You've been on a long journey and somehow found your way back here.
I would like to thank you for you used your intuition to guide you.
There are moments,
Unprecedented moments,
Where we feel confused,
Lost,
Stuck,
And afraid to move forward.
What's the next step?
How will we survive what's to come next?
Take a moment to close your eyes if you haven't done so already and take three deep breaths.
Ease into your body.
Let go of any tension in your eyebrows,
Your mouth,
And jaw.
Put one hand towards your chest on your heart chakra and listen to your heart.
What are you feeling on a deep core level?
Are you afraid of not having control,
Not knowing what's next?
Or is it that you don't want to lose stability and security in your life?
Take a few moments to acknowledge your feelings by simply breathing and noticing.
When we are surrounded and guided by fear and unhealthy thinking patterns,
We begin to create false stories of what's real and what will happen next.
It is up to us to tune in and honor our inner truths and guidance systems to lead us to the path of light,
Love,
And least resistance.
Take some time to absorb this inner truth.
What comes up for you in your body?
Breathe deeply,
Inhaling light into any tension spots and release the energy within.
Do this for a while.
Nourish your body with your breath.
Now,
Begin to ask your body,
What exactly does it need at this very moment?
A cup of water,
A nice warm bath,
Food,
A nap.
Isn't it amazing how much wisdom our body holds?
This practice is so helpful in guiding you to connect inward emotionally and physically in order to identify how you feel and figure out how you can move forward in times of fear.
Tuning inward during times of stress and unknown will allow you to trust your guidance system.
Your heart will guide you,
Your intuition guides you just like it did here.
You already used the most important element and key to finding clarity and calm during the unknown.
Trusting that no matter what happens,
You'll be able to nourish yourself and honor how you feel.
A mind and body that's being cared for will bless you tenfolds and open up new energy and opportunities to you in your path.
A great question to reflect on would be,
How could you best show up for your heart and your body?
How can you best align with your core values?
To close our meditation,
I would love for us to say three affirmations out loud or if you feel comfortable,
You can say it quietly in your head.
My body holds wisdom.
I am safe to trust my intuition.
I surrender to divine intervention to release my anxieties and worries.
