In this EFT Tapping Meditation, we tap on the frustrations you may feel from experiencing chronic pain in order to relax into what your body is going through. Relaxing will always help lessen your symptoms even though it's very hard to do sometimes!
Transcript
Welcome to your chronic pain EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is perfect for you if you deal with some sort of chronic pain or even if you're dealing with some sort of temporary pain right now.
This is meant to help you get out any frustration you feel in dealing with this pain and really come to a place where you feel at ease and peaceful with what your body is experiencing right now and allowing yourself to just surrender to whatever your body is going through right now.
So let's go ahead and get started.
You can get comfortable and just say my words aloud after me if you want or you can just feel what I say.
So go ahead and right now before we get started just grade the pain that you feel from a 1 through 10,
10 being the strongest and most painful.
And we are going to work on bringing that number down as we tap.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
My chronic pain is so hard to deal with sometimes but I love and accept myself anyway.
I wish that I didn't have to experience this pain all the time but I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that if I just relax and release some of the heaviness that I am carrying I can lessen some of the symptoms that I feel and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow all of the pain.
Side eye all of the anxiety.
Near eye all of the frustration.
Under nose all of the emotions that I feel.
Under mouth I want to release them.
Lower bone sometimes I am so sick of being in this pain.
Under your armpit I don't know why this is happening to me.
Top of the head and I get so annoyed that I have to deal with this.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I really wish the pain would go away.
Side eye I wish I didn't have to feel this all the time.
Under eye I know if I was able to relax about it more.
Under nose the pain wouldn't be so intense.
Under mouth but it's so hard to relax around what I'm feeling.
Collarbone because I carry all these emotions and frustrations around this pain I experience.
Under your armpit and I want to release all of that.
Top of the head I want to release the heaviness that I feel around my chronic pain.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Side eye I want to release so much of the pain that I feel.
Side eye I want to relax my body.
Under eye I want to release all the emotions around my pain.
Under nose what if I didn't define my day by the amount of pain that I feel.
Under mouth what if I didn't define my life by the amount of pain that I feel.
Collarbone what if I allowed the pain to exist but I spent more time focusing on the present moment.
Under your armpit what if I spent more time focusing on the present than the pain that I feel.
Top of the head what if I just allowed myself to release all of the heaviness that I feel around the chronic pain that I experience.
Take a deep breath in and out.
I know that I deal with chronic pain.
Side eye but it doesn't have to define me.
Under eye it doesn't have to be all that I think about.
Under nose the pain doesn't have to be all that I focus on.
Under mouth I can choose other things to focus on when I want to.
Collarbone I can still do things that I love to do in my life when it feels right for me.
Under your armpit because doing the things that I love is why I'm here.
Top of the head I'm not here to just focus on the pain that I experience.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow I find comfort in knowing that I am not alone with my pain.
Side eye others experience chronic pain as well.
Under eye I am not alone.
Under nose I am never alone.
Under mouth it feels so good to know that I am not alone.
Collarbone but at the same time I feel good knowing that this does not define me.
Under your armpit my pain does not define the person that I am.
Top of the head I am a wonderful beautiful soul way before I am any part of the pain that I experience.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Collarbone I trust what my body is experiencing even if it's hard for me at times.
Side eye I surrender to the pain that I feel.
Under eye I listen to what my body needs.
Under nose if my body needs to relax I listen.
Under mouth if my body needs to rest I listen.
Collarbone my body is always trying to protect me.
Under your armpit even if it doesn't always feel that way.
Top of the head I know no matter what I am always okay and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation.
If you graded where you were with your pain at the beginning of this meditation you can go ahead and regrade where you feel from 1 through 10,
10 being the most in pain and see if your number went down at all.
This is not necessarily meant to help you get to the root of some sort of a medical issue but it's really just to allow you to feel less stressed and more calm with whatever it is your body is experiencing which in turn should help lessen some of your symptoms.
So if you felt that this was helpful you can always come back and do this again.
I want to thank you so much for listening and I hope you have a great rest of your day.

This is the most simple tapping exercise I’ve found, and I like the fact that it went right into it w/o too much instruction. Suggest that maybe you record it over again with higher levels and perhaps a better microphone because I couldn’t exactly hear what you were saying although from past experience I know you’re saying under the mouth, but it sounds like you’re saying on the nose and on the mouth, not under :-) not just the tapping, but the validation and the understanding that one is not alone in their pain was very helpful to me. Namaste and 🙏 you Nicole 💛

Useful for waking up to random resistance on how my body physically feels versus how I think it should feel. Just letting myself relax, heal, and exist 😇 Namaste!
