Welcome.

I invite you now to take a comfortable seat.

Relax your hands,

Your knees,

Roll your shoulders back and down and take a deep breath.

Breathing all the way in,

All the way down to your belly and allowing your mind and your body to open.

Open like a channel,

Like a channel of flowing water.

Visualize this channel opening from the top of your head down to the soles of your feet.

This channel opens as awareness,

Just feeling,

Sensing.

Breathing into this channel and breathing out.

From the soles of your feet,

Breathing into this channel up to the crown of your head.

And from the crown of your head down to the soles of your feet,

Sensing this pathway.

Now visualize a stream of pure clean water,

A gentle flowing creek,

Bubbling over rocks and surfaces.

And as you hold the image of this clean,

Pure water flowing in this gentle creek,

Imagine the sound it might make.

Imagine the texture of this pure clean water as it flows.

And now we'll allow this creek to flow through this channel of awareness we've opened in our bodies.

All the way from the top of our head down to the tips of our toes.

As you bring this creek into your body,

This water,

This water is intelligently imbued with relaxation,

With a wisdom,

An ancient wisdom.

And as it caresses your skin,

Your muscles,

Your joints,

Your organs,

Your tissues,

It causes these body parts to relax.

Visualize this pure water bubbling from the top of your head down over your crown,

Through your body,

All the way to the bottoms of your feet.

And any gripping,

Clenching and tension that is held is immediately dissolved.

Any areas of imbalance are brought to balance immediately.

The cells of your body are rejuvenated with a purity and a vibrancy.

Breathe in and breathe out.

This river of relaxation,

Soothing your cells,

Your organs,

Every inch of your body.

Imagining this water flowing all the way down to your toes and feet and all of the nerves and the muscles softening in your toes,

In your feet.

Feel your ankles and your calves soften.

Relax.

The knees and the thighs melting into the surface upon which you're resting.

Sense this ease in your hips,

In your belly.

Sense this ease in the muscles along the back body,

Up the sides of your torso and towards your heart space.

This pure flowing water caressing any tensions,

Any hurts,

Any pains,

Any stress away.

Move your attention to your shoulders,

Any burdens being lifted off your shoulders so you feel lighter and freer and more relaxed.

This water caressing from the shoulders down to the tips of your fingers,

Through the throat,

Relaxing the throat and the jaw joint,

Softening facial muscles across your cheeks and around your temples.

Feel this ease in the scalp and in the brain itself as this water caresses away fears and thoughts that don't serve you.

Breathing here and just allowing this creek,

This bubbling creek to flow down over the top of your head towards the tips of your toes.

Breathing in,

Inviting in this healing and balance.

Breathing out,

Inviting in this relaxation.

Relaxing into this soothing rhythm of the water flowing.

Relaxing into this flow,

Knowing that right now there is no place that you have to go and there's nothing that you have to do.

This is your time to continue to allow this creek,

This flowing water to carry you deeper and deeper into relaxation.
