But feeling exhausted is not the same as being incapable.
Feeling uncertain is not the same as failing.
And wanting relief does not mean you have no strength left.

You do not need to figure out your whole future.
You do not need all the answers.
You only need to stay with this moment.
Take another slow breath in and let your shoulders soften as you breathe out.

You are allowed to pause without quitting.

You do not have to carry everything alone.

Don't give up.

Focus only on the next small step,
Not the entire staircase.
Small steps still move you forward.
Take a deeper breath in now and slowly let it go.
