So let's take a moment here to settle in.
Settle in with our bodies,
Settle in with our breath,
Trying to align our spine,
Our head,
Neck,
Shoulders,
And hips to all be in alignment in a very comfortable and spacious position.
We want to be comfortable,
We want to be open,
Opening up our chest,
Opening up our hearts to whatever you need to receive right now,
Whatever it is that you're looking for.
Starting to take your focus to your breath,
Slowing down your breath and taking just slightly deeper inhales and exhales.
Taking these first few moments to just settle,
To settle our bodies,
Settle our minds,
To slow down the nervous system from all the craziness of life.
To take these moments and give this grace and stillness to ourselves,
To honor where you are.
You're deepening your breath and as you inhale,
Say to yourself,
Breathe in and as you exhale,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
You're here for a few moments.
Settling in,
Your breath,
Focusing inward,
Opening up to receive.
And taking this moment now to envision a bright white light coming down from above,
Covering your body from the top of your head,
Covering you in this bright white light.
Feeling the energy,
Feeling the warmth of the light.
Sitting at the top of your head,
Coming down over your face,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth.
Covering your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your arms and your back,
Your hips,
Your legs all the way down to your feet.
Warming up your body and covering it in this bright white light.
And as you breathe in,
Envision this bright white light coming into your body,
Inhaling it in and allowing it as you breathe out to move through your body.
Breathing in the white light from above and breathing in all of its beautiful essence right here,
Right now.
Feeling that light filling your entire body from your head to your toes.
Breathing it in and as you breathe out,
Filling your body.
Now let's take the energy from the earth.
Breathing in the energy from below,
A deep golden light coming up from the earth through your feet,
Into your legs,
Coming up your belly,
Your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your head.
Feeling your entire body,
The grounding of the earth,
The solidness of the earth below you.
Filling your body with this golden light,
The golden light from mother earth,
Who grounds you each and every day.
Feeling your body as you breathe in through your toes,
Breathe out,
Filling your body all the way up through your head.
Feeling in this deep golden light honoring the earth below you.
Now we'll find a balance between that white light and the golden light.
Breathing your breath and breathing in through the white light,
Pushing that white light down into the earth.
And on your next breath,
Breathing in that golden light from the earth.
And as you breathe out,
Pushing that golden light up into the sky.
You with this cycle,
Filling in the white light from above,
Breathing it down into the earth below.
Pulling the golden light from the earth and breathing it up into the sky.
Keeping the balance between the heavens and the earth.
The yin and the yang.
Living too much up in the white light can cause you to be too high where you need to pull yourself down and ground into the earth.
Feeling the awareness within your body.
Finding that balance.
The balance between the action and the rest.
Feeling the energies intermingle as they flow through you from the earth to the sky.
Letting them fill your body.
And as we come to end our practice,
Let's focus on grounding our bodies down.
Feeling your body as it touches the ground below you.
Feeling you down,
Feeling that connection with the earth below you.
Knowing that wherever you are,
Whatever space you are in,
That the solidness of the earth is always there for you,
To steady you and to hold you.
And knowing that we're always guided,
Always guided by what's inside us and always open to receiving whatever you need.
Whether it's connecting to the source above you or grounding down into the earth.
These lights,
These energies are always here for you.
Taking a big deep breath in here,
Breathing in through your nose,
Holding at the top and breathing out.
Breathing in that big deep breath.
And as you breathe out,
Push out the air.
Even the yin and the yang in the breath,
The in and the out is always here for you.
Finding your balance,
Finding your space.
Coming back into the room that you're in,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Bringing some life back to your body.
Maybe taking a roll of your shoulders and blinking your eyes open and welcoming yourself back to the present moment.
And now is your time to write down anything that came up for you,
Any emotions,
Feelings,
Experiences that you need to write down in your journal.
