If only we knew the way.
Suppose inspiration,
Intuition,
Or genius could help us solve a problem of a situation.
Awakening our enlightenment circuit is about going into the right brainwave state,
But it's akin to awakening our innate genius,
Which ancient Romans believed we all possess if we let it flow to us,
And we allow our nervous systems and our brainwave state to flow there too.
This meditation and guided journey aims to awaken our flow,
Allowing our innate genius,
High in self,
And intuition to aid us with whatever we need.
To get creative.
Creative at the deep end of creativity.
To make a breakthrough.
To solve a problem for work,
Innovations,
A relationship,
For money,
Or just to connect to our higher intuitive self.

Whether you're lying on your bed or sitting on a chair,
Whatever you are,
It's all good.
Just allow your spine to be erect,
Yet soft and comfortable.
We do not have to take ourselves so seriously.
So before we go within,
Let's just allow ourselves to release anything that is stopping us from flowing and switching on our innate enlightenment circuits and inviting genius in.
So let's begin with tapping.
Tapping on the side of our hand on your little finger side,
Affirm with me.
I now release all known and unknown things that stop me from fully connecting to my joyful genius.
Having an easy nervous system,
Allowing my brainwave states to go into alpha.
I now allow myself to flow and connect to awaken and make a breakthrough.
Stop tapping.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
Holding at the top and let it out with an audible sigh.
Now placing two fingers or the palm of your hand at the center of your chest on your heart center.
Know that this is the portal of your soul.
Then sense,
Feel or know a spark of light at the center of your chest.
Let it glow.
Let it flow effortlessly,
Gently and beautifully all around you.
And breathing in now for six as if you're breathing through that heart center and lighting your heart even further,
Slowly releasing for six from the same place.
Do this in your own time now,
Two more times,
Just letting your hands go gently now to your side and letting your breath return to its normal rhythm.
Knowing you are so supported in this ever present now,
But sense and feel the warmth of your heart,
The ingenious nature flowing,
Radiating.
Let it naturally now ground you like a beam of light connecting your heart center to the center of the earth.
Let the flow of your heart go easily now down your spine,
Down your solar plexus,
Your creative feminine sacral belly,
Below your belly button,
Lengthening you as it flows downwards.
Let it flow down,
Down into your root chakra,
Lengthening your tailbone,
Down into every cellular part of you,
Down your hips,
Your knees,
Toes,
To the creative mother nature now.
And imagine the roots of mother earth grounding you,
Centering you,
Supporting you.
Let your breath in now allow you to connect even further with mother earth,
Giving you deep roots to center and ground.
Breathing out and in,
And on your next breath in,
Let that flow easily travel upwards now,
As your feet,
Knees,
Hips,
Root,
Sacral,
To your heart center.
Breathing out and let it flow upwards now,
Up to your throat,
Up towards the middle of your head,
Behind your eyes or your third eye.
From here,
Sense,
Feel,
Or imagine the space within the space behind your head,
Within your head,
All around,
Expansive,
Open.
And within this area is your penile gland in the middle of your head,
Known as your enlightenment circuit.
Let the beam of light that you have created,
Flowing now from the center of the earth to your heart,
Meet your penile gland in the middle of your head.
It is shaped like a pine cone.
Then sense or feel it glowing now,
Easily,
And in your next breath in and out,
Let that flow upwards now,
Up towards the top of your head,
Breaking out so effortlessly,
Out of your head and up and up to the space around you and into the infinite universe.
Let yourself merge now effortlessly with the conscious universe.
And on your next breath,
Let that connection flow easily and effortlessly now,
Back towards you,
Back towards your head,
Lighting your skull,
Lighting your third eye and infusing the penile gland even further as we let it go down and down,
Past our throat,
Our shoulders,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go.
All the way down now from your heart center,
Let that connection flow all the way down,
All the parts of you,
Down your spine and into mother earth.
And on your next breath,
Let that flow so easily and effortlessly travel upwards and take your mental gaze now to the center of your heart,
Your heart center.
