Nikki is a yoga and meditation teacher. She is also the founder of Little Warriors Yoga, a yoga school for kids and Union Path which offers meditation training. Nikki is passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation, yoga and breathing to make a positive impact in peoples lives, encouraging a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Pretty special. Initially I thought the interval between body parts was too long but then I began to actually feel the flow of prana. There was a sense of being hyper awake. I stayed awake throughout which is unusual for me. The music was good too. Thankyou Nikki.
