Lay on your back.
Legs are slightly separated and your arms are to the sides,
Palms facing upward.
Keep your eyes closed and let your body rest completely.
Allow your physical body to melt into the ground.
Feel the detachment from the physical body.
You are not just the physical body.
Perceive your body soft and light.
Samarasa.
A body charged with divine attributes.
Body full of light,
Love,
Freedom,
Bliss.
Be aware of the inner asana.
Be aware of the pauses after inhalation and exhalation.
Settle yourself in your real nature,
In the spiritual heart.
Now direct your attention to the tip of your left leg.
Come down upward,
Toes to hip,
Relax each and every muscle.
Your awareness brings relaxation and love to your left leg.
Be aware of the overall relaxation of your left leg.
Now direct your attention to the tip of your right leg.
From down upward,
Toes to hip,
Relax each and every muscle.
Your awareness brings relaxation and love to your right leg.
Be aware of the overall relaxation of your right leg.
Now direct your attention to the tip of the left arm.
From down upward,
Relax each and every muscle.
Your awareness brings relaxation and love to your left arm.
Observe the overall relaxation of your left arm.
Now direct your attention to the tip of your right arm.
From down upward,
Relax each and every muscle.
Your awareness brings relaxation and love to your right arm.
Observe the overall relaxation of your right arm.
Now be aware of the global relaxation of the four limbs.

Body full of light.
From down upward,
Relax the muscles of the buttocks.
Now relax the pelvic muscles,
The sexual muscles.
Relax the abdominal muscles.
Relax the muscles of the back.
From down upward,
Lower back,
Middle back,
Upper back,
Relax the muscles of the chest.
Increase your aspiration to live with an open heart.
Let your soul blossom.
Relax the muscles of the shoulders and of the neck,
Throat,
The back of the neck.
Relax the muscles of the face.
Relax your chin,
Your jaw,
Your cheeks.
Relax your lips,
Your tongue.
Relax your eyelids,
Your eyeballs.
Relax your eyebrows,
Your forehead.
Relax your ears,
Your temples,
Your scalp.
Relax your left brain and the right brain.
Become aware of the deep relaxation of the entire body.
Keeping the detachment from the physical and subtle bodies,
Internally ask the question,
Who am I?
And now,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Be aware of the short pauses after inhalation and exhalation.
Silently listen and observe your breath until you reach a clear condition of fusion between the mind and the breath.
Follow your breath in and out,
Silently and calmly.
Now bring your awareness back to the area of the head and perceive how light is passing through your closed eyelids and entering your body.
Contemplate this light until you feel your being more and more united with its luminosity.
Feel that the body starts having the quality and consistency of light.
The more you are aware of it,
The more the flow of light becomes obvious.
It becomes brighter and brighter.
Let this bright light spread slowly,
Gradually into your entire body,
Starting with your head.
Perceive your head flooded by the stream of shining energy.
Let this flow of luminous energy freely spread and gently stream into your throat.
Light is constantly entering through your eyelids and is now pervading your neck,
All the way down to your shoulders.
Let this light flow down along your arms to the tips of your fingers,
Pervading all parts of your arms,
Every cell.
Looks like a bright fog,
A shining haze,
Filling up your entire arms.
Now perceive again the luminous and visual brightness in your head,
Throat,
Neck,
Shoulders,
And both of your arms.
See this bright stream of energy entering through your closed eyelids and let it flow down into your chest.
As you stay aware of the chest area,
The feeling of light intensifies even more.
The sense of this external light passing through your eyelids is combined with a sense of inner light radiating from your heart center.
The more you focus on this light,
The more and more intense it becomes.
Let this new beautiful bright light radiate spherically in the whole body.
This light awareness brings an intense feeling of joy.
Now see the light flows down into the abdomen and pelvic area.
Open yourself more and more to this pleasant light,
Feeling an intimacy with it.
Let this bright awareness of light move down along both of your thighs and calf muscles simultaneously and allow it to flow all the way down to the tips of your toes.
Let this light awareness continuously spread into your lower limbs,
Filling up all the parts in every cell.
Perceive yourself entirely filled up with light,
Like a huge soap bubble in the sunshine,
A layer of luminous,
Pure energy.
Now place your awareness mostly in the left half of your body of light.
Let your whole left side of your body listen to the sounds.
The music that is coming from within and the sounds that you may be hearing around you.
Let your left side of the body vibrate together with this music,
Becoming completely transparent to the sound.
The left side of your body is penetrated by sound and light.
Notice the awareness in which auditory perception and visual brightness are unified.
Now expand your awareness slowly,
Gradually out of the physical body towards the left side.
Expand the feeling of light and the hypersensitivity to sound to the left side,
Incorporating the space from the left side.
Your body now becomes this expanded light awareness.
Continue to expand this awareness gradually and slowly until you reach a feeling of almost touching the left side of the room you are in.
While keeping your expanded awareness of light and sound on your left side,
Expand the perception of light and sound to include the right half of your body.
The sounds,
Music and bright light are now merging in the right half of your body as well.
Continue to expand the sound awareness and bright awareness towards the right side.
Your body becomes this expanded light awareness,
Which now includes the space on the right side of the room you are in.
Continue to expand this awareness gradually and slowly until you can feel almost as if you are touching the right wall of the room you are in.
Feel that your awareness,
Your light awareness is vibrating with the sounds of the music and is now continuing its expansion in all directions to the left,
To the right,
Up and down,
In front and in back.
You are filling up the entire space with your inner light and auditory awareness.
You are becoming bigger than the room you are in,
Having no limits,
Just as space itself.
Feel the sensation of floating into the vastness of an expansion in which there is no inner and outer domain,
But just a unified field of awareness.
Enjoy the freedom that embraces both the inside and outside.
Allow yourself to float with the sounds and light in the vastness of space.
Detach yourself from any identification with a state,
Phenomenon,
Sensation or space.
And silently in the background ask the question,
Who am I?
While maintaining the sense of infinite light and vibrating spaciousness,
Slowly bring your awareness to the body outline as well.
Gradually become fully aware of your physical body while keeping the feeling of being the vastness,
The light,
Pure awareness.
In the physical body become aware of the feeling of deep internal calmness,
The harmonious distribution of the received energies.
Samarasa.
Body full of light.
Slowly charged with divine energies and qualities.
When you are ready,
Slowly move your fingers and toes.
And in your own time,
You can start opening your eyes while maintaining the awareness of the present moment without analyzing.
Set your session with a feeling of gratitude for existence,
Gratitude for life,
Gratitude for the light that you are.
