Imagine a large diamond pattern on the front of your torso from thymus gland (top chest) to spleen (left side rib cage) to root chakra (pubic bone) then to the liver (right side rib cage) and back to the thymus gland. This diamond pattern brings energy to the systems and organs of the body to help build a strong immune system. Stimulate T-Cell production, fight infection, produce marrow in the bones and detox the body with this moving meditation. You will be placing your hands on these points to create the diamond pattern circuit over the front of the body.

Welcome to Healing the Energetic Body.

Today we're going to focus on strengthening the immune system.

So you can close your eyes and just take three nourishing breaths.

Breathing in through the nose,

Making sure that you can fill up your belly,

Your ribs,

Your chest,

And let the exhale release out through the mouth with a nice big audible sigh.

And you're going to do that two more times,

Breathing in through the nose and sighing out through the mouth.

One more time,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Begin to feel how the body moves when you breathe and that expansion in the belly,

The ribs,

The chest.

And then you're going to place your right hand on your thymus,

So just on the upper chest,

Just below the collarbone.

And the thymus gland helps to produce T-cells in our body.

T-cells help to fight disease.

And just take a moment to connect to the feeling,

The energy of the thymus gland.

You can imagine white light coming in into your hand and feeling it being directed into the thymus gland.

Maybe you feel a little bit of heat or a pulsing sensation,

Or maybe you just want to picture the color gold underneath the palm of your hand.

And you're going to take your left hand and you're going to place it on your left side,

Lower rib cage.

This is the spleen organ and we're going to connect the thymus gland and the spleen organ energy.

The spleen organ is involved in fighting infections in the body.

So now you can imagine a pulsing sensation or the color gold or white light coming into your hands.

And then see if you can feel an energy moving from your thymus gland,

Your right hand,

To your spleen organ,

Where your left hand is.

And just sit with that for a few breaths.

And when you hear the bells,

We'll switch positions.

Now taking your right hand,

You're going to slide it over to the left side,

So on top of your left hand.

And then you're going to slide your right hand down to the pubic bone.

So it's at the pubic bone that we can connect to the root chakra.

And the root chakra helps to support the production of bone marrow.

And bone marrow helps to produce T-cells.

So we're connecting all of these systems together to help boost your immune system.

The root chakra governs the skeletal system.

So now you're going to feel an energy.

You can pulse from left hand at the spleen to the right hand at the root.

And just sitting here and feeling an energy,

Or maybe you can see color,

Just connect with the energy going from spleen to root chakra.

And I'll leave you here for a little while,

Feeling that energy,

That pulsing energy.

And when you hear the bells,

We'll switch positions again.

Now slide your left hand down to your pubic bone and slide your right hand to the right lower rib cage so that your hand is sitting over where your liver organ would be.

So now we're going to connect the root chakra to the liver organ.

And the liver organ is a detoxifying organ.

So now we're feeling the energy from the left hand at the root chakra,

Just over the pubic bone,

Moving up to the right hand on the right lower rib cage,

Where the liver sits.

And just connect the energy from the left hand to the right hand,

From the root chakra to the liver organ.

Feel the pulsing sensation,

Or maybe you can picture color and once again,

We'll stay here for a few more minutes until you hear the bells.

And then we'll get ready to switch positions again.

And we'll leave the right hand on the liver and you'll slide your left hand over to the right hand and then back up to the thymus gland.

So now you've got your right hand on your right lower rib,

Connecting to the liver organ and your left hand on your upper chest,

Connecting the thymus gland.

You're feeling that pulsing sensation from right hand to left hand.

Maybe you see a color,

Right hand to left hand,

Liver to thymus.

I'll leave you here for a little while.

When you hear the bells,

We'll get ready to switch positions again.

And now sliding your left hand from your thymus gland over to the spleen.

So your left lower rib.

So now you're holding your right hand over your liver on the right lower rib and the left hand on the spleen on the left lower rib.

And now you're feeling this energy go across from liver to spleen,

A horizontal line,

Liver to spleen,

Feeling a pulsing sensation,

Or maybe you see color.

We're going to stay here until we hear the bells and we'll switch positions one more time.

And now let's move the right hand that's sitting on your right lower rib over your liver.

We're going to slide it up to the thymus gland just on the upper chest and your left hand,

Which is on your left lower rib over top of the spleen organ,

Is going to slide down to the pubic bone,

Connecting the root chakra.

So now this energy is going up and down the midline of your body from pubic bone to thymus gland.

And you're just going to sit here and you're going to feel a pulse from left hand to right hand,

Back and forth.

Maybe you see a color and stay here for a few breaths.

Good.

Now let's take a long deep breath in through the nose,

Breathing out through the mouth.

And now when you inhale,

You're going to slowly slide your left hand up the center of your body until it meets the right hand at your thymus gland.

And then slide both hands down a few inches just over your heart,

Your energetic heart.

It's at the center of the chest.

And now we're going to take a moment to be grateful,

Grateful for the ability to use energy to strengthen and balance and using energy to heal the body.

Thank you for joining me.

Namaste.
