Welcome to your empowerment session.

In this meditation,

You'll be guided through a journey,

A journey into yourself,

Using the power of your mind and the power of your heart,

The power of your own imagination and visualization,

Your ability to feel and create.

And in this meditation,

You will be guided to the new version of yourself,

The new version of your life,

Becoming more and more empowered and confident in your ability,

In the power that you have to shape your life in whichever way you feel is your destiny.

Whatever the person that you see yourself,

That you would like to be,

In this meditation will bring that version of yourself to the here and now.

So you can feel it,

You can see it,

You can smell it,

You can hear it.

And bridging the gap between what is happening now to what it is that is coming.

And so find a comfortable seat.

You can either sit up straight or lay down.

Get comfortable.

It's very important that you find relaxation during this journey.

And so whatever is comfortable and relaxing for you,

Close your eyes.

And let's begin by tuning into the breath.

Inhale deep breath through your nose.

Then open your mouth and exhale.

Big juicy luxurious breaths.

Nothing more relaxing to your body,

To your mind.

But the breath.

Inhale deep breath again,

Fill up your lungs,

Fill up your belly.

Hold it for a moment,

Pause at the top.

And then big exhale through your mouth.

Keep fogging something in front of you.

And start relaxing your entire body.

Notice your legs relaxing more.

Notice your hips,

Your back,

Your spine,

Front side of your body.

Relax your arms,

Relax your hands and your fingers.

Relax your neck and the back of your neck.

Relax your head,

Relax your face.

Allow yourself to melt.

How does it feel to just melt?

Being present in the here and now,

Yet allowing your body to melt.

Allowing your body to almost dissolve in space.

Let the breath move in and out in complete relaxation and ease.

Completely relax your mind.

Follow the rhythm of your breath in through your nose and out through your nose.

You are drifting deeper and deeper,

Further and further into a complete open space.

Open field of possibilities.

Feel the spaciousness within you and around you.

Visualize this open space,

Completely open,

Unrestricted,

Uninhibited.

And breathe into that spaciousness.

Breathe even deeper.

Feel the spaciousness in your body.

And within this open space,

Within the spaciousness,

Bring into your mind's eye your own image.

See the image of yourself that is the most alive.

Who is that person?

Alive,

Radiant,

Joyful,

Full of life,

Full of zest for life.

How do you look?

See that person.

See your features.

What is the color of your hair?

The tone of your skin?

The shape of your body?

How are you standing?

Feeling tall and proud,

Open chest,

Open heart,

Strong body,

Rooted to the earth.

How do you move?

See yourself moving with ease,

With confidence.

How does the most confident version of yourself?

Moves about life.

How do you walk?

Maybe you're dancing.

Visualize your image moving in space,

Smoothly,

Gracefully,

With so much ease and confidence.

Dancing around in this open field,

This is your field of creation.

And as if you had a magic wand in your hand right now.

Bless yourself with that wand.

Moving from your physical features and the way you are moving in space,

How are you feeling?

How are you feeling?

As you move about,

As you walk around,

As you're dancing around,

How are you feeling inside?

It's from that space,

From that place of visualizing your own image,

Strong,

Tall,

Confident,

Radiant,

Full of joy,

Full of life.

Bring that into your heart.

How does it feel?

How do you feel?

Start feeling it right here,

Right now.

Feel it in your body.

Let your breath move the feelings throughout your body from the inside out,

From fingertips to toes.

Inhale deep breath.

As you open your mouth,

Exhale and send all those beautiful feelings to each and every cell in your body.

Do you feel joyful?

Do you feel alive?

Do you feel passion moving through your body?

Do you feel love?

Love for yourself and all of life and everything that is within you and around you.

Do you feel gratitude and appreciation first and foremost for yourself?

In your vision,

See yourself wrapping your arms around you as if you were holding your best friend or your partner or your child or your parent or your dog.

Hold yourself in the same way.

See yourself in that image,

Wrapping your arms around you.

This version of yourself that is so fulfilled,

That is so satisfied from the inside out,

The image of yourself that is whole and complete,

That has everything you could ever imagine and more.

Embrace yourself,

Hold yourself and say in your vision and maybe if you want to whisper,

Thank you.

Thank you and you can insert your name.

