Welcome to the spirit guide meditation.
In this guided meditation we are going to meet one of your spirit guides who is ready to meet with you and work with you and guide you and help you through this human experience.
So let's go ahead and get into a comfortable seated position,
Allowing yourself to relax,
Allowing yourself to have this time to be fully grounded into where you're sitting,
Relaxing,
Feeling safe and knowing that you are meant to be here.
We're going to start by taking three deep breaths in and out,
Starting with the first deep breath in,
Exhale out,
Deep breath in,
Exhale out,
And the last deep breath in,
Exhale out.
I want you to bring yourself to a place of nature.
Whatever is coming up for you is just fine.
This could be maybe the lake you grew up around or a beach you really love or a hike you like to take.
Wherever your imagination is taking you is just fine.
So as you get to this place of nature and you settle in,
Go ahead and sit down on the floor.
Notice that I'll be sitting to the left of you,
So next to your left shoulder,
Being with you as we call in your spirit guide who is here for your highest and greatest good,
Who is here to guide you in a particular area of your life that you've been asking for support in and who is here to support you through this process.
So we're going to call in that guide.
This guide is going to show up right in front of you,
So maybe sitting down or maybe standing up.
You might start to feel a presence,
Maybe see some colors,
Maybe even notice really special details like clothing or hats.
Just seeing what is coming in front of you.
At this time,
I just want you to take some time to notice maybe what they're wearing,
If they look female or male,
Just noticing any details.
And from this point on,
It's just you're going to continue to do this meditation and start to know your guide.
So you can ask questions like,
What are you here for?
What work are we here to do together?
What is your name?
Make sure to have your notebook with you so you can jot down anything that you're receiving.
And as you get to know your guide,
Then you can start to ask questions about your own personal life or guidance that you need.
But first,
Let's start by seeing if we can see any details of what this guide looks like.
And then starting with the question of,
What are you here for?
What are we here to work on together?
Just seeing if you hear anything,
If you see anything,
If you feel anything in your heart.
And if you need help,
You can use your notebook to translate what is coming through to you.
Okay?
Your guide feels fulfilled for today.
Knowing that this was a good meeting and that whatever came up was what needed to come up,
Even if nothing came up at all.
Knowing that sometimes the guides are just teaching us through the process of connection.
So your guide is going to go for now.
We're going to say thank you,
Being there,
Being grateful for the experience,
And making the agreement to come back and visit so that you can develop that relationship with your guide.
So as the guide disintegrates,
You start to come back into your physical body,
Feeling your physical toes and your fingers.
Bring your awareness into where you are sitting right now.
Bring yourself back.
So when you're ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
