Les 1
The Downward Flow
In this introductory lesson, Saqib will introduce you to the chakra system. What are the chakras? Why are they an integral part of our lives? In this session, it will become clear to you why we use the chakras for manifestation, as Saqib will lay out the blueprint of the journey ahead. You will also learn about the downward energy flow and its significance. Finally, you will be introduced to a basic chakra meditation that is the foundation for this course.
Les 2
The 7 Tools Of Manifestation
In this lesson, you will bring clarity to your desires. Why and what do you wish to manifest? Saqib will ask you a question that might make you certain of your goal. He will then provide you the framework of this course: the seven tools of manifestation and their corresponding chakras.
There is a reason why each chakra corresponds to a specific tool. It will get clearer to you how you will practice the downward energy flow in this course and how this journey looks like.
Les 3
Sahasrara - Intention
Sankalpa or intention is the first tool of manifestation. The stronger your Sankalpa, the higher the chances of your desired outcome getting manifested are. It is associated with the topmost of the seven primary energy centers of our body.
In this lesson, you will dive deep into the understanding and experience of the Sahasrara. This chakra is your connection to the divine. Hence, your Sankalpa comes from higher levels of consciousness. Your intention becomes pure!
Les 4
Ajna - Visualization
The Ajna chakra represents your intuition. How intuitive are you? How easily are you able to decode the messages from the divine? Do you get intuition in the form of images or visuals? Are you able to foresee events in your dreams? Working on the third eye chakra helps us build clairvoyance. Using this, you can visualize your desired future into reality.
In this practice, you will use your Ajna to design that future situation that you want to experience.
Les 5
Vishuddha - Expression
It's time to express your desires and use your throat chakra to affirm your deepest wishes. In this lesson, you will strengthen your expression to build the confidence required to reach your goals. Are you confident enough to say what you want to say? Have you declared what you are going to become? This lesson will teach you how you can make full use of the Vishuddha to transform your expression into manifestation.
Les 6
Anahata - Coherence
The heart chakra is the bridge that connects the upper three chakras to the lower three chakras. It connects the spiritual realm to the physical world. Using this chakra, you can bring coherence between your thoughts and feelings. Having positive thoughts, visualizing, and practicing affirmations is excellent. But if you don't feel abundance, then there is a contradiction between your thinking and feeling. Therefore, the Anahata helps you to build that heart-brain coherence.
Les 7
Manipura - Wholeness
The solar plexus chakra is the energy center for your personal power, inner strength, self-confidence, self-worth, and wholeness. Unless and until you feel whole, it becomes difficult to manifest, but once you do, you become a vortex that attracts its desired outcomes to itself! You reach the state of wholeness when you realize that there is infinite potential within you. This potential represents the omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience of the God within you.
Les 8
Svadhishthana - Surrender
Buddha said, "The root of suffering is attachment." We tend to get attached to the outcomes that we wish to manifest. This is precisely when we start having fears about not manifesting our desires, and then we suffer. The tool of surrender helps us trust the Universe and let go of trying to control the outcome. The sacral chakra represents your ability to surrender to the feelings of your body. Once you learn this capability, you will eventually be able to surrender to the Universe!
Les 9
Muladhara - Gratitude
The root chakra represents your grounding, stability, and your ability to meet your own needs. By feeling grateful for something that you wish to manifest, as if you have already achieved it, you strengthen your Muladhara, which in turn helps you to create your own reality. The key here is to already feel as if you have become what you want to become. It is to shift your identity. Once you do that, you will start having the things in your life that match the identity. And that is when you will feel even more grateful!
Les 10
Integration
On this final day, Saqib will talk about four levels of consciousness. This framework will help you remember that you are the creator of your reality and that through this course, you have tapped into the highest level of consciousness. After that, it will be time to integrate the practice. You will do one final meditation, which will be a combination of all the chakras and tools. Once you complete the meditation, you will be ready to manifest your desired outcome!
