It is the state of our mind that is the most crucial factor affecting our performance. In this 10-Day course we take a deep dive into the key factors that affect our work performance and, using various meditation techniques, work towards learning how to respond with less reactivity, for greater productivity. You will be offered insight into how to increase energy, focus, and self-confidence, as well as greatly reduce stress. By drawing on everyday tools to help boost work performance in a range of scenarios, you will learn to always show up as your best self.
Saqib is a Meditation & Emotional Healing Coach, a Spiritual Mentor, and a lifelong student himself. He has 6+ years of experience in 1:1 sessions, group coaching sessions, and workshops. He is also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is a Reiki practitioner. Saqib is intuitive, and hence his style of mentoring is also intuitive and meditation-based.

The Foundations
Today's lesson will begin with an exploration into the key factors that can adversely affect our work performance. By having a deeper understanding as to what these factors look like, we can shift the way we perceive them. Ultimately, by having greater control of our thoughts, we can begin to find benefit in situations that previously seemed difficult, daunting or detrimental.

Morning Energy
In today's lesson we undergo a powerful Morning Energy Meditation. Morning energy is crucial for our performance and mindset at work. Today's lesson will help you to feel energised and come to a greater understanding of the importance of starting the day positively.

Goal Setting
In this lesson you will learn why it is so important to set goals, how we can effectively set goals using meditation, and embark on an empowering meditation practice to put these into action. This practice will conclude with key suggestions on taking your goal setting practice to the next level.

Focus & Productivity
On Day 4, we explore how productivity is highly dependent on our capacity to focus, and what the main causes for lack of focus are. We will then be guided into a deeply meditative practice to harness ultimate focus and presence. This lesson will also encompass discussion on how to maintain this deep level of focus throughout your work day.

Self-Confidence
To know oneself, one must go within oneself. In this session, we come to realize how great an impact our social environment can have on our confidence and how we can get it back through deep reflection and meditative inquiry. You will also be given some daily rituals that can help to keep your self-confidence alive.

Stress In The Workplace
In this session we will explore the following questions: Why is stress such a common problem when it comes to work life? What is stress? Why does it affect us so much? We will then do a gentle meditation that will bring calm and clarity into our lives. To conclude this session, you will be offered a key method to instantly reduce stress.
Les 7
Workplace Temper
Let’s find out what anger really is and how it affects us. Today’s meditation is a "body swapping practice." This might be something you haven't done in the past, but it’s very effective. We will also be given insight into the skills to better handle our temper in the workplace.

Creativity, Ideas & Solutions
In this session, we recall our childhood and come to realise the ways that our creativity has been affected over the years. We will learn about the specific ways our environment impacts our creativity. Today's practice invites us to connect to our “Inner Voice” and draw on our true creative essence. We are all creative beings.

Quantum Jumping At Work
Quantum Jumping is a practice to instantly boost work performance. We will address what Quantum Jumping entails, what its benefits are and what situations it can be used in. Through an enlivening meditation practice, we will learn how we can apply Quantum Jumping into our everyday.
Les 10
Effective Ways To Practice Meditation
In this final session, you will be offered a number of ways to practice the meditations for work performance in an effective way. These meditations are done in two forms: first as Daily Ritual Meditation and second as Instant Meditation. Saqib will reaffirm the benefits of making Meditation a lifetime practice, and discuss the profound shifts that can occur when you choose to approach your life with a Meditative Mind.
