There's a seed of light at your center.
Today we're tuning into the magic of this sacred seed.
Remembering that you are a star.
Take a deep breath into your belly.
And bring your inner vision down into your solar plexus.
And imagine that there's a seed of light right here.
And as you breathe in,
This seed of light begins to grow brighter.
And as you breathe out,
Your focus comes right back into the center of the seed.
And as you breathe in,
It expands out a little more.
And as you breathe out,
It comes right back into the center of the seed.
And as you breathe in,
It begins to expand a little more through your body all the way to your skin.
The whole body filled with the light of your sacred seed center.
And as you exhale,
You go right back into the center of the seed.
Now the magic of this seed is that it can purify and cleanse all the layers of your being,
Of your auric field.
So finding the center of the seed with your exhale.
As you inhale,
It expands through your whole body and begins to break through the barrier of your skin around your body.
Around your body is glowing,
Full of the light that you are purifying the layers of mind,
The accumulation of collective thought,
The heaviness begins to lift.
As you exhale,
Come right back down into that sacred seed at your center.
And as you inhale,
You just imagine that the seed is expanding out through your body,
Purifying,
Expanding out beyond the horizon of your skin through your auric field.
Your breath is deep and slow and you're just allowing the intelligence of the light that you are,
The star that you are to purify your beingness.
Finding all the layers of yourself,
All the ages that you've ever been.
They're filled with light.
As you exhale,
You come right back down into that sacred seed at your center.
And one more time,
We'll inhale,
Filling your body with breath.
And as you do,
You fill your body with the light from your center.
And back down into the sacred seed.
And resting here at the light inside,
The creator inside,
The source of all love and joy and life right inside.
Nowhere to go.