And within this space,
Sense the space within the space of this flowing,
Beautiful,
Expansive light,
Where the light expands so effortlessly now,
Outwards,
To encapsulate the whole world,
The universe.
From here,
We call in feelings of joy,
Appreciation,
Gratitude,
Bliss.
The whole light,
The whole of your conscious being flowing outwards now,
Filling the whole of the universe.
And as the universe receives your love,
It sends it flowing back to you.
Receive this love with appreciation and joy,
Letting that heart center,
The space within the space now open further as we travel effortlessly to a creative,
Higher energy portal,
The ultraverse,
The most creative portal and space.
And with every breath in and out,
You travel easily and elegantly now to that portal and that place,
The space within the space of the universe.
And until your next breath,
You know you are there,
The higher portal to the creative ultraverse.
As you land softly and elegantly,
Sense what this place feels like for you.
Take your time,
Let the image,
The sensations form around you,
Knowing that the environment is welcoming.
You're curious and take four steps forward.
The temperature is perfect,
Notice the soft,
Cool ground beneath you.
You travel forward now as if you're floating,
As if you're flowing forward.
And as you get to the center of that place,
You sense an energy ahead of you.
This is your guide,
Your genius,
Or maybe it's someone else,
Your higher self,
To sense who that is for you.
Get curious,
Creatively curious.
They are here to help you.
Invite them closer now and notice how they appear for you.
Notice the warmth of their smile and the deep knowing within their eyes,
Within their whole being.
They beckon you to follow them.
They will take you further now,
Further,
Deeper within.
Sense,
Feel,
Or imagine a bridge in front of you,
The creativity bridge.
You know that going there will hold answers for you.
Notice how that is presented for you.
Notice the color,
The shape,
And maybe even the sounds.
You know you are safe to cross.
You curiously go forward and step onto the bridge.
Feel the ground beneath you,
Under your feet.
Take a step forward and slowly cross to the other side.
On the other side,
You can sit on a chair,
On a rock,
In the middle of the space.
Notice what that presents for you and then sense,
Feel,
Or imagine a movie screen six feet ahead of you.
On the screen,
You know you will see images and sounds that can help you.
Your genius,
Your higher self,
This energy can help you.
So maybe ask out loud or softly a few questions.
Firstly ask,
What will you have me know about this situation?
Let the answer form gently and softly.
Your genius and intuition speaks in symbols and signs and sensations.
Let that image,
Feeling,
Or sound emerge.
Take your time.
You may hear,
Sense,
Or just know.
Maybe you want to now ask,
How can I best create a breakthrough for my highest good?
If there is another question within your heart center that you would like to know,
Ask it now and know that the answers will form.
Maybe not now,
But they will be shown to you in signs and symbols throughout the day.
For a moment,
Let's just imagine that the problem is resolved.
You know the answer and it has already succeeded.
What does that feel like?
Let yourself just feel the feeling of success,
Of completion,
Of resolution.
Let the feeling wash over you.
Maybe you are so happy,
Tears flow down your face.
Let yourself be moved.
This is how miracles and manifestation occur.
We hold the feeling of success and let our whole cellular being,
Our whole sensations feel it.
The feelings are the fertilizer for manifestations.
And if you could capture that feeling,
What would it be?
What would it look like?
Maybe there is a symbol or a word that you would hold onto to symbolize this success,
That you have done it.
You have achieved,
You are that powerful.
Now push that image,
The movie screen now to your left,
As if you are swiping through memories that have already happened.
Let it go with no tension at all.
Let it go and the universe will deal with its form.
Now maybe you want to stay in this place or start to write in your journal,
Uncensored with a stream of consciousness.
Keep writing until there is nothing else to write and then pick up a highlighter to highlight the key words that sing to you,
That sing to your soul.
Or maybe you want to draw a picture of what success looks and feels like to you.
Before we leave this place,
Just thank your genius or the energy that presented themselves to you today.
Just thank them for their guidance,
Knowing they are always here for you.
