The way you start your day has the power to affect your attitude and state of mind. When you begin the day feeling empowered, clear, joyful, and full of Love, you will experience and encounter Life in that way as well. This short meditation is a great way to begin your day with a boost of positive motivation, appreciation, Love, and eagerness to experience the magnificence of Life. Listen to it every morning, even before getting out of bed and/or on days when you need an extra boost. In-Joy!

Hello to you,
My friend,
And good morning.
This short meditation is designed to help you start your day in the most positive,
Blissful,
Energized,
Vibrant,
And awesome way.
This is something that you can use every morning or when you feel that you need a little bit of a boost.
It is true that the way we start our day has the power to influence how we are going to feel throughout the day.
So enjoy this meditation,
Nothing that you need to do,
But receive these words of affirmation.
And if you feel inclined,
You can say some of the words out loud or silently in your head.
But other than that,
Just allow yourself to receive and most importantly,
Feel the vibration in your body.
Allow yourself to feel the joy in your heart.
Allow yourself to feel this positive,
Blissful energy in your heart.
In this short meditation,
You'll be guided into the experience of who you truly are.
The truth of who you are is joy and bliss and ecstasy.
Every cell in your body is made of light and love.
And so we'll connect you to that so you can start and continue your day immersed and infused with the light of your being.
You may be laying in bed still,
Or you may want to sit up straight.
In a comfortable position,
Close your eyes and start by breathing as deep as you can.
Inhale deep breath through your nose and then open your mouth and slowly,
Gently exhale the air out of your lungs,
Completely empty your lungs and relax your body.
One more time,
Inhale deep breath,
Fill up your lungs,
Connect to your breath,
The simplicity of your breath,
Breathing.
When you're ready,
Open your mouth,
Big,
Slow,
Exhale.
Imagine and visualize your breath moving through your body,
Throughout your body,
All the way to your feet,
Relaxing every muscle,
Every cell of your body.
Just for the next few minutes,
Let go of everything.
There's nothing to do nor to be nor to go.
Be right here right now in your body.
Bring your awareness to your body,
The sensations in your body.
You may be laying in bed,
So feel the bed underneath you,
Supporting you.
Feel the blanket or the sheet,
The covers over your body,
Embracing your body with comfort.
Feel the gratitude for that.
Isn't it nice?
Isn't it wonderful to have this beautiful bed being so supported,
So embraced,
So loved?
Isn't that nice?
Perhaps you're sitting up straight,
Bring your awareness to the surface that you're sitting on,
Maybe a chair or a cushion or a couch or the floor,
Whatever it is,
You've got this beautiful surface underneath you supporting you fully.
Feel your body sitting strong in space.
Feel the space around you.
You may be inside or outside.
You may be feeling a gentle breeze caressing your body.
Be aware of your breath moving in and out,
Cleansing,
Purifying,
And energizing your body from the inside out.
The simplicity of your breath.
So simple,
Yet so powerful.
And feel the gratitude in your heart for the simplicity of this moment.
And at the same time,
How beautiful it is,
How powerful it is.
And with a sense of gratitude,
Start sending this gratitude and appreciation to every part of your body.
Every part of your body right now is so alive.
You don't need to do anything.
Scan your body in each and every part.
Send the gratitude there.
Start with the top of your head,
Your entire head,
Your hair,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
Your lips,
Your teeth,
Your tongue,
Your ears,
The inside of your ears.
You can hear me.
Your neck,
Your throat,
The back of your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your shoulder blades,
Your chest,
Your heart beating in your chest,
Your back,
Your arms,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your lower back,
The base of your spine.
There's so much energy and life there.
Your buttocks,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your ankles,
Your shins,
Your feet,
Your toes,
The skin all around and over your body.
Every single internal organ that is doing this job right now,
Every little cell,
Every little atom in your body that is so full of life,
Full of light,
Full of love.
And you are increasing and enhancing that state of light and that state of love by sending so much gratitude and appreciation for this life emanating from your body,
From every cell,
Giving you this moment.
Breathe into that deep,
Luxurious breath,
The most luxurious breath you've taken your entire life.
And with this sense of gratitude and appreciation,
Filling your heart with love,
Imagine,
See and visualize,
Feel your heart growing and expanding in your chest,
Making your chest bigger and wider so you can actually feel all that love,
All that joy in the center of your heart,
In the center of your chest.
See it as a flower blooming and opening up to receive the light of the day.
You are being nourished,
You are being nurtured by life itself,
By your own breath,
By your own love,
By your own energy of appreciation and gratitude.
You are feeding the garden of your life.
You are feeding this beautiful flower that continues to grow and bloom.
You are that beautiful flower.
Breathe into that,
Feed that flower in the center of your chest,
Feed it with your breath,
Feed it with life,
Feed it with light.
Breathe deep and as you exhale,
Allow yourself to relax even more.
The more you can relax,
The more you can open that space within you,
The more you'll be able to receive.
This is a continual exchange of giving and receiving.
Life is feeding you and you are feeding life.
You are a part of this incredible existence.
You are this incredible existence.
Time to breathe and to deepen your breath in and out through your nose and allow yourself to receive this transmission.

I am this beautiful existence.
I am beautiful and divine.
I am alive and I am grateful to be alive.

That I get the chance,
The opportunity to create and to enjoy every moment of this day.

I am grateful for this day.
I am healthy.
I am vibrant.
I am radiant.
From the inside out,
There is only light and love in this body,
In this mind.
I am grateful to be me and I am grateful to experience even more of me as I go about my day.
I am so alive.
I am filled with joy and I remember the truth of who I am.

Right now,
I embody the truth of who I am.
Breathe deep into those affirmations.
Allow those words to become the reality in your life.
