If it is safe for you to do so,
Please close your eyes and start to tune into your breath,
Taking nice long deep breaths.
We are turning the attention inwards,
We're turning our focus inwards,
We are turning our energy inwards.
And as you focus on your breath,
Any other thoughts of the future or the past,
Letting them drop for now and returning all of your energy,
All of your attention to the breath coming in and the breath going out.
Today we are tuning in to the frequency,
The energetic vibration of your intention.
During this meditation I invite you to bring in an intention that you have for your business,
Your soulful business that changes lives.
And as you breathe I want you just to start focusing your attention on the third eye,
Your place of vision.
And I want you to visualize a seed,
Feel the sparking of something new.
And the seed is the seed of your intention as it has been dropped into your energetic space,
Your soul which has led you to this place where you have created this beautiful business.
You'll watch the seed in front of your eyes as you pay it more attention,
As you focus your energy upon it,
It starts to unravel,
Cracks appear.
And these are the openings of the seed to become a fully thriving force that changes reality and brings towards you your dreams and intentions for your business.
We focus all of our attention upon watching the seed and as we breathe,
We breathe life into the growth of the seed.
And as we breathe life into the seed,
As we pay it attention as we stay focused upon what it is that we want to create,
We start seeing the seed opening up,
Unfolding.
Maybe you start to perceive little roots now through the cracks of that seed and starting to root down into the ground.
And we invite this rooting down into the physical reality,
The physical fabric of your reality.
Notice if any thoughts come in that want to distract you from your focus,
Pull you away from this intention and gently put them to the side and refocus with your breath to your seed as we set the roots for this to grow.
Breath and your attention attention gives this intention.
Breath and your attention is the nurturing of this seed of intention.
Our job is to focus upon this.
Now some of you will start to see that this seed has taken well and truly taken root.
Now it is ready to grow upwards to become the fully fledged 3D experience that you desire for your business and your life.
You too see in your mind's eye as you breathe your attention and energy into this intention.
See in front of you a clear vision that you have that you desire,
Your business.
See this unfolding in front of you.
See this unfolding now.
Activate all of your senses now,
Not only your sight,
But the smells,
Sounds,
Tastes,
Physical sensations.
Be fully activated in this vision.
What is it that you see?
What is it that you feel?
What is it that you're thinking?
What is it that your body feels?
What is it that you smell?
What is it that you hear at this moment when what you have intended has become?
And we amplify this vision.
We bring this vision to be even more clear if it is not already.
We bring it into full color and we bring it into full reality right now.
All you have to do is breathe in this experience.
What you have intended is now here.
Feel it.
Sense it.
Be it.
Noticing the sensations in your physical body as you be.
A person who has unlocked the power of intention to realize your business dreams.
Take note of your beingness and slowly remain in this beingness as you come back to this space.
Gently opening the eyes very slowly and see if you can remain in the beingness of this person who has created their intention that has manifested into the physical world.
And this is the vibration that you now get to be in every single moment during the day.
During your work day,
During your normal life day.
This is the tuning in to your intention and the vibration holding of it so that it may manifest in your physical reality quickly and easily for you.
