Very sound advice. I need to prioritize my peace of mind over my reaction to my regional manager’s unfounded criticism at work because in the final analysis she needs me and my staff much more than we need her. Whether or not she understands this is not my concern. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Just what I needed thus morning. Worrying about stuff I can’t control - again. Familiar with the problem and solution “obvious” but so difficult to apply and follow. Love the directness and simplicity of the short track. Will try yet again to apply it (and search for a course on the subject”). Another one for the rucksack ☺️
