On Day 4, we explore how productivity is highly dependent on our capacity to focus, and what the main causes for lack of focus are. We will then be guided into a deeply meditative practice to harness ultimate focus and presence. In this session, we come to realize how great an impact our social environment can have on our confidence and how we can get it back through deep reflection and meditative inquiry. You will also be given some daily rituals that can help to keep your self-confidence alive.

In this session we will explore the following questions: Why is stress such a common problem when it comes to work life? What is stress? Why does it affect us so much? We will then do a gentle meditation that will bring calm and clarity into our lives. To conclude this session, you will be offered a key method to instantly reduce stress.

Let’s find out what anger really is and how it affects us. Today’s meditation is a "body swapping practice." This might be something you haven't done in the past, but it’s very effective. We will also be given insight into the skills to better handle our temper in the workplace.

In this session, we recall our childhood and come to realise the ways that our creativity has been affected over the years. We will learn about the specific ways our environment impacts our creativity. Today's practice invites us to connect to our “Inner Voice” and draw on our true creative essence. We are all creative beings.

Quantum Jumping is a practice to instantly boost work performance. We will address what Quantum Jumping entails, what its benefits are and what situations it can be used in. Through an enlivening meditation practice, we will learn how we can apply Quantum Jumping into our everyday.

In this final session, you will be offered a number of ways to practice the meditations for work performance in an effective way. These meditations are done in two forms: first as Daily Ritual Meditation and second as Instant Meditation. Saqib will reaffirm the benefits of making Meditation a lifetime practice, and discuss the profound shifts that can occur when you choose to approach your life with a Meditative Mind.
