This is a self-awareness practice, in which you will explore the three dimensions of your self: the body with all its physical sensations, the mind with all its thoughts and your heart with all its feelings and emotions. As you observe your self on these three levels, you will sharpen your awareness, become more present and get more in touch with yourself. You can do this practice either with closed eyes in a seated position or with open eyes e.g. while walking.
