This meditation guides you into recognizing what you'd like to attract into your life then actively visualizing it in the mind's eye. Considering how you would feel when that person, even circumstance comes to be in your life.

Welcome.

Find your way into a comfortable cross-legged seat.

Close your eyes and bring your awareness right into your breath.

Take a few slow and deep breaths here,

Allowing your entire body to calm down and to relax.

Just enjoy this moment,

Feeling more and more peaceful.

You are still,

You are quiet,

And even if there are noises in your environment,

You can still touch in on this quiet within.

All the tasks and projects you can pick up after this meditation,

Right now there is nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

Just be right here,

Right now,

In this moment.

To manifest your dreams,

It takes action,

But to provoke that inspired action,

It's important that our subconscious has a vision in mind,

And visualization is the perfect tool for that.

In the book,

The Power of Focus by Jack Canfield,

The author asks us,

Do you schedule time regularly to think about your better future?

Our thoughts,

Like everything in our lives,

Consist of energy,

And when you send this energy to the universe,

You attract similar energetic vibrations.

And the great thing is with visualization,

You can very clearly control what you want to send out.

So let's get started.

Remember,

This is a practice.

You don't have to feel like you did it perfectly the first time,

And I encourage you to revisit this practice again and again.

Sit tall,

Relax your shoulders,

Return to your breath,

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Allow yourself now to reflect on some things you wish to call into your life.

They could be feelings or people,

Events,

Circumstances,

Health,

Happiness,

Love,

Abundance,

Joy,

Prosperity.

As you bring that single thing that you've chosen into your mind's eye,

And consider how you would feel in your physical body,

Emotional body,

Spiritual body.

When that thing manifests,

Remember everything you need is right here in this moment.

Everything is unfolding naturally.

Your dreams,

Your aspirations becoming your beliefs,

And your beliefs becoming your reality.

It's already here.

As you bring into your mind's eye what you wish to call into your life,

Consider the following questions.

Where are you living?

What city,

What country?

What goes around you?

What people are present in your life?

What does your lifestyle look like here in detail?

When do you get up in the morning?

When do you go to bed at night?

And what do you do in between?

How do you eat?

How healthy do you feel?

Do you exercise?

How do you spend your free time here?

How much money do you have?

Do you need to work to earn money?

And if so,

What does your job,

Your career,

Your business look like?

What are the dreams you continue to have?

Your aspirations?

What are you working on in this moment?

And which ones have you already achieved?

And along with these vivid pictures,

Think about emotions and feelings of the pictures.

Stay with your visualization and use highly detailed vivid imagery.

This is extremely powerful.

Your body and your vibration do not know the difference between a vision and what's really happening.

And these feelings are sending powerful messages out into the universe.

What is your ultimate reality?

Continue to use all of your senses,

Touch,

Taste,

Smells,

Sounds,

Who is there with you and what is happening around you?

Now I want you to take this vision,

Just a broad visual of what you've created in your mind's eye and imagine it floating up into the sky above you and just holding it over the crown of your head.

This compact version of your visualization with all of your details held and take a few energizing breaths into that vision,

Filling it with positivity and love and enthusiasm.

And now you can release that vision,

Maybe allow it to just float up and away,

Giving it to the universe.

And as we do when we close our practice,

Bring your palms together in front of your heart.

In this elevated vibration,

All things flow to you.

Open your heart,

Open your mind,

Be open to receive.

And even as you go through your day to day,

There's moments of briefly forgetting who you are and what you're capable of.

A part of you has taken note.

The universe has taken note and you have put into effect the powerful law of nature.

I step back and let the universe lead the way.
