Notice any sounds.

Just listening to sounds regardless of their source.
Noting any reactions to the sounds.
Just allowing the sounds to come and go.
And in the same way being aware of the internal environment.
What's happening within you.
So being aware of your thoughts.
Not changing them in any way.
Letting them come and go.
Allowing them to flow freely through your mind.
Doesn't matter if they're negative or positive.
And noticing how you feel.
Accepting all your emotions.
Positive and negative.
Just allowing them to be there as they are.
So not trying to change anything.
Being aware of what's already there.
And allowing it to be there just as it is.
So let your attention flow freely from one thing to the next.
Just notice where your attention is in this moment.
Allow your attention to move freely from thoughts to sounds,
To emotions,
To sensations in the body.
Awareness of your environment.
And accepting everything as it is.
Allowing things to change moment by moment.
Not choosing where to put your attention.
And not making any effort to change your thoughts or feelings.
Allowing your awareness to move freely.
Just having an open awareness.
Alert but relaxed.
Attentive but without any tension.
An easy open awareness.
