Hi ladies,
Welcome,
Welcome to the divine masculine meditation.
I am so excited to have you here tonight with me.
So the reason I called this meditation,
I really wasn't planning on it,
But I just,
I don't know,
I felt very called to do it because I'm just,
The more and more I work with my clients,
The more I realize how confusing the masculine is,
Almost we don't know what it is.
And if we're looking for a good,
Honest,
Stable,
Supportive man,
And we don't know what that feels like,
Then we're never really going to be able to call it in or we're not going to be able to spot it because sometimes it's already in our life but we're not able to see it.
Because the truth is we can have these ideas of what the masculine,
You know,
Like a good man,
I call it the divine masculine looks like,
You know,
Maybe we think it has this kind of job or has this kind of hair or has this kind of body type,
But that's very limiting.
People don't like when I say that because I think they think,
Well,
If I don't go for the outside stuff that I'm going to end up with like a short fat guy and that's not what I want,
Which nothing wrong with that,
But it's not really,
You're still going to end up with somebody who you're attracted to,
So don't be afraid to come from a place of feeling rather than a place of,
You know,
Deciding what we think is right for us.
And when we really come from the outside,
The exterior stuff,
We may,
We're going to miss for sure,
We're going to miss what's really meant for us.
So in this meditation,
I'm basically going to introduce to you what the divine masculine feels like.
And when we talk about the divine masculine,
What I'm talking about is like,
What is the energy of like true,
Honest masculinity,
Right?
And it's not about,
You know,
Body type or job or anything like that.
It's like,
What is that energy the same way?
You know,
There,
You know,
We,
A lot of us know what the divine feminine is.
Even thinking about like,
Any of us who grew up in Christianity,
Like we have a good idea of like,
You know,
The Mary,
Like Mother Mary,
And like,
We have this idea of like,
What this like kind of holy woman is.
And we can kind of maybe feel a little bit of what that means,
Even though that gets confused as well.
But we rarely take time to think about like,
What does the divine masculine feel like?
Like,
What is that?
What is that?
And even,
You know,
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
How do I find it?
Right?
So in order to even start finding it and to even,
You know,
Get to that place,
We have to understand what it feels like.
So my intention is that you do this meditation,
You can feel the divine masculine.
And then when you're out dating,
You can tap into that feeling and be like,
Well,
First of all,
You tap into it to call it your way.
But also when you're out dating,
You can kind of remember that feeling and be like,
Does this person give me that feeling?
Does this person have that energy within them?
You know,
It doesn't mean that,
You know,
They show up showing that energy right away.
But can we feel this energy that we know exists and what it is that I'm looking for?
Can we feel it inside this person?
Okay,
So I know that sounds all sorts of woo woo.
And for those of you who are new to my work or new to even meditating with me,
Like,
This may sound a little weird.
And I get that.
But just go with it.
Because obviously,
The tips and things that have been that have been given to you have not worked.
So let's try something something different.
Okay.
So let's go ahead and get ready for the meditation.
Please go and get seated somewhere comfortable.
I would prefer you not to lay down.
So if you can just sit up,
You know,
Legs crossed,
Shoulders down,
Neck up,
Chin up.
And go ahead and close your eyes.
Want you to take a deep breath in.
Exhale out.
Deep breath in.
Exhale out.
Deep breath in.
Exhale out.
Really sensing your centering yourself in this moment.
Sensing yourself to give yourself this time to be here in this meditation.
Not thinking about anything else,
But really being here in this meditation.
Thanking yourself for this time.
Thanking yourself for doing this work.
To really find that union that the universe and God have asked have assigned for you.
To really do the work to call that in.
Thank you for taking the time to do this.
I honor you.
May you honor yourself for doing this work.
So we're going to start by relaxing our toes,
Relaxing our shins,
Our knees,
Noticing any pressure or stress or anxiety in that area of the body,
And just letting it go.
Relaxing our thighs,
Our hips,
Really allowing our bottom to be completely supported by the ground that we're sitting on.
Really allowing ourselves to let anything go,
Any stress there.
Just letting it be light.
Now we bring our awareness to our stomach,
To our chest.
Just feeling for any tightness,
Knowing that it's okay to let it go.
It's okay to soften into this moment.
Now on your next inhale,
I want you to bring your shoulders all the way up to your ear with an inhale,
And on your exhale drop the shoulders completely.
Relaxing your body to get a little bit lighter,
Releasing the stress of the day.
Now we're going to bring your awareness up to your facial muscles.
So feeling your eyes,
Your eyebrows,
Your forehead,
Just seeing if you can make that area a little bit softer,
A little bit more relaxed.
Relaxing your cheeks,
Your mouth,
Your tongue,
Teeth,
Jaw,
Just allowing that area to be light and soft for this time.
Now I want you to imagine yourself in a beautiful forest.
It's a super magical forest with these magical creatures,
These cute little bunnies and colorful butterflies,
And even the little insects are just so cute and colorful and beautiful.
It really is something magical.
And in this forest,
There are giant trees all over.
And although you're alone,
You feel completely safe and warm and protected and excited to be there.
So in this forest,
You are walking down a long path.
There's trees around you,
But there's a clear path for you to walk.
And as you walk that path,
You're noticing that there's a tree,
A very enormous tree at the end of this path,
And that is what you're walking to.
It's almost like the tree has been expecting you.
It's been waiting for you.
So you continue to walk and walk,
Enjoying all the sights and the sounds of the beautiful forest.
And finally,
You get to this massive tree.
And typically,
We think of trees as these old willows that kind of remind us of the wise woman,
The wise grandmother.
We tend to forget that there's also wise men in the trees,
The wise grandfather,
The fathers.
