In this meditation, we are focusing on our heart chakra and healing it through affirmational work. We will be cultivating self-compassion, forgiveness and acceptance. So many of us struggle with pain, anger and resentment towards ourselves and others. Allow this to be a space where you can feel without judgment and find guidance to move forward with love and forgiveness.

Welcome,

Beloved.

Today we will focus on affirming and healing your connection with your heart chakra.

Our heart chakra represents our connection with relationships,

Love,

And self-acceptance.

Our hearts can store energy that weighs heavy on us after a while,

So today we'll take the time to acknowledge and forgive our feelings.

Settle into a comfortable seat,

Lying back or sitting upward.

Place your hand on your chest and connect with a color pink or green.

Take a few moments to breathe deeply and imagine this color glowing and orbiting that area of your body.

Repeat after me.

I am capable of loving all of who I am.

I deserve love and being loved.

Love is all around me.

It's everywhere I go.

I attract good,

Loving,

Kind people into my life.
