Welcome to this listening meditation.

Find a comfortable place to just be.

Being a sense of kindness and non-judgment to this listening meditation.

Closing the eyes when you feel ready.

Sensing the sounds in the room you're in.

If it is silent,

Notice what does silence sound like.

Noticing the sounds outside the space you're in.

Noticing the furthest sound you can hear.

Allowing both near and far sounds to pass through your awareness.

Noticing sounds that are closest to you now.

Now just allowing the stillness to be here.

Noticing sounds that are close to you now.

Noticing the sound of your breath.

Sensing the sound of your heartbeat.

Gently wiggling fingers and toes.

Placing both hands together.

Over the heart space.

Pausing.

Thinking yourself for taking this time to just be.