And this tree has that energy.
This tree that you're next to right now,
That you're in front of,
Represents the divine masculine.
And as you look at him,
He's a little rough around the edges.
He's a little bit beat up,
But also very strong.
Notice how his roots are so digged into the ground.
It's just so stable,
So sturdy.
And as you look up to his branches,
They're not perfect.
They're all kind of in little different areas and crooked,
And by no means are they groomed or perfect,
Really.
But in a weird way,
You can feel that this tree is kind,
Loving,
Strong,
Disciplined,
And completely available for your feelings and your heart,
And available to show you his as well.
He carries the divine masculine energy.
Now,
Take your right hand and place it on the tree so you can feel the energy of the tree rush into your body through your hands,
Through your arms,
And ultimately hitting your body,
Hitting your heart,
Hitting your throat,
Your stomach,
Your face,
Your legs,
Really feeling his energy.
He is strong,
Courageous,
Vulnerable.
He never gives up.
He's stable,
Peaceful,
Open,
Accepting,
But also likes to be applauded,
And he likes to shine as well.
He likes to be on the stage,
And he likes to feel important.
It's part of who he is.
It's beautiful.
There are certain things that he needs to feel good.
He needs to feel respected.
He needs to feel listened to,
Heard.
He needs to feel that he is more than just his strength,
That he is valued for his insight,
For what he has done,
What he has accomplished,
And he does want to take care of you,
But he wants you to want to be taken care of.
As you feel his energy,
He's going to whisper into your ears some secrets about the divine masculine that are important for you to know,
That are unique for you.
This message is for you,
Maybe different for other people,
But he's going to tell you a little bit about perhaps what you've been missing,
What you're not really understanding when it comes to the divine masculine,
And when it comes to calling in that kind of love.
Go ahead and ask him,
Tell him you're ready to hear the message,
And he will share that message with you.
It might be a phrase,
Might be some symbols,
Maybe some images.
Don't worry about what it means.
Don't worry about if you're making this up.
Just let it come through you.
Now that you have your message,
Know that this tree is always available for you.
He's always ready to help you along the way,
To give you advice,
To comfort you,
And all you have to do is come back to this meditation and spend time with him.
It's time to go now.
He feels that you're ready.
Make sure you say thank you.
Thank you for sharing his wisdom and his time with you and his energy with you.
Really try to lock in his energy in your memory right now,
Remembering what it feels like,
What came up for you,
So that when you're out in the world,
You'll know how to spot it.
You say your final goodbyes,
And you start to walk down the path through the forest,
Going back to where you started.
When you're ready,
Go ahead and open your eyes.
All right.
I hope you enjoyed that meditation.
Just to give you a little background,
That meditation was inspired by the trees on our property.
My husband's an arborist,
Which is like a tree doctor.
I didn't know this,
But most houses have a father tree and a mother tree.
When I was working with clients and trying to get them to connect,
I realized that the father tree on our property was a resource for me.
That's how I got people to start feeling that energy.
Even though I wasn't huge into nature until I moved into this property,
Nature carries certain types of energy.
It's very helpful for us to borrow it,
To know what it feels like so that we can find it in the world.
That's why we use the meditation with the tree.
It sounds a little woo-woo and crazy,
But it works.
It's important that we are able to tap in and feel that energy because what you're looking for is a feeling.
You're looking for a union,
Not necessarily this exterior stuff or this certain type of person.
We need to be able to know what that feels like.
Sometimes it's a little confusing these days to even know what that feels like anymore because there aren't too many people showing that example.
Tree's always with you.
He also,
I forgot to mention that when I was connecting to my tree before I did the meditation with you ladies,
One of the things that he said was to please give men time to show themselves,
To not be too quick to judge,
And to give them space to show themselves.
Sometimes we over talk or we're a little bit more aggressive sometimes than they are.
He's talking about a little bit more space,
A little bit more time,
And letting them show you who they really are.
Ladies,
If you have any questions about your message or your simple,
If you couldn't quite understand it,
Please feel free to reach out to me.
I'm happy to help you with that.
Please listen to the meditation as much as you need.
Thank you for being here with me.
Thank you for doing this work.
I honor you.
It is so important that you're doing this for yourself,
For your families,
For the next generation of women and men.
I honor you and I thank you.
Much love to you.

Good imagery and really important points around roots. I will do more to get familiar with the feelings in this meditation.

Oooohhh that was good!!! I am a tree hugger so this way of connecting with the Divine Masculine was so supportive. I am a year post an abusive relationship. My Divine Masculine tree whispered “It is safe to be loved by men.” Thank you so much for this!!❤️🦋🙏🏽

Though this recording is primarily intended for women, let me chime in as a gay man of a certain age who has always felt more comfortable around women than men and say that I found the exercise really provocative and useful in terms of working with masculinity. Fine for beginners (of all genders!). Bears repeat listening, but note that the actual guided meditation is bookended by what the IT app generally classifies as a talk—and those parts, while interesting, don’t seem as essential to re-hear. The exercise proper is perhaps half the runtime. It’s well worth exploring. PS. The old, stately tree also appears as a metaphor for divine masculinity (the Emperor card ) in Kim Krans’s Wild Unknown tarot deck, in case you like the visualization and want to pursue the image further.

As a man I really needed to hear this. This message comes at a time where I’m looking around me and I realize I need strong nurturing men in my life. Thanks you for helping me connect to my hearts needs and for helping me get clearer in my intentions and manifestations
