Welcome to the Inner Child Guided Meditation.

Go ahead and get started by finding a comfortable seated position somewhere where hopefully you won't be interrupted and you can allow yourself to fall deep into the meditation.

Go ahead and close your eyes and we're going to start with three deep breaths.

Take a deep breath in,

Exhale out.

Another deep breath in,

Exhaling out all worries and another deep breath in,

Bringing in that light and releasing all that does not serve you.

Now let's go ahead and get connected to your heart.

So bringing your awareness and your focus to your heart center,

Which is a beautiful green emerald circle located right between your two lungs and your chest.

This is your heart chakra.

This is your connection to love and to the love you give and also the love you can give yourself.

So we're going to go ahead and feel that heart center.

You can place your hands on your heart if that is helpful.

And I want you just to imagine that heart center expanding like a very bright light beyond you and making this beautiful circle all around you almost like a little energetic bubble of green light,

Keeping you safe and protected and connected to love.

In this moment,

If you'd like to call in any divine guidance that you'd like to work with,

Perhaps your higher self,

Maybe an ancestor,

Archangel Michael or an Ascended Master,

Just feeling protected,

Safe,

And knowing that you are connected to the highest vibration of love.

Feeling that warmth and that protection around you,

You are now ready for your healing meditation to begin.

Go ahead and imagine a place where your young version of yourself,

Your inner child,

May like to meet you.

So allow the child to bring forward a visual of a place that they would like to meet you.

This could be maybe a meadow of flowers.

This could be your favorite tree growing up or a comfy reading nook that you've spent a lot of time in.

Don't judge what comes forward.

Don't worry about forcing it.

Just allow your imagination to bring forward an image that is of your younger self.

See yourself in this visual.

Maybe you look a little different.

Maybe you're wearing all white.

And as you're in this space,

Notice the inner child.

The inner child typically looks like a younger version of ourselves,

But be open to what the inner child looks like.

And just see the child version of yourself in this room,

In this space.

And just for a moment,

Observe what they are doing.

Observe their energy.

Observe what they're doing with their time.

Just take a few seconds to watch your inner child maneuver through this space,

A space that they love,

That feels like home,

That feels safe.

Notice how they move through the world in this space.

After observing,

Go ahead and let yourself be seen,

Be known in this visual.

It's okay.

Your inner child knows you and expects you and visits with you often.

So just allow yourself to come into the visual and say hello to the inner child.

And notice how they greet you.

Notice their energy,

Maybe anything they may be saying.

And allow that inner child to take you somewhere in that space,

Somewhere in the room,

A spot that is just for the two of you.

And in this spot,

Go ahead and ask your inner child any questions you may have,

Almost like as if she were or they were a spirit guide.

Any questions that might be on your heart,

Especially the ones where you're trying to move forward,

But you're feeling a little blocked.

And seeing what the inner child responds,

What the inner child needs from you,

Or what their suggestion is.

So go ahead and ask that question and see if you receive something through hearing,

Through feeling,

Or you can picture a visual,

Them giving you something,

Giving you some sort of gift.

And receive the message.

Feel free to ask more.

And now that you have your messages,

Your connection to the inner child,

The inner child would like to share their love,

Their energy with you.

They want to help you remember who you are at your essence,

At your core,

Who you are before the programming,

Before the forgetting.

And with that,

You see yourself standing in front of the inner child.

And the inner child starts to expand her energy or their energy,

Expanding from the crown chakra,

Expanding from the third eye,

The throat,

The heart,

The solar plexus,

The sacral and the root.

So all of the inner child's aura begins to expand.

And you start to feel the rush of that energy enter your body,

Feeling what it feels like to be your essence,

To be your most innocent self.

Noticing the colors,

Noticing how it feels,

And taking in that energy as if you were drinking water after being thirsty.

Receiving that energy into your body,

Into your mind,

Into your ears.

Receiving it into your heart,

Into your stomach where your confidence is,

Into your hips where your creativity is,

And into your legs,

Feeling safe,

Feeling connected,

Feeling grounded.

Taking in all the energy that the inner child is expanding and sharing with you.

Feeling that ground into your current being,

Into your current energy.

And now we're going to wrap you in a beautiful white bubble so that the energy stays safe and starts to embody and starts to awaken parts of you that have been forgotten.

So take one last observation of the inner child.

Notice what's different about her versus you,

How you can better embody the energy of your essence,

And taking this experience with you and these messages with you.

We're going to go ahead and leave the inner child with a lot of gratitude,

Saying thank you for this experience,

Knowing that you can visit whenever you need to,

Giving her a hug,

Reminding them that they are safe,

That you got this,

That you are thankful.

And we're going to go ahead and break the visual,

Leave this space,

And come back into your physical space,

Beginning to ground back into your physical body.

So feeling your energy come through the top of your head,

Going down your face,

Going down your neck and your shoulders,

Feeling your energy going down your chest and your stomach,

Going down your hips and your legs and your feet.

And your feet become roots,

Like roots of a tree,

And you're going to root into the earth that you live in,

Feeling fully connected and back into your body.

And when you're ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes.
