Visualize how you'd want to move to shake that out of your system So now we have let some tension out Just sit or lie and find some stillness but allow your internal self to feel fluid and free So even though the body appears still,
You are not holding anything Your emotions and internal landscape has no boundaries and has freedom to move,
Disperse and dissolve the chaos that arrived upon you to bring you here in the first place and allow you to find your own flow and peace as you see this flow soften every system it touches softening your muscles and tissues,
Softening your nervous system softening your thoughts and softening your breath Focusing on your breath will help calm your nervous system out of the stress response and help reset those triggers so you can restore peace and calm back into your day So I invite you right now to pay attention to your breath to experience your breath,
