Hello Let's begin our meditation by sitting or laying down somewhere comfortable Taking a few deep breaths in and exhaling for a couple of moments So today we will begin with a chakra scan so we can access our higher selves in this form We're gonna go ahead and start off with our root chakra The chakra that represents security,
Balance and a home Breathe in deeply and as you're breathing visualize a light pouring into this root chakra It can be a white light or it can be a red light Allow yourself to relax and breathe into your muscles And now we're gonna go ahead and focus on our sacral chakra The chakra that represents femininity Sexual desires,
Sensuality and creativity You're doing a great job We move forward to our solar plexus chakra The chakra that represents will,
Motivation,
Abundance Pouring light into this chakra Allowing light to flow to this chakra and the other two below it Filling you up with love Filling you up with light This light will now run up towards your heart Embracing your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your arms running down towards your hands This light is now completing you from your chest all the way down to your toes In this heart chakra we're representing compassion,
Forgiveness and love Allow this light to love you Allow you to love you We move forward now towards our throat chakra Allowing the light to run up towards our throat all the way to our chin The throat chakra represents expression How are we expressing ourselves?
Allow the light to heal any tension in your neck Keep breathing deeply into this place and our bodies Breathing in deeply into our shoulders to relax them We're holding them tense Beautiful And now we go all the way up towards our face Embracing our lips,
Our nose,
Our eyes Right towards the center of our eyebrows Right in between The third eye chakra represents our intuition,
Our dreams Tapping into your intuition is the greatest gift of all How are you feeling?
Listen to your intuition The light will now go all the way up towards your head Towards the top of your head to your crown chakra Crown chakra is responsible for connecting our body and the universe to our soul It's like a bridge Allowing us to embrace the magnitude of our human life Now at the top of your head,
All the way down towards your toes The light is pouring up and running along your body A bright light Just washing over you,
Embracing you,
Refreshing you Allow this light to increase,
Moving upwards,
Higher right above your head Reaching the soul star chakra Soul star chakra will help connect us to our higher selves Allow the light to vibrate outside of you like an aura Orbing you with much love,
Energy Little little light particles are just bouncing around,
Excited to embrace you Our soul star chakra is a portal I want you to focus in on this portal Don't forget to breathe deeply and relax You can imagine a circle Allowing you to transport yourself to a different dimension or a door Will you step inside the portal or turn the knob?
As you take a step closer into the soul star chakra portal and door You will be met with a bridge A white bridge with a bench on the side Allow yourself to cross that bridge You are safe You are guided by divine energy and your intuition Take a seat on the bench Your higher self is with you all around you You can now ask your question Or if you don't have a question,
You can simply just say to your higher self I am open to receiving all the messages you need to give me What is it that you want me to know?

Thanking your light for embracing and guiding you today Before we finish this meditation,
I want the light that's been embracing you to wash over your body One more time,
Starting with your soul star chakra Moving downwards to your crown,
Into your third eye chakra Flowing downwards towards your throat chakra,
Your heart chakra Into your solar plexus,
Down towards your sacral,
And finally your root chakra Allow the light to wash over you,
Down towards your knees,
Into your toes Embrace this light to be with you after this meditation,
