggling the fingers,

The toes,

Gently circle the neck,

Stretch the arms,

The legs.

And when you're ready,

Opening the eyes,

Taking any other movements that feel necessary for you.

Allow yourself to come back into the present moment and feel the sense of calm that we built together today.

Thank you so much for joining me,

I appreciate you.

I wish you a blessed day.

Thank you.