Thank you for being who you are.

I love you and I appreciate you right here,

Right now and I'm excited for our journey together.

Continue to hold that vision in your mind's eye and feel it in your heart,

Embracing yourself,

Hugging yourself in a way that you perhaps never hugged yourself before.

If you feel inspired to actually wrap your arms around you right here,

Right now,

Please do so.

Stay in that feeling in your heart of love and appreciation for the magnificent being that you are right here,

Right now and continue to visualize that image,

That version of yourself.

And with that magic wand in your hand,

As you are standing in the middle of this space,

This field of possibilities,

This field of creation,

Start waving that wand,

Move it in the way that feels suitable for you.

Moving that wand with so much confidence,

With so much power,

With conviction,

With conviction that you are a magnificent and powerful being and continue to wave that wand and see around you the kind of environment,

The kind of scenery,

The kind of space that feels the most fulfilling to you,

That brings the most amount of joy,

That you can look around and feel the beauty emanating from everything around you and it is a reflection of the beauty within you.

What is the space around you that you are creating with that wand?

What is that life of beauty and joy,

Creativity and love?

It's your creation.

Maybe you're looking at a beautiful sunset or a sunrise.

Maybe there's mountains around you,

Trees.

Everything is green and lush.

Maybe there's some gardens around you with flowers and butterflies.

You are surrounded by lovely people,

Beautiful friends that you are connected with,

Beautiful partners and co-creators that you can dance with,

That you can play with.

It's your creation.

Keep moving that wand with grace and ease and confidence and joy in your heart,

The joy of creation.

How does it feel?

Continue to come back to your heart.

How does it feel seeing and looking around and being in the experience of such beautiful and fulfilling life?

What is it that you are doing?

What kind of conversations are you having?

Who are the people that you are connecting with?

A version of yourself that is radiant,

Fulfilled,

Confident,

Powerful,

Loving,

Appreciative,

Receptive and completely open to the beauty of life.

Maybe you're dancing with some of those people around you.

Maybe you're dancing with the flowers and the trees.

You might be swimming somewhere,

Jogging somewhere.

Maybe you're at a beautiful building where you get to be and enjoy very fulfilling relationships or work.

It's your creation.

This field of possibilities,

This field of opportunities is you.

Feel the spaciousness still within you and around you without grasping for anything.

Connect to your breath.

Inhale deeply.

Pause it for a moment.

Let everything be stirred up inside of you.

And as you exhale through the mouth,

Feel and imagine this light emanating from your body and from your heart,

From your third eye,

Center of your forehead.

That light is emanating out into the universe,

Sending the signal of appreciation,

Appreciation for all that is.

Be with your breath,

Continue to see that image,

Open space.

And you're standing in the middle of that space,

The middle of that field,

In the most glorious version of yourself.

Surrounded by beauty,

Surrounded by abundance of all kinds,

Surrounded by love.

Bring that love into your heart.

Feel how this love is coming in and going out in a circle of motion from the earth into your body and from your body out into the ethers,

Coming back to you again and again and again and again.

Now you can repeat the following statements,

Either silently or whisper.

You can stay silent and let the words,

Let the vibration come into your being.

Enter your consciousness.

I am a powerful being.

I am confident.

I am alive.

I am radiant from the inside out.

I am now embodying the truth of my being.

I know that I am a creator or a creatress.

Inhale deep breath.

In your mouth,

Exhale.

Let yourself drift even deeper into the field of possibilities.

Drift even deeper into that version of you.

The most confident,

Powerful,

Joyful,

Passionate,

Creative,

Abundant,

Receptive,

Open,

Magnificent,

Glorious you standing in front of you right here right now.

Open your arms,

Open your heart and let that being emerge with you right here right now in this moment in time.

You are whole and complete.

Absolutely perfect and magnificent.

Inhale.

Keep breathing deep breath.

You can continue to lay here or sit for a few moments,

Keeping your eyes closed and bask,

Bask in the image,

In the images,

In the sensations and the feelings that you've just created.

Please receive the following transmission.

You don't need to do anything or even understand.

This is a coded language.

The transmission of light into your heart and soul to remind you of who you are and help you get rooted in yourself.

Just continue to breathe with your eyes closed and allow yourself to receive.
