Daily self affirmations.
I invite you to take a comfortable posture and lightly closing your eyes if that feels okay.
If not focusing your gaze just a few feet in front of you.
I now invite you to gently turn your attention to your breath.
Noticing where it is most prominent.
Body,
Chest,
Or nostrils.
Without trying to change or force the breath,
Start to bring kind curiosity to the sensations of breathing.
Cold air on the in-breath,
Rise and fall of the chest or belly.
Now relax into this loving awareness of the breath and allow it to find its own natural rhythm.
With this sense of groundedness,
Let's begin our affirmations.
Affirmations,
If practiced daily,
Has been found to improve our sense of well-being,
Self-acceptance,
And bring a sense of joy to oneself.
So here goes.
One,
I am happy to be alive and present for myself.
Two,
I am a kind and loving person.
Three,
I am the care and support I need.
Four,
I am grateful to be able to experience this beautiful day.
Five,
I am not my thoughts.
I know they can guide me,
But I don't always have to listen to it.
Six,
I am worthy of joy and love.
Seven,
I know all I need is within me.
Eight,
I will value self-care and self-compassion.
Nine,
I give myself permission to learn and grow.
Ten,
I am enough just the way I am.
Nine,
I am the love I need.
