I invite you to gently notice what is happening around you.
The sights,
The sounds,
The smells,
The temperature,
All of it.
Just noticing and being curious.
I invite you to bring awareness to the body.
Sitting here,
Standing here,
Maybe even looking at the sky.
You can see the light.
You can see the light.
Just noticing any areas that require your attention right now.
Before we begin this grounding and intention setting practice.
Intention is a great way to living a fulfilled meaningful life.
It helps us orient ourselves to what is our true Self.
These can help in guiding us to build the path we are building for ourselves.
Just noticing your breath in this moment.
What are the sensations of breathing?
Cool in-breath,
Warm out-breath,
Rise and fall of the chest or belly.
Whatever is convenient,
Just noticing your breath,
The life force that makes our experience in this world all the more joyful.
Bringing this joyful loving awareness to the Self right now.
As we gain more ground into the present moment.
Just noticing where the mind has wandered to.
Without judging or without bringing narratives on what the mind is doing,
Just gently noticing where it has gone.
Kindly bringing it back to this joyful loving awareness of the Self as we practice together.
I invite you to go deeper into the Self.
Right noticing the nuances of the breath or nuances or feelings which are prominent in your body or emotions in the mind.
Just noticing curiously and kindly.
As we go deeper into the practice,
Just bringing in your awareness of the Self,
Awareness of everything around you into this joyful choiceless awareness where anything can come and go.
And in the sense of ease and relaxed awareness,
Being kind to yourself and acknowledging that this practice is helping and is beneficial.
Now these 17 affirmations which I am going to recite,
You can gently read back for yourself or just simply listen to it.
And take in whatever you need and letting go of whatever you do not need right now.
So bringing awareness to your senses,
Just sitting here,
Maybe lying down,
Maybe you are standing,
Just noticing all the senses active in this alert,
Aware state of being.
With that base we can start our practice.

Today is going to be a great day.

I wake with a peaceful heart and mind.

I am joyful today and every day.

My potential to succeed is limitless.

I am grateful for this day.

I invite you to let these affirmations sink in.
Just permeate your entire being.
There is no need to remember exactly the words.
I invite you to pay more attention to the feelings that might have come up during this practice.
I invite you to notice any changes or shifts during the practice from the beginning to know that you are able to notice.
And if there is no changes,
Just noting no change.
And noticing these affirmations daily can have profound impact on our day to day.
As we come towards the end of this affirmations and grounding practice,
Just noticing where your mind is and gently coming back to the joyful loving awareness of the Self.
And I also urge you to thank yourself for practicing with me today.
I invite you to just gently open your eyes slowly as we come towards the end of the practice.
