Let's begin in a comfortable position,

Whether it be seated on the couch,

Seated on your yoga mat,

Lying on the bed,

Anything that's comfortable for you.

Check in with your body.

How do you feel?

How does your heart feel?

How does your mind feel?

Begin to feel grounded through your body,

And when you settled,

Close your eyes.

Start to pay attention to your breath by taking deep,

Mindful breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in for the count of four,

And out for the count of four.

Start to think how lucky you are.

What are you grateful for?

Take a moment to pinpoint at least three things you're grateful for,

However small or big.

Send gratitude to these things.

Keep breathing.

It's remarkable how the whole world can be in the madness of different worlds,

And all the while flowers,

Bees,

And seasons keep on doing what they must.

Wise but never weary in their wait for humanity to come to its senses and remember the beauty of life.

Even during the darkest days,

There is happiness to be found in the smallest things.

When your world moves too fast and you lose yourself in the chaos,

Introduce yourself to each color of the sunset.

Reacquaint yourself with the earth beneath your feet.

Thank the air that surrounds you with every breath you take.

Just find yourself in the appreciation of life.

But for now,

All you need to do is breathe and drench yourself in gratitude.

Now go deeper.

Now bring your attention back to your breath.

Wiggle each finger and each toe.

As you close off this meditation,

Be thankful for this day,

For this breath,

For this moment of peace and connection.

Remember grace is always with you and this life is beautiful in every way that it unfolds.

Now inhale as you reach your arms out wide and overhead to touch.

Exhale as you bring them down to your heart.

Bow down to your heart and thank yourself for taking a moment out of your day to do something beautiful for your mind and soul.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Have a beautiful day.

Very helpful and uplifting meditation 🧡 Would be great to have a version of this that was a bit slower in pace, maybe extended to 10 minutes :)
