So welcome to today's practice.
Today we are going to practice a self-love affirmations meditation.
So when you're ready,
Just allow your eyes to close if this is convenient for you.
Start by taking a few deep breaths.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Allowing your shoulders to drop.
Breathing in.
Allowing your shoulders,
Your breath to find its natural place in this cosmos.
Allowing the muscles in your face to soften and relax and just letting go of any anything that doesn't need to be here and whatever is here remains.
Invite some of the equanimity we practiced earlier.
Again the intention to not to react to anything with craving or aversion.
Not to push anything away.
Also not to try to grasp onto anything.
Just let things be including the practice.
Let the practice be.
Just asking yourself with your eyes closed or open.
How do you know that you are breathing?
What movements or sensations in the body tell you that you are breathing right now?
Just notice to this.
Bring your awareness to what makes you alive.
What makes you thrive.
And now I invite you to just simply let the breath find its place in the background and turn your awareness to yourself.
To this human connection and bring love and all its myriad applications to this practice.
So in this practice we will do a few self-love affirmations and keep the affirmations with which resonate with you and let the other affirmations be without the needing to grasp or create aversion.
So let's begin.
Just gently bringing awareness to yourself and bringing the attitude of loving kindness to self and acceptance to self.
Begin by reciting these phrases out loud or in silence however you choose to.
I love and accept myself as I am.
I love having fun with myself.
I am kind and gentle with myself in all situations.
I am proud of who I am and who I am becoming.
I am deserving of all the love and happiness in this world.
I love myself unconditionally.
I am enough just as I am in this moment.
I am deserving of my own love and care.
I embrace my uniqueness and celebrate my individuality.
I am grateful for the person I am and the journey on.
I'm patient and compassionate with myself.
I honor and respect all of my needs in every way and take care of myself with love.
I am deserving of peace,
Love and happiness.
I am my own greatest cheerleader,
Supporter and advocate.
I embrace all parts of myself with love and acceptance.
Feel these affirmations as I repeat them once again.
We will do this two more times.

Just noticing your breath while you are just settling into all these affirmations.
All these affirmations about yourself and how you can love yourself.
And if your eyes are closed,
Simply opening it back,
Appreciating yourself.
Looking at yourself in the mirror or looking at yourself and appreciating every bit of you.
