Welcome to this guided meditation for your inner child.
During this guided meditation you can meet your inner child and you can make contact with your inner child.
So you can honor the child you were and the person that you are.
Your inner child is the echo of the child you once were.
And we each have our own history.
We've all been influenced by our environment and the significant people around us.
And our inner child has stored those memories and the impact it has had upon us.
It's necessary to honor the child that you are.
And the only way to do this is to own your child's experiences,
Honor the child's feelings and release all that you've carried with you.
Today you can make contact again with your inner child.
So you can peacefully accept where you are today in life and can connect with the person that you are.
We will now start the meditation.
Find a comfortable place to sit or to lay down.
Somewhere where you cannot be disturbed and close your eyes.
Just follow your breathing.
Feel how the breathing goes in and out of your body.
Feel how your body gets heavier and heavier.
Raise a cord from under your feet to the center of the earth.
Now feel how this powerful energy from Mother Earth enters your body.
You might feel your body is really getting grounded.
And focus your attention on your heart.
Radiate all of your beautiful bright heart energy.
Fill your body up with this radiant light.
Feel all your shells lighting up like a radiant sun.
You're fully covered in light.
Your whole body is filled with light.
And all around you is light.
You're covered in a cocoon of light.
Now invite your inner child to appear in front of you.
Maybe you see a little boy or girl appearing right now.
Maybe you or she looks like you when you were little.
Maybe totally different.
Doesn't matter.
And if no child appears,
Just think of a young child who represents your inner child.
Now observe your inner child.
How does the child look?
How does the child feel?
What's your inner child doing?
Try if you can make a connection with the child.
Just take your time and say hello to your inner child.
And welcome your inner child.
Now ask if your inner child wants to tell you something.
Perhaps something from the past?
And if so,
Ask why you had this experience.
What was the lesson or the gift of this experience for you?
Maybe your inner child wants to tell you more.
Just listen to what he or she has to tell you.
And now you may ask your inner child what he or she needs at this moment.
And just trust the words and the insights that you get.
Then give your inner child what he or she asked for.
Just give it from your heart.
Notice how your inner child welcomes it.
You can ask your inner child if there's anything else he or she wants to say.
And welcome any emotion or thought that comes by.
And now feel what you like to do next.
Would you like to play together?
Go on an adventure together?
Just do what feels right for you at this moment.
Try to welcome all emotions in your body.
How did it feel to spend this time together?
Try to slowly end the encounter with your inner child.
Sometimes the inner child just wants to go and play in the big wide world.
Sometimes the inner child wants to hold your hand.
And sometimes the inner child integrates fully within you.
Just follow your intuition and be guided.
Now slowly come back to the here and now.
And feel the ground that you're laying or sitting on.
Focus back on your breathing.
Slowly move your fingers,
Hands,
Your feet.
When you're ready you can open your eyes.
Remember that you can always connect to your inner child.
So you can connect again to the freedom and the purity within.
Honor the child you are.
Love the person you are.
