Welcome.
This ritual,
Revealing and igniting a new you,
Is a guided activation designed to help you pause,
Reset,
And consciously step into your next chapter.
So do this at your solar return,
Your birthday,
Or any full moon or new moon,
Whether you're releasing or setting a new intention,
This will serve you.
So over the next few minutes,
You'll be gently guided through three phases,
To release what you've outgrown,
To reconnect with who you are becoming,
And to activate one clear,
Aligned step forward to that new you.
But this isn't about becoming someone new,
It's about revealing what's already within you,
And gently removing the layers that may have been holding you back,
So the question is,
What within you needs to shift so you can step forward?
But there's nothing you need to force here,
Nothing to achieve,
Nothing to get right.
This is simply a space for you to slow down,
To reconnect,
And return to yourself.
So please do grab a journal and a pen,
Find a safe,
Cosy place to write,
And go inwards.
If you're ready,
Please do just give yourself a little shuffle,
Get those wriggles out,
And make yourself 5% more comfortable.
And as you settle,
Feel the ground below you,
Supporting you,
Holding you.
You may notice your body beginning to soften,
Your breath slowing,
Your thoughts becoming quieter,
As we move through this.
This is natural,
Just allow it.
You are so safe to be here,
And when you're ready for what comes next,
Just take a deep breath in,
And let it out with an audible sigh.
Now,
Just begin by bringing your attention to your breath.
There's nothing you need to change yet.
Be in the simplicity of being breathed,
Just notice it as it is.
And when you're ready,
Gently invite your breath to slow down.
A soft inhale through the nose,
And a slightly longer,
Slower exhale,
Out through the nose or out through the mouth,
Whatever is available to you.
But let the exhale be unhurried,
Like a quiet release.
Again,
Inhaling gently,
It's time for three,
And exhaling just a little longer,
Maybe for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Allowing your body to begin to soften with each breath out and in,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
Maybe you'd like to place one hand or two fingers on your heart center,
And if it feels comfortable,
The other on your belly.
Feel the natural movement of your breath beneath your hands,
No force,
Just flow,
Just awareness.
Now imagine your breath beginning to move like a gentle flow.
As you inhale,
Sense the breath rising into your heart,
The back of the heart,
Your chest,
Your rib cage,
Your belly.
And as you exhale,
Feel it slowly flowing back down,
Releasing from your belly,
Your chest,
Your ribs,
Your heart.
And on your next in-breath,
Let that flow now from your heart,
The back of your heart,
Expanding your rib cage,
Your belly,
And then down through your pelvis,
Past your knees,
Past your feet,
And into the crystalline core of Mother Earth itself.
Let that root you be nurtured and grounded.
And on your next exhale,
Lift that up from Mother Earth herself,
All the way back up to your feet,
To your knees,
To your pelvis,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your heart,
And let it out.
And in your own time now,
Breathing up and down,
Let yourself be the flow.
And as you inhale,
Holding at the top,
As if it's at the top of your crown,
The top of your head,
And just hold for one moment.
And exhale out,
As if you're a whale spurting water out through the top of your head,
Into the great divine universe.
And on your next in-breath,
Breathe that light from the universe back into the top of your head,
The crown,
The back of your eyes,
Down your throat,
Your heart.
And when you're ready,
Just releasing that out,
As if it's releasing from your heart center.
And just breathing in your own slow and steady pace,
Your steady wave,
Your flow.
There's a rhythm here,
A natural intelligence.
Let your body find it.
And as this flow continues,
Begin to place your awareness more fully into your heart,
Not thinking about it,
But sensing it,
Feeling into it,
Or simply imagining it,
If that feels easier.
Now within that space,
Imagine,
Sense,
Or feel a small gentle spark of light,
Soft at first,
Subtle,
But present.
There's nothing you need to do to create it,
It's already there.
Just allow yourself to notice it.
With each inhale,
That light becomes a little clearer,
A little stronger,
A little brighter.
And with each exhale,
Your body softens around it.
This space,
This awareness in your heart is your center,
Your anchor,
Your connection point to the portal of your soul.
You might think of it as a doorway,
A quiet,
Steady,
Magical portal to your deeper intelligence,
Your intuition,
Your inner knowing.
There's nothing to force here.
Stay with the breath,
The gentle flow,
The light within your heart.
As we set the intention to release all that we have outgrown and connect to who you are becoming.
May we be guided by our highest soul and intuitive intelligence.
Allow yourself to rest here just for a moment.
And from this deep intuitive place,
We begin.

Let whatever arises come without judgment.

Ways you've been holding yourself back,
Patterns of overthinking,
Over giving or shrinking.
Just notice.

There's an invitation to slowly stand or just move your body naturally.

Press your feet into the ground to root this feeling.
