Welcome to EFT for Letting Go.
Find a comfortable seat.
Sitting up nice and tall.
Take a deep,
Full breath in.
Open the mouth and let it go.
We'll begin to tap on the karate chop side of the hand.
You can tap with a few fingers.
It doesn't matter which hand you're tapping with.
I like to pause here and just notice how good it feels to just tap.
Sometimes in my EFT tapping journey,
I sit and tap on the karate chop side
just to see if I can let some layer of anxiety or tension slide away before I even begin.
So take another breath here,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Softening your eyes,
Letting your seat sink down into the support underneath you.
Repeating after me,
I am taking full responsibility of my well-being.
Even though I am holding on to some old stories,
I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
Even though the old stories are feeling really embedded,
I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
Even though some part of me may believe I need the old stories,
I choose to deeply and completely love,
Honor,
And accept myself.
Tapping on the eyebrow point,
This need to hang on.
Side eye,
To hang on to these stories.
Underneath the eye,
To hang on to these limitations.
Under the nose,
To hang on to these labels.
Tapping on the chin,
This fear to release.
Tapping on the collarbones,
As if I'm afraid to be free.
Tapping underneath the arm,
Like I'm afraid of what I might be without them.
Tapping on the crown of your head,
But I know I deserve to be free.
Eyebrow point,
I deserve freedom.
Tapping on the side of the eye,
I deserve freedom from these old chains holding me back.
Underneath the eye,
I deserve freedom from these old chains keeping me from a life I deserve.
Tapping under the nose,
I choose freedom.
Tapping at the chin,
I choose to acknowledge that part of me,
Collarbones,
That part of me that has held on to this old stuff.
Tapping under the arm,
With the intention of helping me.
Crown of the head,
That part of me believing it was keeping me safe.
Eyebrow point,
And I appreciate that.
Tapping on the side eye,
But I'm willing to let go of the stuff that no longer works for me.
Underneath the eye,
I'm willing to let go of the stories that hold me back.
Underneath the nose,
There are just things I used to need that I no longer need.
Tapping on your chin,
I'm willing to let go of those stories.
Collarbones,
And I am allowing myself now to be willing.
Tapping under the arm,
To let go of all that stuff.
Crown of the head,
So that it's not my identity any longer.
Eyebrow point,
I'm not defined by my old baggage any longer.
Side eye,
I will not be defined by limitations.
Underneath the eye,
I am excited to find out what happens when I let them go.
Under the nose,
It's starting to feel like anything is possible.
Chin,
And I'm trusting that it's okay to let it go.
Collarbones,
I'm setting myself free.
Underneath the arm,
To see what I'm capable of when I'm not held back.
Crown of the head,
I'm getting out of my own way.
Eyebrow point,
I'm getting out of my own way.
Side eye,
I am shedding my old skin.
Under the eye,
Feeling so excited about what's to come.
Under the nose,
When I let go of my old baggage and my past.
Go to the chin,
I am welcoming new experiences to teach me.
Collarbones,
How capable,
Brilliant,
And amazing I am.
Under the arm,
I am truly leveling up.
Crown of the head,
As I let go of all the old stories.
Now release your hands back down to the knees and just take a few breaths right here.
Feeling a little more excited,
Open,
Receptive,
New.
There may be an energy of anticipation about what's to come now that we've started to work on releasing the old stories
and the limitations that keep us viewing our success,
Our brilliance,
Our beauty,
Our amazement
from an old limited perspective that's no longer needed.
So open your eyes,
Go out into your day and experience something new.
Thank you so much for taking the time to tap with me.
Namaste.
